1) Depends how strong the other technique is. If it's the same rank then the earth would just crumble away or something. If it's much stronger then it would get through the armor and hurt you, yes.

I want to add something to our training. With the question try to find the picture of the jutsu too. It might also help you come up with questions, same as clear up some basic ones, as the size, etc.

I can't imagine a simpler move. Channel chakra into the ground. Make two walls of earth appear on both sides of your opponent that will crush him.

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra releasing it into the ground and with a wave of their arm or through the application of a weapon can cause a small wall of dust particles and sand to rise up from the ground and thrusting forwards. This technique can be used to push back enemy targets or defend against thrown projectiles.
So with a swing of your arm or with a sword slicing through the ground you can take control of the dust on the ground and create a simple wall of dust that is strong enough to push away kunai and weak techniques.

Simply make your clone. The difference is that this clone doesn't poof away, but instead crumbles when defeated. You can also change its appearance but the abilities are still yours. He appears short range from you.

Description: The user surrounds themselves with earth, taken from the immediate vicinity, in order to fabricate a formation of rock that is capable of protecting both the user and others in close proximity, if desired. Doing so, seemingly leaves the surrounding terrain unaltered, even when the quantity of earth used is enough to form a complete dome around multiple individuals as seen when Ittan used this technique. The user can also manipulate the resulting shelter to have openings in it so as to be able to observe outside, as demonstrated when used by Kitsuchi.
A simple protective dome, that forms around you and leaves the surroundings unaltered. When you see the picture you'll see that it leaves your head unprotected so it's best to use it against ground level attacks and stuff that doesn't come form above, otherwise it wouldn't have much purpose.

Description:The user creates a dome of earth, which protects them from external attacks. The domes shape is in a similar fashion to wood release: wood locking walls. That creates a half face dome.
A simple half-dome that servers the purpose of protection. I suppose you could alters it's position before forming, so that it forms behind you or to your sides, depending on the situation.

The description explains pretty much everything. You collect the earth chunks around you and form a ball of earth and rocks and then roll towards you opponent, lmao.

2) Yeah, I hope you won't get dizzy using it, lol.
3) Yeah pretty much, but when you check the technique on wiki you'll see that he made the wave take him above the ground, like a spear of sorts.
