Dust release vs 3rd raikage

I dont think the 3rd raikage can survive. Dust release destroys things on a cellular level and destroys it until it turns into dust particles. No shield can stand that. It isn't a direct attack.

The rasenshuriken was said to be destructive on a cellular level as well and the 3rd tanked that. I don't think he can but i wouldn't be shocked if he could.

I think amaterasu should work because it will keep burining until the target is reduced to ash and although the raikage has a crazy amaount of chakra, he cannot keep up his raiton amour forever.

What is confusing is that fuuton shuriken is an s-rank wind technique and the raikage's armour is raiton. How that didnt even leave a mark is unbelieveable

The rasenshuriken destroys the chakra points or whatever, and it is a more direct attack. The dust release is more indirect, it destroys the opponent after he is trapped, into dust particles. 3rd raikage chakra points were probably messed up, but edo healed his chakra points. His body did not take any physical damage though. The dust release manipulates molecules, disintegrating anything on a molecular level.

keep in mind the Rasenshuriken is a shuriken shape held in or thrown from the hand,
the dust release jutsu that Onoki used against Sasuke, SURROUNDED him in a cubed shape. he could not escape.
i think itd be Scientifically impossible for him to survive that..
not because he'd necesarilly be "dead" but broken down into tiny pieces.
thus causing his death

he may have withstood the RS but idk about this one
