"Oh crap crap crap crap." *Melissa struggles to catch the falling mud and retains some of it in the palm of her hand* "Alright... This is a tough one..." *She simply focused her katon chakra into the palm of her hand to heat the mud up to a hard object as she couldn't think of a real way to turn the mud back into the rock* "That's close enough, isn't it?.."

nope, katon chakra would just dry it up into dirt...you're under minding the earth element, your earth chakra is more than enough to condense mud or dirt into a hard stone rock...try again...

 

[Troi]

"You are a pain in the..." *She reverses the process by performing an earlier technique and converts the hardened mud into watery, thick mud. She tries again, this time with her doton chakra and simply thinks of a hard cement surface. As the mud started to take form, she squeezed it, making it take a rigid, round shape as it became a rock*

"There." *She throws the rock at him*

 

[Toku]

*waives my hand turning the rock into dust* 0_0

now gather your earth chakra and release it into the ground and try to raise a small thin pillar of earth...

*She nods and mimics her sensei's first jutsu but without making the tunnel. She stomps her foot and sends a great amount of doton chakra into the ground, making a decent sized pillar arise*

*Melissa stomps onto the ground, making a makeshift boulder appear right in front of her. She places her hands on the rock and exerts doton chakra into it. She punches certain spots on the rock and several small staffs start to stick out. She puts chakra into her foot and kicks the rock, making all of the protruding staffs shoot out of the rock and toward the already skewered butt clone. From there, the staffs make contact and pierce the clone fully through, harming it thus making it poof away*

1. Can choose between close quarters or long (mid) range.
2. As I understand it, it can be used with any rock or variant of almost any shape.

1. Could take longer than expected depending on your choice of use.
2. A simply weak attack if thrown. I could think of more uses if used in close quarters.

*Melissa does exactly what her sensei instructs and focuses her doton chakra into her arm. She slings her right arm to the left and releases a good amount of rocks that shape a ring. It hurls off and hits a nearby tree with great force enough to chip off a section of it's bark*

1. Pretty quick.
2. Could be used in conjunction with another technique for a nice combo attack.

1. Can be easily avoid as it goes in one direction.

*Melissa nods as she makes two hand seals and starts to randomly chew on something in her mouth. Within a moment, she spews out a sticky liquid at the clone's feet, immobilizing him. She takes out several kunai and throws them. One to the far right, one to the far left and one in the middle. She focuses her doton chakra into her right arm and slings it to the left, creating a spinning circle of rocks that head straight for the clone. Due to his inability to react to the sticky substance on time, the clone gets hit with the middle kunai and the rock barrage, knocking him completely over and making him poof away*

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

"Easy..." *Melissa focuses her raiton chakra around her entire body. As soon as the rocks got close enough, she created a small surge, breaking up the rocks and throwing them off course. She came out of the ordeal with minor scrapes*

Description: After performing the Rat hand seal, the user to control multiple sections of rock and move them around their opponent. The user then forms two gigantic sections that crush the opponent.

...for this technique mold your earth chakra while performing the hand seal and relelasing it into the ground to raise sections of rock to crush a target...

"Right." *Melissa makes the rat hand seal and lifts her hands. From there, two rock pillars emerge on either side of the clone. She slaps her hands together and the pillars collide at a decent pace, squishing and making the clone vanish*

1. Good for finishing off your opponent.
2. Goes all the way up to long range which is great, in my opinion.
3. Good for binding and making your target waste a move on this jutsu.


One/three disadvantages:

1. The speed is not all there, in my eyes.
2. Cannot be used at close range (give or take).
