Hiruzen takes this, I'll present arguments if anyone wants to debate.

1. Well part2 Orochimaru has higher speed stats then part1 Hiruzen. Part1 Orochimaru has no databook stats, but part2 Oro has clearly better speed feats.

prime Itachi doesn't have databook stat so now dying Itachi > prime Itachi?

2. They had same speed back in part1.

why do I have to repeat myself so many time when I'm arguing with Tsunade fanboys...
Oro wasn't given any powerup U_U

Tsunade was comparable to base A, who is much slower than Tobirama.

Hiruzen could speed blitz at will. Raiton the slug. Pecker slaps Tsunade with his Diamond hard rod.

considering the fact that hiruzen was able to keep up with oro who has similar speed to tsunade's, the "blitz" part of the post above is laughable
