1st Jutsu:

Can you take it off at anytime after you've put it on?

2nd Jutsu:

Can you make single body parts of this golem come out of the ground and not the whole thing. Like an arm or leg. Maybe even just the upper body of it?

3rd Jutsu:

Using this on yourself would increase your speed a lot but could it be compared to gates speed? Or rather can you be seen without a doujutsu when you move?

4th Jutsu:

Can you use it on a portion of the ground itself? Like to make it splinter upward or possibly lower you a bit

1) Hm, good question. It's not really like that. I come to think that it can only be removed by a lightning jutsu but that wouldn't be really useful, so I guess that you can remove it on your own will.

2) Yeah, the upper body is what you get, but it's huge anyway. Can't seem to find the pic anymore.

3) Yeah, I'm not sure how fast it is in narutoverse, but in our RP you can't get speed over the gates. You would at best get a speed very close to the 1st gates.

4) I'm not sure how you're trying to splinter or lower the ground by increasing it's mass, but no you can't. Take a rock and increase it's mass while you're holding it. When you throw it, it will have the force of a giant truck when it hits you, just an example.
