Terrain: The Dead Sea is located in the northwestern reaches of the Outer Lands. Its waters are quite frigid being an outflow of the Icy Floes as well as in the north. It is quite deep reaching as far down from its surface as 1,000 meters in certain areas, especially close to the Abyssal Depths. The sparse fauna in the region are usually quite large and highly aggressive. It is connected to the Icy Floes, Western Ocean, Abyssal Depths, and the northwestern shoreline of Kamiyasumi. To its southern reaches one can reach the Western Crystal Fortress.
The Dead Sea, the place the world once ended, and began anew. It's waters, still as ever - in rather stark contrast to the ripples that plagued its pristine surface. Upon these waters, Abzu rose, felled but his imprint was everlasting. The icy winds blew over the terrain-as once a breath escaped one's lips; the very frost gave form to it. Mirabelle, a maiden whose destiny was ridden with hardships and trials found herself present once more on these shorelines. "It's been a long time..." she whispered to herself but she wasn't here at random. No, she was present due to a personal request - as one of the Champions of Humanity had invited her to this location.

Her brilliantly colored eyes glared at the water, the memory of her body being cleaved in two perfect halves. "It's too hard fully remember...yet it happened" she paused, but her train of thought was stopped when a familiar figure appeared upon the shores. "Heishiki" she said, her voice trailing with uncertainty and confusion. She's heard of his heroic deeds, his placement in Irkalla's force against Phetra. "I owe you my thanks, for attempting to stop the Queen of the Dead, yet I can feel you didn't invite me here to merely chat" she allowed a small smile to become visible on her lips.

"He's powerful, considering his linage..." Matabi mentally chimed in. Mirabelle, within their shared mental scape turned to the giant flaming feline. Her face faintly smiling. "I know, and if it's a fight he wants- well, he called the right gal" she responded, awaiting Heishiki's reply. In spite of his intentions, Mirabelle carefully kept a close eye on his movements - intent on studying any abnormality he might present.

Hei seemingly levitating several feet from the ground will swiftly yet elegantly turn. His legs, extending down as he gracefully rests his feet upon the chilly waters. Taking in a deep breath, allowing the cold to fill his lungs; He will exhale outward as if hesitant to make his request. "Mirabelle... I feel this world has grown far to close to the Void."... A moment of silence passes as the winds whistle in the background. "I fear another cataclysm is upon us, one that will leave this world empty.. forever. It may well be upon us to stop that very fate from transpiring." Hei takes a standard battle stance, shifting his right foot forward and his right arm extended upward. "In order to postpone what may seem to be inevitable, I must test your might to see if you have what it takes to fight along side me in this conflict to come"

Mirabelle hums a little, her demeanor leaving much to be said. Heishiki’s declaration was one she could honestly resonate with, as it was something she too wished for. Once he finished establishing his intent, Mirabelle’s face rested ever so slightly for a moment. “Seems both us share a common goal then” she started, as she smiled. “I am well aware of the impending cataclysm - but the question is, what are WE going to do about it” she pondered for a moment as she decided mentally if to reveal her hand. “As many might know, there are many divisions within the world as we know it. The Monks of Kamiyasumi promote peace between all, the Golden Order wishes to eradicate the deities themselves etc”. She looked Heishiki directly in his eyes and gestured towards him.

I, however, started my own faction. We are called Fatui, and our goal is simple. We wish to coexist, namely with the Arali- but we refuse to be ruled over by these foreign deities. The time for that has come and gone centuries ago. Our ‘creators’ left this universe, planets and all to us to thrive. For us to forge our own paths, yet our destinies remain controlled by a deity to this very moment. Perhaps it was what the Twin Fates truly wish, it’s hard to say- but know this. The Fatui are diligent in our goals, and we could use any help to usher in this new era. One without these Gods ruling OUR lands” she declared.

However, I would love for you to aid us directly, as one of our Harbingers. Your mastery over temporal abilities will prove useful in our tasks. While this is my goal, I believe you won’t join so easily- so I have a proposition. A bet to be exact, heads or tails. If I win, you join our cause or if you win, we Fatui will aid you instead without joining our organization. It’s a win win honestly!” she said with a mixture of sarcasm and truth.

Ready? Andddd go!” she said, stringing together two handseals. It her finger tip, a pale blue coin made of raw chakra would form, as she flicks it into Heishiki’s direction. At a distance (we started 10 meters)- it would appear as a blob of blue light, due as it crossed half way through - she clicked her teeth, expanding the size of the coin to roughly the same height as Hei.

Its size would easily crush the Celestial underneath its weight, but Mirabelle knows he wouldnt fall for such an easy trick. It's merely a warm up; which she would aim to continue to test the waters over time.

Upon finishing her technique, Mirabelle would follow up- quickly forming another handseal. Thin razor wire erupted from around Heishiki, quickly raising and gripping around his neck, arms and legs. They had the elemental nature of fire infused into them, which would singe his skin on contact. It would simultaneously choke him, and restrain his movement as well via the wires. Mirabelle smiled, as her grip latched onto the hilt of her katana - Hagakure. She sprinted forward towards her opponent, ignorant to his true capabilities. “Let’s dance, Heishiki!

(Ninpou: Shinshi Koin)- Ninja Arts: The Gentleman's Coin

Description: The user performs 2 brief hand seals then molds a large amount of chakra into the compacted form of a singular coin. The coin glows a bright light blue color and is about the size of the average currency coin in Naruto (Quarter). From long range the coin is near impossible to see from mid range the coin just appears as a light blue blob and at short range it can be distinctly seen. The coin materializes along the top of the user's thumb while the rest of the fingers wrap around in a fist almost. The user then flicks his thumb upward flicking the coin forward towards the opponent. The coin flickers through the air rotating and gathering force, about half way the user clicks his teeth and via shape manipulation the coin can do one of two things. The coin can expand into a massive coin (roughly twice the size of the opponent) which falls down onto the opponent from above crushing him. Or the coin multiplies into 10 smaller coins which attack the opponent head on and pelt like bullets or needles in Naruto context. The coin is buoyant in nature meaning it can travel across water, land or through the air the same effect occurs in the end. Before the coin's effect the coin flashes red then the actual attack happens. *The coin can be used for supplementary purposes, meaning only occurring for role play. The user says something cool like "Oh I forgot to tip you" In the dawn tavern and flicks the coin behind him. When it hits the ground it causes a small fire or explosion. *

Description: The user will expel chakra outwards, from theur hands. The chakra will create a set of 5 wires, thin and sharp but strong, which will immediately wrap around the opponent. While they can be used on their own to powerfully constrict the opponent, they can be used more efficiently by adding an elemental nature to them. Strong elements (Earth, Metal, etc) or Slicing elements (Wind, Lightning, etc) will strengthen or sharpen the thin wires, which will allow them to slice through flesh and bone by the inherited constriction force. Other elements may weaken the body itself, allowing the said slicing effect (Fire burning, Rotting elements, etc). Elements that do not fall in these characteristics will simply add their characteristics to the wires, but will only have the tight grip of normal chakra wires, and not the slicing property.
With one handseal, the wires can be shot from the ground upwards, binding the target. The user can gradually increase the sharpness and the tight hold of the technique by hand gestures (when he uses it from his hands directly as "whips") or by maintaining the hand seal (if used from the ground). The wires are only able to severe the thinner limbs/weak spots and severely injuring the thicker body parts (I.e Severe arms, legs, necks, and Injure torso, head).
Note: If used from the ground, can't perform any further jutsu until the grip is released.

( Hagakure Kikigaki ) - Hidden Leaves (Custom Weapon)

Description: Deep within the Dark Tower lies many secrets of Oisha and his former master Asano, secrets the pupil wished to take to the grave with him. Prior to acquiring the first of the Zōka Sanshin, Oisha learned the secrets of Hagakure and expanded upon these before ultimately passing his knowledge onto his most skilled and trusted samurai, Ishijo of the Riverlands. However, following Oisha’s betrayal and the ensuing battle that occurred between him and the Ronin, the blade was lost and never recovered by Ishijo.

The Hagakure has three unique skills attributed to it, allowing for it’s varied and powerful usages. The first of the three abilities is a passive ability known as Gunki Monogatari. Gunki Monogatari refers to the state of the blade and it’s dual natured composition. Hagakure is both a physical blade as well as a spiritual one, coexisting at the same time, appearing as a blackened blade with wispy air-like wisps emanating from it. This dual existence grants the blade the ability to deal both physical and spiritual damage at one time, splitting the damage done to target’s spiritual health as well as body as evenly as possible, dealing both physical and spiritual damage. These techniques will combat techniques as normal though. This ability is passive in nature and enhances all non elemental Kenjutsu as well as non-Yin or non-Yang based Kenjutsu.

The first active ability is a special attack called Kashoki. The user releases several crescent blades of energy, designed to combat intangible techniques as well as injure the target. These crescents are capable of interacting with spiritual techniques that are normally intangible as well as other techniques that are intangible. These blades also deal a double effect on targets; should an attack land, then the target’s overall health points lower by 10. This 10 health reduces the damage from the technique originally used, dealing 10 less damage as an S ranked attack to living targets. What this means is should the S ranked technique land, 70 damage will be dealt while their max health drops by 10 as well. Against other Jutsu, full damage will apply. The user can make these crescents to combat other techniques once every 2 turns.

The last and perhaps most notable ability of the Hagakure is known as Bushi Katagi, or Warrior Spirit. Activating this spirit, this warrior spirit is reflected in the form of a faint blue hue over the user’s body, enhancing his blade’s spiritual abilities. This aura extends some of the Hagakure’s mystical abilities to it’s wielder, allowing them to be able to enhance their forms to mitigate the effects of damage, spending spiritual health to block physical damage. Being able to spend up to 100 health, the user is able to negate up to the same amount of damage. Anything higher than this and the user will take full damage as well as force the Health System drawbacks to trigger which, through usage of Bushi Katagi, normally do not trigger. This aura also augments the user’s Kashoki ability and allows him to target spiritual entities regardless of state, form, or realm. Should the user be capable of detecting a spiritual target, this blade will allow him to target them with Kashoki. Bushi Katagi allows Kashoki to not only target spiritual entities but also suppress them into the sword, augmenting his next Kashoki attack with the effects of the previously targeted spiritual entity.

Note: Gunki Monogatari is a passive ability always in effect, augmenting their effects. These effects cannot be mitigated unless by Yin or Yang based abilities.
Note: Should Bushi Katagi be used, then the cooldown rate for Kashoki is reduced to once per turn. However after Bushi Katagi ends, this can only be used once every 3 turns for the remainder of the battle. Should a second use of Bushi Katagi occur and end, Kashoki will only be usable once every 4 turns.
Note: Bushi Katagi requires the user to have at least 50 health before he can trigger it. It can only be used twice a battle, lasting 3 turns each use. Should the user’s sacrificed health leave him with less than 25, then this technique will automatically end regardless of how much has been blocked. The user is capable of using this as a blue barrier that blocks the same amount of damage for multiple allies, covering up to 6 meters. This can only be done with allies and not solo fights. Barrier use prevents further use of Bushi Katagi and lasts a single turn.
Note: Health spent to defend cannot be regenerated nor restored by the user or his Creation/Summonings or Tools. Another Ninja must heal the user in order for the health to return. However, he will not experience Fatigue or Health System drawbacks until his health is lowered by outside methods.

Hei will simply smirk and string together three quick handseals as the small coin like shape of chakra expands. Utilizing the water around him, Hei will form a rapidly spinning vortex of water that will act as a barrier not only deflecting the "coin" but also nullifying the flaming razor wire in the process. This water doesn't extend more then 5m from Hei's location even though it has the capability to, instead only being used as a defensive measure.

Description: After performing the Ram → Horse → Bird handseals, the user is able to create a technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.

Once freed up from his technique, as the vortex and clashing techniques dissipate Hei spits out a small Eel from his mouth like a bullet into the water in front of himself, then stringing together another rapid succession of handseals Hei manipulates the water in front of himself to form into a massive wave that builds in height, this as the Eel will seemingly release more that do the same, growing into a vast swarm within the wave creating a combination technique comparable to S-rank might (80 damage). If left uncontested this wave will crush Mirabelle as the Eels begin to shock and feast upon her in a feeding frenzy.

(Raiunagi Mure) - Electric Eel Swarm

Description: The user will release a small Eel from their sleeve or mouth and shoot it into a water source. This Eel will open it's mouth once inside the source and release more Eels which then proceed to do the same quickly forming a swarm that close in on the targets location. This Swarm then begins attacking the target in a feeding frenzy as they release small jolts of electricity, numbing the target in the process.

As Mirabelle attempted to close the distance; she noticed that Heishiki began his own assault. His watery defense blocked both of her initial attacks - though she remained vigilant in her intent. The surface of the terrain she sat on now, water. His follow up; initially releasing an eel from his being into the ocean. “Taking advantage of the field huh…” she said, a smile growing eerily. She allowed his intent, as the giant tsunami quickly forged into a fearsome combination of eels and water - but alas as it drew closer- it stopped in its tracks. Mirabelle would have slammed her hand onto the surface of the liquid, allowing her organic element of Algae to quickly proliferate within it. In a moment’s notice of spreading, it would have captured the water technique in its tracks, as the algae forcefully took over the technique. “While I’m not much of a water specialist- I have a few tricks of my own sleeve capable of terrain control too!” she declared as the technique quickly spun back into its original direction. The eels became ensnared within the algae; unable to continue their advance as intended.

Description: This technique allows the user to produce an algal bloom within a desired water source. During the algal bloom the algae will proliferate across the targeted water source at a rapid rate and can be made to either metabolize it, converting it entirely into an algae structure, or infest it, in which case the water source will largely remain intact, but will be infested with algae to such an extent that it will be non-manipulable to those unable to use algae release. (The user, however, will be capable of manipulating the new water source through either algae techniques or water jutsu). The user can then control the product of Medusa through use of hand movements for either offensive or defensive purposes. This technique is applicable to S rank and below water sources, and is efficient enough to convert immense sources of water such as those produced by ‘Great Exploding Colliding Wave’ in moments, furthermore, Medusa will possess and exhibit any special properties or effects that the metabolised water had, now tailored towards the users benefit and the enemies deficit.
- Can only be used four times.
- Is also effective against water-based liquids, or earth based semi-liquids (such as mud), and aggregate sources of liquid.
- Sustaining the technique for manipulation drains 10 chakra per turn and limits the user to Algae techniques and elements it's composed of.

The algal tsunami threatened to crash into Heishiki as a result; his own eels, while unlikely, would unleash their intended static discharge against their own summoner. Once she finished, Mirabelle didn’t remove her palm from the surface of the water as she further manipulated it. As she did- more Algae quickly began to spread - their beautiful bloom giving raise to giant arm to form. It would have been made beneath the surface, as it traveled beneath the waves. As the tsunami crashed into Heishiki, said arm construct emerged, gripping his body and crushing it.
Mirabelle would slowly stand back up on the surface, as the pool of chilled water dripped from her palm. "Tch" she sucked her teeth, a bitter memory spawning in her mind. Due to the unique nature of Algae, the nature of merging via synchronization- gifting both constructs the ability belonging to the other as a result (i.e the arm gaining the water/earth capturing properties of Medusa).

Description: Eywa encapsulates the user's universal control over Algae. Through the use of a single handseal, the user can birth algae, or re-shape preexisting algae into various offensive, defensive, or supplementary structures of varying strengths and sizes. By exploring the full spectrum of Algae’s semi-solid, formless and aggregate nature various effects can be achieved, such as waves and blasts of sludge-esque algae, densely packed algae for hard walls, rigid spears, spikes and the like, or shaped yet flexible structures such as whips or tendrils and so on. Algae can adopt various hues and colours, continuously grow and proliferate if left unattended. Birthed algae can either be released from the user's’ body, from a source of water (whole or aggregate), a pre-existing source of algae, or from moisture saturated earth, and its strength and size will vary according to the amount of chakra utilised to create it. In the case of reshaping existing algae however, the size and strength will correlate to that of the original structures. Eywa also facilitates the creation of seaweed-esque structures, and the release of Algal spores that can be triggered at a later date.( These being generic spores that entail generic applications explored and alluded to within the CE submission.)
- At the cost of 10 chakra per turn, the user can sustain control over created structures for continuous manipulation that allows structures to be guided through land, sea or sky, this however limits the user to the usage of Algae, the elements it is composed of, and non elemental abilities. It can be maintained for a maximum of four turns.
- By expending 5 chakra the user can amplify the colour pigments of the created algal bloom for the effect of bioluminescence- bioluminescence is prevalent across a variety of algae species and - in accordance with Algae's generalist catch-all nature, and the nature of Eywa as a generalist technique of such an element, the effect of bioluminescence can be summoned in Eywa Algae. Bioluminescent algae will glow with an intense light.
- S ranked applications require two handseals and can only be utilized thrice.

Description: As outlined in the CE, Algae possesses a formless nature that allows individual techniques to freely adopt multiple traits, even those that might otherwise be specific to, or unique to a certain genera or species. Furthermore, Algae exists as a symbiotic element and Synchronisation seeks to take advantage of these two traits. When two individual Algae structures meet, Synchronisation will passively activate to trigger Algae’s nature as a horde ce - wherein any trait manifestable in its constituent parts can be manifested in the greater whole, thus allowing for the assimilation of abilities. I.e: Bioluminescence can be gained by contact with a bioluminescent algae structure, for instance, as algae preserves the information of, and mimicries other algae that it contacts.
Notes: This can only be triggered once per turn, and boosts cannot be mimicked, only physical qualities innate to the Algae technique; such as spore production, bioluminescence, etc.

Hei will simply close his eyes and smile as the wave seemingly crushes him down into itself and the hand following suit grasping the area and squeezing down tightly. It would appear as though the techniques succeeded in subduing Hei. However reality is not so simple. As Hei closed his eyes, his Rinnegan will activate and at the moment of contact, Hei will shift with small red orizuru that will be caught within the techniques instead of himself. His chakra will suddenly vanish until he reappears 10m behind Mirabelle.

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. It also grants a family of abilities collectively known as the Six Paths Technique. The user is also able to summon and control the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. Certain Rinnegan abilities have only been demonstrated by single users: Madara can create corporeal shadows in the invisible world of Limbo; Momoshiki is able to absorb any ninjutsu with his right Rinnegan and release it with his Left Rinnegan; Urashiki is capable of moving through time and space when different eyes are activated. While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara and other wielders could switch at will between their other eyes and Rinnegan eyes, although Uchiha aren't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Due to implanting Madara's Rinnegan into his eye, Obito loses the ability to deactivate this eye, much like Nagato.
Note: Can only be used by Rinnegan users excluding Sasuke.
Note: Requires activation ( spending move ) for other Rinnegan bios but remains active indefinetely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. Description: Prior to being struck by an attack, Urashiki activates his base Rinnegan and causes it to glow blue. His body then disappears without warning, leaving behind ten glowing red orizuru, which slowly float to the ground before fading away when the user reveals himself. Afterwards, Urashiki's chakra signature is completely untraceable for 2 turns, allowing him to escape elsewhere unnoticed, or until he uses a Jutsu, whichever comes first. This allows him to escape damage from a technique he is aware of and reposition himself up to mid range away from his original location undetected, only being sensed if he chooses to use a Jutsu.
Note: This can be used up to 4 times a battle but only against any opponent twice. After using, the user cannot use for 2 turns.
Note: Can only be used by Urashiki bios.
As he reappears his eyes will revert back to their normal state, Hei reaching his hand out as a red glowing rod of chakra forms. "You know, thats a pretty unique technique you have. It's peaked my curiosity" Hey will say in a light friendly tone while also giving away his location. Then with a simple swing of the rod Hei will release a hook like construct the size of a windmill shurikin that will rapidly spin similar to one, aimed directly at Mirabelle.

Description: Created via modified version of the Creation Tools At Will jutsu, the user is capable of creating a solid special red glowing malleable chakra rod. This rod is capable of being used to pierce through defenses of equal rank and lower to absorb chakra from targets pierced directly by it. This allows him the ability to use their absorbed chakra in the form of an Advanced Element or Kekkei Genkei. If the user wishes, he can directly absorb the chakra as pure chakra and increase his reserves or heal himself directly. He can also use this Rod to steal chakra to increase his abilities, requiring use of the Chakra Edible technique after Chakra theft with this technique. This usage causes no damage in order to obtain the chakra and as such, is unable to harm a foe directly. However, the user is capable of using the rod to create varying physical attacks to harm the opponent such as creating an array of rod like projectiles to attack with, unable to drain or steal chakra at this time and in this state.

It was rather uncharacteristic of Mirabelle’s usual combinations to successfully make contact. Was Heishiki holding his hand? Tanking the impact enough that it really did no damage? So many questions, little answers to be seen. The Celestial managed to avoid her technique, weaponizing his temporal techniques to escape from the combination of blows Mirabelle sent into his direction. She wasn’t aware of this, but his repositioning and reappearance behind her didn’t go unnoticed. The Jinchuriki had a special seal, an addition to her Jinchuriki sealing she invented for tactics like this.

He’s behind you” Matatabi commented, with her vision of the outside world being possible via said seal. Mirabelle nodded mentally, though it was pointless chatter as Heishiki willingly gave away his new location, speaking to Mirabelle directly. Without turning around, Mirabelle smiled- and answered. “It’s nothing special honestly, just a little element I created- inspired by my sister’s own Wood Release” she explained, though she wouldn’t release her techniques.

Description: This seal was created specifically for Jinchuriki as a way of giving their Bijuu a more active role in battle. The Demon's Window Seal is placed on a Jinchuriki's body and gives their Bijuu a window into the outside world, appearing as a "screen" of sorts inside their inner sanctum. This allows them to see in the direction that the seal is facing, with a standard field of view. A common location for the seal is the nape of the Jinchuriki's neck which allows the Bijuu to watch their host's back, though more offensively minded Jinchuriki may place the seal elsewhere. This viewing window is active at all times as a passive function for the seal.Beyond being able to see through the seal, the Bijuu and host are able to activate it to create a temporary gateway into the real world, appearing as an enlarged version of the seal in the air at the desired location. While not large enough for the Bijuu to escape through, it does allow the passage of a limb or tail, or even a technique. Whether it is the Bijuu or the Host activating the seal, the gateway must be created within eye sight. Should the Tailed Beast attack through the gateway with a limb or tail, the strength of the attack is A rank. They are able to use techniques of the fields they can use during its full transformation (e.g. Wind and Sand for Shukaku, or Wind and Taijutsu for Chomei), but with half the added power bonus and excluding any technique that is exclusive to their full transformation. The gateway can only be used for one action per usage, after which it closes.

Instead, they lingered on the surface as she controlled them to halt passively in place. Matatabi once more mentally alerted her of the incoming crimson weaponry. With this directly being a threat to her - she would make a set of three handseals, which upon the last one being made - splurge of Algal growth exploded beneath her feet, as the Algae rapidly spreads, while in the process of blocking the projectile, the algae intercepting its course.

After a few moments, if left alone would turn into what can only be described as a forest made completely of Algae. The surface would have risen above the duo, restricting access to the water now as a source; while creating a terrain dedicated to Mirabelle’s element. The tsunami once again possessed a threat to Heishiki; as the arm also swam through the forest.

Seaweed like tendrils emerged from the surface, wrapping and restraining Heishiki’s movements - as the tsunami would crash into his body, and the arm making contact and crushing him. The tsunami would also additionally gain the properties of the Algae forest, giving it the same physical properties. Mirabelle remained on the surface of the algae, knowing things is only going to get crazier over time.

Description: This technique involves the creation of masses of algal sludge from either a water source, moisture rich earth, or through the release of rapidly proliferating algal blooms that will spread out from the user's body into layers of expanding algal sludge. The sludge will exhibit an incredible growth rate that will have it multiply in size several times per second - the end result will be perhaps the most powerful terrain-change afforded by Algae techniques. The battlefield will morph so that every square inch is covered by thick, expanded layers of algae sludge that will blanket unevenly across the terrain. At certain points the blanket of sludge will peak into giant twists and tangles of seaweed that will spire up from the layer of sludge high into the air. While numerous spores will be released from the sludge and spires to harmlessly float about the battlefield. Ultimately, this technique will bear resemblance to the birth of an algae forest, or perhaps world. While the user will be capable of traversing over the layers of sludge unencumbered, opponents will find their footing unstable and the viscosity of the sludge precarious, resulting in a 3 point reduction in their base speed. Furthermore, the sludge will cut contact with the ground below and passively metabolise both earth and water, therefore preventing the use of earth or water techniques from the ground below (excluding those above S-Rank), and, the algae, being especially predatory towards water will prevent the materialisation of water from the air by rapidly absorbing any precipitation to remain hydrated. Water or Earth released from elsewhere will, if in contact with Genesis Algae for a turn be passively metabolised and transformed to become a part of the Algae forest. The Algae forest can be easily destroyed by a suitable lightning or wind natured technique of adequate scale. The sludge and seaweed can be passively manipulated for supplementary and obstructive purposes, such as binding and defense.
-Can only be used twice, lasts until destroyed and upon destruction has a four turn cooldown between uses.
-Any spores on the battlefield will be triggered by the initiation of Genesis, and will rapidly proliferate and expand into Genesis sludge so as to facilitate a faster creation of an Algal world.

Furthermore, Algae exists as a symbiotic element and Synchronisation seeks to take advantage of these two traits. When two individual Algae structures meet, Synchronisation will passively activate to trigger Algae’s nature as a horde ce - wherein any trait manifestable in its constituent parts can be manifested in the greater whole, thus allowing for the assimilation of abilities. I.e: Bioluminescence can be gained by contact with a bioluminescent algae structure, for instance, as algae preserves the information of, and mimicries other algae that it contacts.
Notes: This can only be triggered once per turn, and boosts cannot be mimicked, only physical qualities innate to the Algae technique; such as spore production, bioluminescence, etc.

N.B: Genesis now obtains all of the physical attributes of both Medusa and Eywa; from the Medusa tsunami. Medusa tsunami now also gains the physical properties of Genesis.

"An element inspired by Mokuton that is adaptable enough to be used on open seas; Very impressive." Hey replies as the veins around his eyes protrude with an influx of chakra. His pupils becoming defined with the activation of his Byakugan. A clear sign of respect and a nod to Mirabelle's prowess in battle. With his enhanced vision Hei will look within the very Algae rapidly growing around the battlefield and defending from Hei's previous attack. An attempt to understand it as he takes flight with his supieror speed, leaving a slight after image in his movemnet. "Not only was she able recognized my advantage in the water, but she was adept enough to turn the tables on said advantage and alter the field to not only remove the threat but gain a tarraiental advantage herself... " Hei thought to himself impressed by Mirabelle's battle tactics.

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills. To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.
Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

As Hei flies upwards into the skies, He will focus chakra into his hand. Instead of focusing the chakra into a sphere not to far off to that of a Rasangan, he instead pushes it outward violently like a shockwave that crashes down into the Algae blasting it away from himself and destroying any seaweed like tendrils and hand construct that would have been reaching for him. "The vercitility of your technique is quite rare. How will you handle a frontal assault?" Hei asks aloud as he changes dirrectory coming down at an angle aimed dirrectly toward Mirabelle, his eyes seemingly fixated on her location.

Mirabelle witnessed her chain of attacks initially missing their target, though she expected this- as terrain control is something that she intended to secure prior to all of this. Heishiki continued to glaze her about her impressive prowess but she scoffed at it. “This isn’t even the peak of the element- I have much more experimenting to do with it, but right now it doesn’t matter” she pointed out. “Let’s not forget the intention of this bout, so allow me to switch gears a bit!” she exclaimed, weaving three hand seals and utilizing the Algae terrain as a source of power. This would effectively allow her to create a Sentinel, an amazing creation composed of the very same element in question - though she released her control over her tsunami technique in question, focusing on her arm based creation now. As the Sentinel awoke from the depths of the algae, it would reach out- passively adopting the physical properties of Algae forest, alongside anything else the forest had gained from the other structures prior to.

Description: The user will perform three handseals for the creation of a familiar of higher sentience formed of Algae; the Sentinel. A Sentinel typically appears as a humanoid entity, devoid of real facial features, lacking a real neck, stocky in proportions, possessing arms of exaggerated size that drape down to below its knees, stump like legs and three cylindric fingers that sprout from each hand, which are indistinguishable from its arms as it lacks any real joints or contouring, capable of ranging from human size to truly gargantuan proportions such as that of 'Great Stone Golem'. True to the formless nature of Algae however, the Sentinel is freely capable of shapeshifting from one form to another, adopting any shape or size that pleases him or his summoner. As an extension of this it also possesses the ability to regenerate, anything less than full destruction will allow the Sentinel to swiftly re-assume its full power and whatever shape it was in, or a new shape should it so wish. The Sentinel will continue to persist so long as the Algae that comprise it exist. Depending on the attributes instilled on creation, either a Red or a Green Sentinel will be created, Red Sentinel's are typically comprised of Algae that thrive when embedded in sediment, near rocks or in shallower waters, as opposed to Green which prefers deep, free waters; as a result, Red Sentinel's are capable of utilising all Algae techniques, and S rank and below Earth techniques, whereas its counterpart, the Green Sentinel, is proficient in all Algae techniques, and S rank and below techniques of the Water element. While Sentinel's employ a running speed that is, at best, extremely lethargic (half that of the users), it is capable of phasing through sources of earth and algae (Red Sentinel) or Water and Algae (Green Sentinel) at up to twice the users base speed. While only one Sentinel can be created at a time, a Sentinel is capable of dividing itself into multiple iterations of itself, however it is only capable of creating up to one fully functional copy at a time, the rest will lack the ability to utilise jutsu, therefore while its physical and innate power will be split among them, its abilities won't exactly be.
- Can only be used twice, when created lasts four turns, with a three turn cool down between usages.
- Any jutsu that the Sentinel utilises counts towards its move count, innate abilities are passive, however creating a fully functional copy requires a move.
- Once a Sentinel expires or is destroyed, the user will not be able to utilise Algae techniques above A rank for three turns.
- Spores are constantly released in the Sentinel's wake.
- Regardless of the users will, so long as the user is alive, a Sentinel will passively sap 10 chakra per turn to remain functional. The user can however forcefully will the Sentinel's destruction, or, can will a Sentinel into a state of non-chakra-sustained dormancy, turning the Sentinel inactive until they re-activate it again (30 chakra cost for reactivation).

Vice versa, the algae forest would also gain all the physical attributes of the Sentinel in question (Regeneration, Sentience, Jutsu Casting etc). Once the Celestial descended and aimed to perform his technique; the Algae forest would have reacted, unleash a perform torrent of water that immediately countered the impact from the chakra blast- meanwhile the Sentinel would have flanked to Heishiki’s immediate right, and unleashed a another powerful torrent of water, aimed to blast through his body.

The Jinchuriki, still possessing her sword in hand would have waited, watching as her now sentient familiars hunt after their primary target. As she did, she passively shifted the coloration of her hair - revealing her true heritage, while styling it in her desired fashion. Once upon a time, the Neidan existed within her; but she bore the symbol of the Uzumaki. Her attire shifted too, revealing her true outfit (image for reference).

Description: Wicked Weaves is a unique technique; based on the concept of kunochi infusing chakra into their hair in order to weaponize it in combat. What makes this different from other techniques including Wild Lion's Mane Technique is through the infusion of Yang energy into the hair, it allows them to weaponize it to an even higher degree. Once active, the user’s hair harden’s enough to become more akin to a sword’s durability, but can be shaped into any form the user desires without costing a move, ranging from fists or legs to form Taijutsu, or even other weapons to perform Bukijutsu or Kenjutsu. One thing however is that it cannot be detached from the user, or else the chakra supplying it will be stripped from it and simply fall useless on the ground. The user also at the cost of a move directly strikes with the empowered hair, allowing them to deal 80 physical damage to the opponent. Due to the Yang energy flowing through the user’s hair, the constructs exhibit a level of sentience, allowing it to strike freely on behalf of its user without them needing to command it. And last but not least, Wicked Weaves also has a passive usage for half its chakra cost, but allows the user to lengthen, shorten or even change the color of their hair and its style aesthetically. Wicked Weaves can be posted within a user's biography allowing them to apply the passive application of this technique without taking up a technique usage. This can only be used thrice per battle, lasting three turns, to which once deactivated cannot be used for two turns afterwards. Can only be used by kunoichi (Female Shinobi).

Hei was still impressed with Mirabelle's performance thus far, however it has failed to prevent him from closing in on her. Keeping a close eye on the environment around him via his Byakugan. He continues forward as originally planned, with his previous attack countered with a torrent of water from the forest of algae below, and a new sentinal releasing a a bullet of water from his flank. Hei will simply counter the incoming attack by making a single handseal while on his flight path, then expelling a small chunk of rock form his mouth that will rapidly grow to match the size of the water bullet causing the two techniques to clash and null each other. Hei now entering into short range of Mirabelle still moving at high speed smirks as he see's what her next move is.

Even as the Sentinel’s attack was countered, Mirabelle willed the creation’s intent. Immediately as Heishiki continued to make his movement, the creation dissolved it’s current form. This allowed it to phase into the Algae forest, immediately as it began to swim through it in order to keep up with Heishiki (it moves twice Mirabelle’s base speed in Algae; this being 20). It seems her opponent wanted to get up close and personal. “Be mindful of where you try to touch; I’m married now” she said with a smirk in return as she weaved the Chaos within one’s being. The very world around herself and Heishiki shock, as the very bindings of reality untethered itself. The macrocosmos, now under the shimmering command of the Archon, would expand, as the very space between them revealed its beautiful yet malignant darkness. The very Void they fought to apprehend three years ago, now at her fingertips. However, there was no drain in sanity, only captivation. What seemed like an eternity, only last mere seconds - as the very world around them was brought back into the epicenter - crashing reality.

Description: Allows the parting of the world to plunge the chaos into oblivion. The user will stretch out both arms, and, with them, part the whole world in half, along with any illusion ( of the same rank ), plunging both into the void of the world between both halves of the physical realm. In this void, the targets won't be able to move, as they briefly behold all the wonders of a foreign and marvelous galaxy, filled with countless constellations and astronomical phenomenons, along side cosmical behemoths, oceanic-like creatures floating in the void as if it were a black sea, before the practitioner slaps both hands again, crushing the targets between both halves of the now tilted world, wedged between physical realm and void, passing out from the mental damage. The void lasts but mere seconds, but it's wonders are engraved in the target's memories. While the illusion can target multiple people, within range, each will see the world part exactly in the middle, in a straight line between themselves and the practitioner.
Once the user slaps both hands together, closing both halves, a blast of chakra is released, up to short range, all around or in a single direction. This chakra blast, S rank in strength, can be composed of raw or acquire a basic elemental nature from the user.

In reality, Mirabelle’s motions weaved an illusion. One that, honestly, predated the real Chaos humanity once faced. As she clasped her hands, the illusion shattered, but in its wake- a chaotic blast of fiery energy was generated. The fire violently rampaged through the short range terrain, the Algae stirring up as well - but due to its regeneration properties, having a strength vs fire release, the Algae would simply regrow afterwards. The Sentinel was approaching, as it quickly it could and would have resurfaced - its three fingered arm quickly aiming to punch the Celestial from behind, covered with a generous amount of water.

The very same regeneration protected the Sentinel as well; its worries only focused on Heishiki. As all of this occurred afterwards, Mirabelle would have then drawn chakra into herself; refining it onto her hands as dragon-like talons appeared around it, allowing her to strike her target more viciously. “Soon enough, I'll have to worry about certain techniques...” she thought for a moment, her plan soon coming to motion.

Description: The user focuses water chakra in any part of his body which he intends to use to attack or defend from an attack(e.g. fists, palms, arms, legs, etc) and when attacking or defending, releases and molds the water to an expanded size of that body part. For example, if the user wants to punch an opponent with his/her right fist, he/she releases water from that fist, quickly shaping it into that same fist but a faster and larger size of it, dealing more damage to the opponent and leaving them soaked. If it's a kick, then the water released is molded into the shape of the user's leg but a faster and bigger size. The releasing of the water is really fast, making it seem like user is punching/kicking them out of their body. The size of the expanded water body part is the same as an Akimichi's but does not have the solid property of a normal hand since it is water. The user can punch/kick out the expanded water body parts multiple times, although not more than 3 times with one.

Note: Usable 4 times per battle and only on one particular limb at a time.

Description: The standard technique for claw forms of Ryusoken. By arching their fingers back at the knuckles to a claw gesture, the user is able to unleashing clawing attacks that produces powerful cuts which can rip opponent in shreds. This is furthered by using chakra to manifest claws from each of the users fingers that is shaped like demonic dragon claws, being barely visible to the naked eye. These can also manifest at the user's feet by protruding from each of their toes, which has an added effect of helping to gain traction on slippery or unsteady surfaces. The user has a level of freedom on how to execute their claw attacks, from precise jabs to wide sweeping kicks that can easily mutilate the opponent into pieces, and have them work in conjunction with other Dragon Claw/taijutsu techniques. The length and sharpness of the chakra claws depend on how much chakra is put into it, B rank manifests several inches in length, A rank enlarges the claws up to a meter. The chakra dragon claws can be maintained for up to two turns.

The movement of the Sentinel would be noticed by Hei's Byakugan as it fades into the algae forest below and thanks to Hei's 'Mind’s Keen Eye' ability aided with his Byakugan, small inaccuracies of the illusion would be all to revealing for Hei. His own chakra's fluctuation being another clear indicator of the Genjutsu having been placed. Without hesitation Hei's Byakugan would transcend, a red rippled pattern spreading across his eyes with 6 tomoe spead evenly acrossed the first two ripples. The Rinnegan being able to easily peirce through the illusion having complete immunity to visual based illusions will dispell the Genjutsu allowing Hei to read Mirabelles chakra flow as she releases the blast forward upon Hei. The Movements appearing slow to Hei's gaze, he will pull forth his ancestrial family blade, Brightroar! It illuminating a transparent aura that rapidly forms a protective barrier around Hei. This will not only defend from Mirabelles chakra blast from the front, but also the sentenals water attack from behind simuntaniously. Being sure not to dirrectly hit Mirabelle with the aura, manipulating it to move around her as Hei finishes his advance It will give way just as Hei uses his Rinnegan to open a rift in spacetime behind Mirabelle. Tackling into her at his high speed without causing her damage, Hei and Mirabelle will warp through the rift together and find themsleves landing in the middle of a stone filled desert somewhere in the land of wind. Now both standing but a few feet apart from each other.. "Now Mirabella, what will you do with a drastic change of scenery?" Hei asks as his eyes revert back to his normal Byakugan.

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. It also grants a family of abilities collectively known as the Six Paths Technique. The user is also able to summon and control the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. Certain Rinnegan abilities have only been demonstrated by single users: Madara can create corporeal shadows in the invisible world of Limbo; Momoshiki is able to absorb any ninjutsu with his right Rinnegan and release it with his Left Rinnegan; Urashiki is capable of moving through time and space when different eyes are activated. While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara and other wielders could switch at will between their other eyes and Rinnegan eyes, although Uchiha aren't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Due to implanting Madara's Rinnegan into his eye, Obito loses the ability to deactivate this eye, much like Nagato.
Note: Can only be used by Rinnegan users excluding Sasuke.
Note: Requires activation ( spending move ) for other Rinnegan bios but remains active indefinetely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. (Jingi: Akarui) - Sacred Treasure: Brightroar

Description: Brightroar is an ancestral blade of the Otsutsuki, passed down though millennia. Described as being a white bladed longsword with a dark brown hilt wrapped in leather and a golden guard and pommel that creates a soft and simplistic design. When wielded the blade will instantly drain a massive amount of chakra from the user and excrete a translucent white aura of yang energy around the blade that uses Senjutsu as a medium to maintain stability. The sword will continue to drain the users chakra allowing them to wield and manipulate this yang aura around the blade to form any geometric shape, only limited in scope to a short ranged area. The sword needs to be in physical possession of the user in order to manipulate the yang aura and cannot be manipulated at a distance. The user cannot reshape the aura while using his chakra for another technique. Using the sword outside of reshaping it, either for attack or defense counts as one of the user's three moves per turn. Due to the nature of possessing Senjutsu the blade can be a potent weapon against spiritual techniques such as Yin Release’s Hands of Sloth, able to interact with techniques of this type as normal. Although Brightroar is a powerful weapon, it does come with it's drawbacks. First is it's immense chakra cost and drain, rapidly taxing the users Senjutsu. Second is that the constant flow of Yang prevents the user from using Genjutsu, Yin Release and Yin-Yang Release while wielding Brightroar.

( Yomotsu Hirasaka ) - Underworld Slope Hill

Description: The user is able to open rifts within the fabric of space which allows them to instantaneously transport themselves anywhere. When used, the user's eyes glow red. The openings can also be used to connect two different spatial locations within the same dimension or create a pathway that links two dimensions together. Similar to Kamui, Yomotsu Hirasaka allows the user to utilize these spatial tears to retreat, perform ambush attacks, and many other possible tactics. Unlike Kaguya's version, the user can only travel fully through these portals, unable to partially emerge through them. The user can also utilize this method to drag their opponents to another location with them.
Note: This can only be used 5 times an event, once every 4 turns. The user can only travel to locations he has already traveled to, unable to use this to go to places he has never been.

Despite her best attempts at swaying Heishiki away, he continued his relentless approach towards Mirabelle. The Jinchuriki realized her options are fading thin rather quickly, causing her to sigh. “Sigh, I see you don’t take hints…perhaps a little punishment…is warranted!!” she said, as physical contact is made- she would have used her proficient nature in Fuinjutsu in order to forcefully place a seal onto his body. Upon immediate contact, a sunburst pattern tattoo was inscribed on his arm as they both went through the portal. The script would have infested Heishiki’s body, cutting of his access to his Kekkai Genkai, namely his Rinnegan. This would force his precious Dojutsu to forcefully deactivate - which as they ended up in the new location, Mirabelle groaned in annoyance. The sealing script would have been made in a such a way, it wouldn't easily be noticed underneath his clothing, though not that it matters due to his Byakugan possibly being a threat.

Description: A unique body seal which utilizes the deep understanding of biology that comes with Medical Ninjutsu, Brand of Tranquility allows the user to target, seal and unseal specific aspects of the biology of their target. Visually the seal takes the form of a sunburst tattoo/ glyph that can be applied anywhere on the body. Utilizing the principle found within the "Bloodline Sealing Technique", the Brand of Tranquility allows the user to target aspects of the targets biology that go beyond that of a "regular" Shinobi, such as Kekkei Genkai, Advanced Elements, or Custom Clans, and seal them away within the brand itself where they cannot activate, be utilized, etc. This includes both physical aspects of their biology, such as a Kaguya's bone manipulation and inherent healing factor related to it, as well as more metaphysical, or conceptual aspects within their biography, such as unique energies found within Custom Clans. As an example, the ambient Keigoku within a Nekura, or Prana within a Surgebinder can be targeted, removing their shared trait of resisting, or outright nullifying external attempts at healing, but conversely it would also make it impossible for the respective character to utilize techniques associated with those energies, as well as remove any beneficial traits associated with them until the seal is released. The Brand can be used outside of, or during a fight, requiring the user expend one of their Jutsu slots per turn if performed in the latter. The effects can last for up to 10 turns (half if applied to another target), after which the seal automatically deactivates, and the ability/ abilities return. Once the seals effects end, whether through the time limit, willing (not applicable if the Brand is applied to another target) or forced deactivation/ destruction, the Brand cannot be used again for 5 turns. Finally, once the effects of the seal end and the user's targets return, due to the forced repression of their body's natural functions, the targeted skill, ability, element, etc receives a -20 reduction in their damage for 4 turns. Also they may not use the targeted skill, ability, element, etc above A rank for two turns after it's unsealed.

It was reminiscent of Lightning Release, but was in fact a byproduct of her connection to the Thunderbird contract, being capable of producing the mythical beast’s unique power. If impact is not averted, Heishiki would have been dealt a massive blow, the electrical energy crackling, shocking and burning his skin. As she lands, she awaits his next choice of action.

(Kaminari: Tengoku no Sanka) Electro: Hymns of Heaven

Description: Hymns of Heaven is a unique technique, allowing it's caster the ability to create and manifest Electro. This energy is native and only produced by Thunderbirds and human summoners - which shows it unique nature. It's golden in coloration, appearing identical to Lightning Release - but in reality it differs in that its not a byproduct of chakra, lacking it while also due to being neutral to all opposing techniques. This innately awards Electro the inability of being absorbed sealed nor replicated, being more akin to natural lightning. The casters are capable of producing and guiding the element into a vast array of shapes, including but not limited to projectiles, animated familiars (which move and behave like their real counterparts), omnidirectional bursts etc. The only limitation is one's own imagination, with the energy causing shocks and burns, but displays a level of physical interaction such as holding an Electro sword in hand to strike others. The energy can be produced in the air, in surfaces such as the earth or water or directly from the user's body, but when created at range respects spawning rules (cannot be made within five meters of the opponent, unless already in short range). Due to its lack of inherit chakra, Electro does not require handseals to perform but a gesture must still be done in order to facilitate instead. S Rank usage can be performed thrice per battle, leaving the caster unable to utilize Hymns of Heaven for two turns above B Rank. A Rank can be used four times per battle with a one turn cooldown and B Rank can be used an unlimited amount of times, but can be used once per turn. Can only be used by Thunderbird Summons and signers with the Naturalist Specialist.
