" Ah yes, senpai. I didn't realize before but now that you mentioned it, I saw some ninjas sparring and thats what they exactly did. They used an A-rank projectile technique but divided it into two equal B-Rank versions. I also saw some guy used an S-Rank projectile and he divided it into four equal B-Rank version of that technique..... I'm quite clear on this subject matter. I also understand that not all technique can be used in such fashion, only the ones that has the capability ( DESCRIBED) to be divided"
As they reached a big cave like structure, Jiraiya looks around it and then turned to his senpai as his senpai started explaining the next technique he was supposed to practice.
Having understood what he is supposed to do Jiraiya stands at about 10 meters away from the cave. Then gathering some chakra he performs a single handseal and starts channeling his chakra into the ground, through his feet, and then into the large anthill-shaped structure. He focuses the chakra mainly on the base of the anthill-shaped structure, and lets it surge violently, where its main foundation lies. As a result of the chakra surging around and dislocating the base, the structure starts collapsing now unable to stand erect. As it fell a huge cloud of dust particles and smokes rose from the area......
Advantages:
Its quite handy while fighting in steep hilly terrains and also in cave and in terrains where there are lots of erected earth structures. It can also be used in combination with other earth techniques that readily creates some form of erected earth structures or caves. When executed properly, it deals damage equal to A-Rank techniques at a small amount of chakra cost. Also its range is quite impressive. Best way to use this technique in my opinion is to first trap the opponent then use it, or as a distraction if one is fighting in steep terrain with cliffs and pointy hill.
Disadvantages :
It requires an already standing structure. So, its not usable in open plain areas. One may try to use it by creating one's own standing earth structure but it takes up another move, and some times one might not have appropriate amount of time and condition to use two moves where the chances of success is low since its quite slow due to the preparation technique first being used. So, chances of it being used in open plain area is very low (at my current level. Maybe has better combo with other higher ranked jutsus. Dont know)
Due to chakra not exactly present in the collapsing rock pieces, it can be countered easily. This can be done if the opponent decides to channel his own chakra into the falling rocks and use it for his own advantage (Not sure about this but I thought thats what it meant. Clarify please.)

(Doton: Iwa Yado Kuzushi) - Earth Release: Stone Lodging Destruction
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A (up to 60)
Descripton: The user will do one hand seal and cause nearby earth structures (either natural occurring ones on the field (such as cave ceilings, cliffs, etc), man made (buildings, etc) or jutsu made (up to C-Rank active structures)) to collapse and fall. This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock and dislodge any vulnerable or sensitive spots, causing the structure to collapse. This can be especially useful if in a cave or a stone lodging. The technique can loosen the rocks and cause them to come raining down on whomever is trapped inside. The damage depends on the size of the cavern or rock lodging above or nearby the target and not on the amount of chakra used which doesn't need to be high. A large cave with a thick ceiling can easily do the physical damage equivalent to an A-Rank technique but due to the damage not being focused or chakra fueled, its also easily defendable.
