It's common courtesy to list all restrictions, regardless if they'd be in play or not. That is what we do in NF. You keep talking, but I'm not hearing anything in regards to this debate, just meaningless back talk. Do you want to argue with just Tsunade, since there is nothing to disagree too. I never ever judged any debate from what I recall. Never. I always turned down chances to judge debates and KidGamer never asked me or recommended me as a judge when he was debating(I never even had an idea sometimes that he was).
