Exploding birds can be dodged by speed and ftg or if properly timed can be sent to blow up in Deidara's face with space time barrier. C3 can be space time barrier'd away, hopefully it doesn't come to C4 cuz Minato's dead. CO is easy to evade. As for Minato's attacks he can just kill Deidara (while he's using C1 chakra like he did with Sasuke) the way he normally kills people by throwing kunai, they dodge he kills them but since Deidara can't die, he'll be immobilised and sealed, if he fails to end Deidara while Deidara's on the ground, he cant expect to throw kunai and reach Deidara on a bird so he'll need Bunta who can jump and reach Deidara and fire water bullets to counter flying bombs, which will be useful when Deidara uses C2 dragon, while Bunta's doing that Minato can throw kunai on the bird and teleport and attack Deidara, obviously Deidara will blow up the bird and start chewing clay to make another one while free falling and in that interval of time Minato,who will also be free falling can throw kunai at mid air Deidara and teleport to get him. If Deidara were to throw a bomb at Minato like he did with Sasuke when Sasuke tried to get behind him Minato can teleport away and Bunta will kill free falling Deidara with his knife and since its Edo Tensei he wont die but he'll be immobilised when he's cut into two by Bunta like Haku was then sealed with eight trigrams seal by Minato into a small toad like he did with baby Naruto. If this plan were to fail, another opportunity would be when Deidara's in eating his clay for C4. No way he misses all three chances so my vote goes to Minato.
