(Doton: Ganban Kyu) - Earth Release: Bedrock Coffin
How to Attack: Well this technique is basically a super OP C-rank technique. I would attack them with this technique by first, making sure they wouldn't escape. Since this technique is kind of slow, it would be easy for them to escape. I could stall them by using the water startch syrup capture technique so they wouldn't move, or better yet, place them in a genjutsu that would make them unable to move.
How to Defend: I would defend against this technique by getting out of the way. I could get out of the way because the ground underneath me would probably be shaking due to it coming out from the bottom. I could use the azure water stream to easily get out or a D-rank earth doton to make a small pillar to jump out.
How to Counter: I would counter this technique with a strong (A-Srank) lightning technique. If there is one that exist, i could create a lightning blade with my hand and have it travel in an arc so it would destroy the two slabs of earth at the same time while going towards my opponent.
Advantages It is quite deadly, because it would completely crush you and you would probably die if your whole body is crushed.
Disadvantages: You can feel the earth moving beneath you so it would be an indication that a technique like this would be in place, so you have a reason to escape.
Combinations: I would use the starch syrup capture field technique to make them unable to move. And since that technique won't stop them from breaking the slabs, i could place them under a genjutsu that would make them unable to move or see, so they won't know how to break it. Then i would perform this technique to crush them.

(Doton: Ganchūsō) - Earth Release: Stone Spikes
How to Attack: I would once again immobilize them, since this technique would be coming from the ground and they would need to be completely still for it to move. Also, i could use a technique (genjutsu) that will make them see an illusion that will cause trauma making them immobilized.
How to Defend: I would defend against this technique by lifting myself up with anything, at least something to lift me up in the air. This could be either a wind against the earth, water against the earth, and an earth to push me up. Also, i could turn the ground i'm standing in into mud. xD
How to Counter: I would counter this technique by using the lightning technique that would make a shockwave in the ground and continue on to the opponent. I could also use the water technique where you expel an incredible amount of water from your mouth and ride a wave, and have the wave hit my target.
Advantages This technique will pass through obstacles, meaning that a simple azure water stream or a simple earth technique to cover the earth wouldn't work.
Disadvantages: You would feel the earth shaking underneath you, which would be a big indicator that a technique is coming from the ground.
Combinations: I would use the B-rank water technique that summons a small water source 10 feet above the opponent to crush them. When the water falls on them, the target will most likely be facing the ground due to the water's weight. I can then use this technique to kill them, aim for their heart. xD
Question: If you turn the ground beneath you into mud, would this still work?
(Doton: Yochi no Douyou) - Earth Release: World Shaking
How to Attack: I would, like you said, use this technique as an opening move since i don't really see it being used on a mid/late game. I could also use this technique to attack by setting up an obstacle behind them, making them fall on it and cause damage.
How to Defend: I would defend against this technique by.. idk if you can defend this freeformly, i would just sit down and make sure i dont fall over. I doubt you can though so i would defend against this technique by creating my own ground made from a doton technique to keep myself elevated.
How to Counter: I would counter this technique by (if i learn it) creating a stone golem to ride on so i wouldn't fall over. I would then make my stone golem attack my target with sheer force due to its rocky layerings.
Advantages Easy technique and requires no handseals, it can make your opponent lose balance so it would be somewhat useful
Disadvantages: Doesn't really cause too much damage since its just making them lose their balance and falling on their butt. Also, i think you will get affected as well but not lose damage.
Combinations: I would start out by creating stone spikes to come up behind my opponent. Or any technique behind them that will injure them greatly. I would use this technique to make them fall on it, piercing them and i could then follow that up with another earth technique, one that will surely kill.

(Doton: Iwa Yado Kuzushi) - Earth Release: Stone Lodging Destruction
How to Attack: Well.. *is in a cave* i would try to take control of the terrain by pushing my opponents and having them go in a corner where many spikes are (in the ceiling) Then, i would only make the rocks that are on top of them fall on them, aimed at their heads to cause damage.
How to Defend: Easy way to protect against this is to make an earth dome around yourself.. or not get in a fight in a cave in the first place. i could also use a technique that would put something over my head, like make it out of earth and such. Or use a technique that is large scale and protect me, like a stone golem.
How to Counter: I would counter this technique by using the hydrification technique with my 2nd mizukage bio. Afterwards, i would use a lightning technique that will destroy the earth/cave that is on top of my opponent and make sure to do it from long range so i won't get affected.
Advantages Very useful when you're in a cave, requires no handseals, and you can control the terrain if you know the right places to make the stones fall.
Disadvantages: It is very rare to be fighting in a cave, and also, if you do it near them there's a great chance you'll take damage as well.
Combinations: I would use this technique on the entire cave. Afterwards, i would make shelter right away by creating a strong earth defense that would protect and go over me while the cave is collapsing.

Doton: Ganchūrō no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Rock Pillar Prison Technique
How to Attack: I would attack, well this is used for defense and supplementary so i wouldn't really attack. But to use this to my advantage, i would use this to cover up what im doing while i'm creating a clone to pretend to be me.
How to Defend: I would defend against this technique by using a lightning technique one rank lower or other sharp elemental techniques of the same rank to break it.
How to Counter: I would counter by using a high ranking lightning technique to pierce through the wall of earth and continue towards my opponents.
Advantages Good distraction, you can use it to hide what you're doing while you're performing an upcoming technique.
Disadvantages: Three handseals, might take longer to perform then most techniques. Also, the defense would probably not be as strong as other defenses.
Combinations: I would use this technique first, before my two other techniques. I would use it at short range so that i would have a faster time to perform upcoming techniques. Then, i would perform a genjutsu on them so they would be immobilized. I could also use a technique like a lightning technique that would travel fast and pierce through the rock to continue over to my opponent, who is in short-range.
Question: None
(Doton: Retsudo Tenshō) - Earth Release: Tearing Earth Turning Palm
How to Attack: I would attack by performing this technique so my opponent would lose vision of me. Then i would use a higher rank technique that will destroy both the wall and my opponent.
How to Defend: I would defend against this technique by activating my sharingan in my sasuke bio to see through the earth and see if they are molding chakra and whatnot. I could also go around it, lol or thrust my opponent in the air with an earth technique so they would miss.
How to Counter: I would counter this technique by simply using a lightning technique to have it go through and pierce the earth. I could also use an earth technique to shatter it and use a wind technique to have the remaining pieces of earth to hit my opponent.
Advantages It is good for defending against taijutsu since it covers them, and also it requires no handseals.
Disadvantages: It would block my vision of my opponent as well.. which would suck unless i have sharingan or byakugan or rinnegan.
Combinations: I would use this technique at short-range when my opponent is attempting to perform taijutsu on me. I would make this wall come up to defend against it, and since i have a 2nd mizukage bio, i would use the water bullet technique to pierce through the earth and continue towards my opponent

(Doton: Retsudo Tenshō) - Earth Release: Tearing Earth Turning Palm
How to Attack: I would use this technique to kill them. If they ever go underground like hiding like a mole, this technique would be incredibly useful as it could probably kill them by crushing them underground.
How to Defend: I would defend against this technique by using an earth technique to levitate myself up with my own earth or levitate myself lower in the ground in a different slab of earth so it wouldn't be affected.
How to Counter: I would counter this technique by using a large-scaling and high ranking lightning technique to destroy the ground and alter the terrain, and the lightning will continue on to my opponent because of elemental advantages. I could also use an earth technique like the stone golem to lift me up and have the stone golem attack.
Advantages It is death-threatening technique, meaning it can kill them once they are underground and the power is overwhelming for a C-rank
Disadvantages: It alters the terrain, so anything that was going to be of use to you would be gone. like a water source, then the water would flow out. (water basin)
Combinations: I would go underground with hiding like a mole and pull them underground. I would go above ground afterwards and use this technique to completely kill them while theyre underground.
Question: None
(Doton: Doryūkatsu) - Earth Release: Earth Flow Divide
How to Attack: I would attack by setting up a trap when the earth is split. When the earth is split i could use the swamp of the underworld thing or the stone spikes to completely trap them and pierce them, leaving them vulnerable for other attacks.
How to Defend: I would defend against this technique by using a water technique to push me up in the air before landing. I could also use an earth technique to create another piece of earth that will hold me up.
How to Counter: I could summon an animal big enough to break my fall. With the animal i can continue on attacking offensively, which can deal a lot of damage because of the size of the summon.
Advantages It is pretty large scale (saw the pic in wiki) so it will definately catch your opponent off guard and interrupt their technique.
Disadvantages: So many handseals, it could slow down the technique and it might take longer to perform, enough time for the opponent to make his move.
Combinations: I would use this technique while they are performing handseals. Since sasuke has a sharingan, he would know whether the handseals they are performing would be a long one. With this i would be able to throw them off balance and have them fall on the ground a few feet up. In the ground i can have spikes ready to kill them. >
Question: None
(Doton: Kengan no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Fist Rock Technique
How to Attack: I would attack with this by using taijutsu and getting into short-range. This would however be hard to make direct contact because your opponents can use elements to keep you far away.
How to Defend: I could use the super light weighted boulder so the punches would almost not take damage due to the lightness of the hand o_o
How to Counter: I would counter this technique by taking advantage of the element and using a lightning technique to make their hands damaged.. very damaged. xD
Advantages It can probably strengthen your taijutsu punches and such, and you can hide the hand to catch your opponent off guard.
Disadvantages: Requires one handseal and is short-range so it might be useless in mid/long range and it would be hard to actually hit your opponent.
Combinations: I would get into short range and have taijutsu ready. I could activate this at first by performing the seal and hardening my hands with earth. Afterwards, i am able to use a taijutsu that lifts them up with my palm then when they are lower on the ground, punch them in the ground.
Question: Can you use this along with taijutsu to strengthen the hit?
(Doton: Dāchiganshō) - Earth Release: Ground Bedrock
How to Attack: Eh.. i dont really know i guess i can make two walls out of it. Then i could use a wind technique or a lightning technique to pierce through the walls to hit my opponent and have the remains of the walls fall down on them.
How to Defend: I would defend against this technique by simply lifting myself up with an earth technique so i would be able to see my opponent or use a technique to get me away quickly.
How to Counter: I would counter this technique by using a lightning technique strong enough to pierce through and continue on to my opponents. I could also make a clone behind it so my opponents wouldn't notice.
Advantages Your opponent won't see you for a moment, where you have enough time to move create clones or do something sneaky.
Disadvantages: No damage whatsoever, and requires one handseal. It can't really be used for defense either so i guess its better off as a distraction.
Combinations: I would use this technique and then create a clone while my opponents cannot see me. I can have the clone stay above ground while i go underground to pull my opponent down. Then, i could torture them or kill them while theyre halfway underground
Question: None
(Doton: Hokoriheki no Jutsu ) - Earth Release: Dust Wall Technique
How to Attack: I would use this basically as a distraction. When the dust is in their eyes and blocks their vision, then i will follow up with a devastating attack.
How to Defend: I would defend against this technique by using a wind technique to blow it away at least a few feet so i can see. Or use sharingan or doujutsu to see my opponents via chakra points.
How to Counter: I could counter this technique by using an even stronger wind technique to blow the particles to my opponent and hurt them as well, with the wind technique and weapons .
Advantages It is a good distraction and can temporarily block your opponents vision, no handseals required.
Disadvantages: Doesn't really do damage and the time the opponent takes to counter will be fast because this technique isn't those completely made out of earth techniques.
Combinations: I would use this technique to block my opponents vision so that they won't see. Then, i could use an earth technique to make mud on the ground in short-range from them, and quickly make a dragon's head come out. With that i am able to have the dragon's head spit out mudshots to hurt my opponent.

Wow. xD sorry for the long reply.
