All right I'll be using my standard boring Rey mysterio bio(no kg)
Rey stands at mid range from Jinbe.

Rey Immediatly releases his chakra into the ground causing the earth around Jinbei to violently shake,knocking him off balance and leaving him startled
(Doton: Yochi no Douyou) - Earth Release: World Shaking
Rey captializes on this by quickly releasing his chakra into the surrounding air and creating a thick mist obscuring the unbalanced Jinbei's vision of Rey
(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu
Rey then emits a thin spear of lightning split into 3 segments from his mouth aimed at Jinbei's heart, right thigh, and slightly above his head using the charka fog to aim.
(Raiton: Gian Yari) - Lightning Style: False Darkness Spear

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

As the earth starts crumbling below Jinbe, he staggers to recover and once he finally does a thick mist is spreading through the battlefield. To destroy the mist and take the upper-hand, he forms a seal and swings his gunbai, releasing 5 tornados that travel in a horizontal line towards you, completely shielding himself. When the middle tornado is destroyed/defends against an apparent lightning attack, Jinbe spews forth steaming ash, turning his head to ignite each tornado into a vortex of blazing ash and then focusing on the gap in the middle, frying you.

Description: The user spews superheated ash from their mouth after performing four handseals. The ash is hot enough to cause third-degree burns on the victim. Because it's composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud. If the user clicks his teeth, the stagnant ash will ignite, creating a violent explosion.
