Preta path absorbs his chakra.

Madara has mokuton landscape techniques which are weakness to kyuubi's chakra. He has no counter for wood flower, wood dragon.

Not to mention the giant meteor. Madara also has black rod which he can stab Minato and suppress kyuubi's power.

BM Minato's comparison with VOTE Legends (Individually):

5. Minato can escape any situation and any attack but the Legends can't U_U

By BM feats, BM Minato is equal to EMS Madara and even Hashirama can't win against him [not suggesting that Minato beats Hashirama U_U] but its a stalemate as BM Minato goes toe-to-toe with them. But in a battle Minato's skills have far greater impact, he has saved the Entire shinobi alliance twice and can escape any situation, he's the only one who can react to Current Obito, a seasoned warrior with deadly strategy and that's why he's a better option as a fighter than the mere destruction VOTE Legends U_U

Kishi still maintains Minato as the unsurpassed shinobi, Minato's potential is so overwhelming that he overshadows Naruto or Sasuke the main attractions and hence Kishi nerfed him by making him lose his arm and his BM U_U

Now add Edo benefits to above and you have a fighter that beats Edo Madara U_U

how does shira tensei destroy the kunais??? all it does is send them away and i never intended minato to use kunais for offensive purpose...!
preta path absorbs chakra but that would mean susano is down and kunai or BM punch to face could be dangerous and madara can be marked as well in this situation...!
wood style is useless against minato because it won't even capture shunshining minato, let aside ftg...! and as we all know minato was quick enogh to throw his kunai near sea or may be he already has it there and we also know none of madara techs are fast so flower tree world etc or wood dragon are useless against ftg user as they will never catch minato...!
meteor is countered by may be even shunshin and even if you disagree..! throwing kunai and teleporting to it and repeating it if you think minato won't get out of radius in one go...!
against black rod means taijutsu battle and madra can't afford that...!
again for human path madara needs to catch minato.. who got away after being hit with amaterasu and has best shunshin in manga...!

1-Madara's counters for flying thunder god

As we know, its Minato's signature move and it serves him good purposes in most battle, however its useless to a foe like Uchiha Madara. Why is that?

-Minato's FTG are mainly on his kunai in which he throws them on the battlefield first

This allows him to teleport anywhere to those kunai, but giving the amount of power house Madara has, it will be useless. Not only Madara can just create a village sized mokuton:

-Mokuton gives Madara the ability to absorb chakra. That means when kunai comes in contact with mokuton, the marks are absorbed due to them being created from Minato's chakra

Madara's perfect susanoo slashes are much faster than the charging time of TBB. When Minato is about to charge TBB, Madara uses the slashes of PS to disturb them:

If it explodes while he is charging it up? Obviously not. He tanked Juubi's laser with his tails, not his main body. Obito slammed BSM Naruto onto the ground yet the BM Avatar was destroyed along with Sasuke's Senjutsu Susanoo, that only shows the tails are the most durable part, or most likely they can take more abuse since there is more chakra on those areas.

When he took his Bijuu Dama directly, he was too injured to remain in Hachibi Mode. Not to mention Minato's Bijuu Dama makes Killer B's look like shit when it comes to power.

I know they're edos, I just wanted to show why BM isn't tanking it. Regardless of them being Edos, this gives time for Madara to seal Minato if this was ever done.
