According to your logic Tsunade has comparable speed feats with base Ay. Or even with V1 Ay, considering she was able to coordinate an attack with him.

Then I don't see your point. Part1 Orochimaru was about as a fast as old Hiruzen. So it is not surprising Hiruzen was able to keep up with him.

1 Oro didn't get any speed enhancing powerup (besides a zetsu but he we haven't seen zetsu-orochimaru in action) so it's really dumb to say "part1 Oro" if we're talking about his speed feats

1. Well part2 Orochimaru has higher speed stats then part1 Hiruzen. Part1 Orochimaru has no databook stats, but part2 Oro has clearly better speed feats.
2. They had same speed back in part1.

There is only .5 difference in speed between Tsunade and certain ninjas ( kimimaro, Lee, Neji, Kakuzu, early part2 Kakashi, etc ) and people are saying they can all blitz and oneshot Tsunade.

Tsunade was somehow able to blitz Madara and his clones, so I can see her blitzing Hiruzen ( or his clones )
