akatsukiein,konan,itachi,kisame,kakuzu,diedara,sasori,tobi(current yeah)
hokages:hashimara,tobimara,sarutobi,minato,tsunade,danzo,guy (limited to 7th gate),kakashi all that he does,naruto all that he does.,j-man starts with maa,paa on shoulders and sage mode...

guy kakashi hokages (besides minato) jiraiya and naruto have no sealing techniques. edos are too strong. just pain alone gives them alot of trouble with CT and preta.
