You walk into a large auditorium, a flyer you found on the ground outside in hand. You glance down at it, your eyes drawn to the header across the top which somehow flashes and glows with every color of the rainbow. " DUELING CLUB ", and printed beneath it in smaller, normal text, "Come be bedazzled by a magical array of combat abilities at the local auditorium at high noon Wednesday. Spectators and competitors equally welcome and encouraged." Well, it certainly seemed that you had found the correct place.

At the center of the room, a long table is surrounded by a crowd of onlookers oohing and ahhing at two men flinging bright colored jets of light at one another, and shouting nonsense. Intrigued, you approach.
"Stupefy!" the taller of the two men shouts, and a well placed beam of red energy collides with the shorter, more grizzled looking man's chest, knocking him backwards off the table. The cloud cheers, and the taller man hops off the table to help his opponent back to his feet and back on the table. "Thank you, thank you," he calls out with crystal clarity, taking a little bow. "But surely this isn't the end of our show! Do we have any challengers among the crowd?" Silence sweeps over the room. You feel a surge of temptation swell up within you, wishing to display your rather impressive skill set in front of a crowd. You glance down at the flyer again, checking the rules it had listed.
  • Battle rules: Kage and up only.
  • Terrain: a large auditorium, 50 meter length and 80 meter width. Ceiling is 20 meters high. While wizarding duels are traditionally performed on a table with a 25 meter length and 3 meter width, special accommodations can be made for non-wizarding opponents.
  • In any case, the duel must take place on a raised platform with the crowd surrounding it. Injuring any audience members is strictly forbidden and will result in an instant loss. All duels will begin with competitors fifteen meters apart.
  • WSE health system, but because this battle is for sport, the first competitor to accrue 80 points of damage, loses.
  • This battle is official.

Glancing back up, you find Inchato Peverell staring intently at you. "How about you there, in the back. Yes you. Come on, don't be shy." The wizard smiles warmly and encouragingly at you.

The Crowd was going wild. It was like a drunk bar. People roaring as the stench of cologne over must filled the room. People came here to show their power, or how "big" they are. It was right up Marians ally, cause when you have big men, you have women searching them out, betting ring and even alcohol. All the 3 things that marian cross liked most.

Cross sat in the back of the arena, with his typical clothing, not his General clothing which includes a hat and a general coat. Instead he had a nice button up coat that was as long as his whole body with a slit up the lower portion just above the belt region, where he wears black pants. A long necklace with a cross on the pendant and his very long red hair let down. He attracted many women and dindt turn not any of them down.

From the backside, he heard the crowd roar even more wild. This must mean a winner was decided. Not to long after he heard the announcer ask if anybody wanted in. Suddenly you heard the crowd get quiet. The tension was high, but the noise proved otherwise. It was until then, he heard the announcer call somebody in the audience. Cross couldnt do nothing but laugh at the unluck person. But it was until then he noticed everybody turn to him. Still smoking his cigar, he heard the person speak again while giving a smirk. Cross couldnt help but smirk. Left eye behind a white mask though it dont hinder his vision as he can see them through it they just cant see his left eye. Cross got up slowly

Intrigued by his next challenger's subtle confidence, Inchato reaches out with his mind as he climbs back on top of the dueling platform, getting a feel for his opponent with his legilimency, though he is careful not to overstep and invade the man's privacy. Gaining a sense of extreme competence and a dark ambition, Inchato withdraws from Cross Uchiha's mind. He was dangerous, that much was for sure. Inchato resolves to be more careful in this duel, as it seemed that he had found a worthy challenger. The crowd seems to agree, as they roar with delight and make way for the mysterious stranger.

( Legilimency ) - Legilimency (Passive)

Description: An innate and somewhat passive ability, Legilimency is the act of magically navigating through the many layers of a person's mind and correctly interpreting one's findings. Legilimens ( users of Legilimency ) are able to detect if a person is lying, as well as delve into their thoughts, emotions, and memories if their target is not skilled in blocking their minds. In most cases, this is not a harmful or detrimental ability, allowing the user a way to predict and understand the opponent's movements and actions with the utmost clarity. While it is similar to reading minds, it should be noted that Legilimency is not as simple as the muggle art of mind-reading; mind-reading assumes that one is simply eavesdropping on the thoughts currently running through the head of another. Legilimency, however, requires the wizard to navigate and move through the various areas of the brain. In it's lowest levels ( B rank ), the user is able to utilize it in a way similar to "mind reading", allowing the user to 'read' the opponent's current thoughts and ones related to them at that moment. This is the basic level of Legilimency and once active, lasts until the user ends it's usage. With training and power, this ability and range increases. At A rank power the user becomes capable of actual navigating the target's mind and it's many layers. This is as harmless as the B rank variant. However, despite all of this, this ability isn't without drawback. The A-Rank version requires the target to be within mid-range while the B-Rank version works up to long-range (one landmark for normal members, two for House Heads and three for the Headmaster).

Note: Although the B rank version is a passive ability honed when the user reaches Year 6, he cannot use the A rank and higher versions without actually actively using this jutsu.
Note: A rank usage can allow one to simply navigate the mind.
Note: A rank usage can only be used once every four turns, lasting 3 turns each usage and requiring a two turn usage break in between A rank and higher usages.
Note: Must place within bio stating the user is a Legilimens
Once Cross steps onto the table, Inchato flourishes his wand, enunciating clearly as he does so. "Obtestor." Alongside him, a beautiful silver sword encrusted with ruby colored stones appears from nowhere, slowly rotating like a drill about two feet to the right of Inchato's head, pointed directly at Cross. "A newcomer here should always begin the fight, so feel free to begin at your leisure. Trust me, you won't catch me off guard," Inchato says in a cool tone. "But first, what's your name? And would you rather fight on a wider platform? I can see that you're not a wizard, plain as day."

( Transfiguration ) - Transfiguration

Description: Transfiguration is a field of mahou that deals with changing the form and appearance of an object, animal, or person. Different to other forms of mahou in radical ways, many wizards have difficulty grasping the fundamentals of Transfiguration due to its strict nature, every aspect of the spell must be done correctly for a Transfiguration to be completed. Often requiring firm and decisive wand movements, Transfiguration mahou is (along with charms) almost the signature mahou of the Kisei, as wizards are commonly thought of as making things appear or disappear. The mahou takes the form of a beam of magical energy that ( if it successfully hits the target ) transfigures upon contact. Transfiguration is divided into four main branches/applications:
Transformation - Supplementary ( D - S )

Thought of as the most basic of the four types of Transfiguration, transformation spells focus on deforming the physical features of an object. All Transformation spells are triggered with the spell ( Permuto ). Transformations are divided within 2 types, easily seen based on their applications and targets. The first Basic Transformations, reminiscent of the Transformation and Combination jutsus, are transformations that change the physical properties of a targeted item. This allows the user to change the properties of an item to give it new traits or properties. The user is able to transfigure a solid into a liquid or another solid, a liquid into a solid or into a gas/another liquid, or a gas into a liquid or another gas, all of proportionate size and directed at speeds based on the natural speed of the item manipulated. These items can only be basic items in the sense of they cannot turn something into the properties of an element the user does not have, nor can they change the properties of something created by another Kisei unless with equal or higher power/chakra. Of course, the amount of chakra used must exceed the amount of chakra present in the object being transformed for any change unless the object has no chakra present in it at all ( like a simple chair, stone, pool of water, etc ) in which case it is transformable with a simple D rank application of the spell for small things A for larger things. With an S rank application, the user is able to transfigure his own person and take on temporary enhancements such as using mahou to transfigure his upper body into that of a shark, or his legs into that of a bear, etc, and can only lasts up to 2 turns each usage and can only be used 3 times. The second, Switching greatly resembles general transformation, but with with two main differences: firstly, the features of the two targets are switched simultaneously; secondly, the change in one of the pair is dependent on a change in the other. For example, if the armor on a statue is targeted with the user's clothes, then the two items will be "switched", akin to the outcome of Substitution jutsu. The only restrictions applied specifically to this type the items must be of comparative size and within mid range of one another. Transformations of any kind can only be used once every 2 turns and cannot target sentient (living) beings besides the user and summonings.
Vanishment: - Defensive ( A )

A purely "A" ranked spell, requiring the use of only a single incantation to vanish almost any object ( Evanesco ). Vanishment is the art of using Mahou to cause objects to go into a state of non being; essentially, making it so that the object does not exist anymore. While called vanishing spells, it should be noted that the title is a bit misleading; while items it makes contact with are “erased”, they do not vanish entirely from existence. When the vanishing spell makes contact, the chakra within it causes it to cause the targeted item to collapse inwards on itself, appearing to fold into space rapidly as it is destroyed. However, this branch of conjuration is unable to be used on objects infused with chakra above A rank. This also isn't capable of being used on the opponent nor any animal or living being. Upon the beam making contact, the item vanishes in a thin mist proportionate to the item vanished, a thinly veiled yet visible mist left behind that doesn’t hinder vision. Usable once every 3 turns. Target is left vanished for 3 turns.
Conjuration - Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary ( D - S )

The most difficult branch of Transfiguration, conjuration deals with the usage of Mahou to create objects from nothing. Conjurations are done with the use of the incantation (Obtestor). With a usage from D-S, the user is able to conjure anything he desires within reason from chairs to swords. However, being the most useful facet of Transfiguration, also leads conjuration to be the most restricted. Nothing within the realms of custom elements, for example, can be summoned. The user could not conjure a "sword that cuts through anything" or an unbreakable shield for example. The Conjured objects are imbued with a measure of mahou, ranging from D-S rank and guided by the user's wand at speeds up to twice as fast as the user's speed. Conjured objects last a maximum of 4 turns before automatically fading away, draining 10 chakra per turn. Additionally, the user is unable to conjure people or sentient/living beings, or anything within short range of the opponent. Additionally, when several items are conjured, the rank of said conjuration is split evenly. S ranked Conjurations can only last 3 turns and be used 3 times in all.
Untransfiguration - Supplementary ( B )

The final branch of Transfiguration magic, and perhaps the second simplest (behind transformation). Untransfiguration deals simply with undoing the effects of a previous Transfiguration, turning something back to its original state, and undoing a conjuration. The amount of magic used in the Untransfiguration is at constant rank of 'B'. Mostly used when students perform a Transfiguration incorrectly, or when the user wishes to return something to its original shape. The incantation used is ( Reparifarge).
Note: S rank applications are usable only by Year 5 Kisei and higher.
Note: After S rank variants have been used, the user cannot use any version S rank and above the next turn.
Note: Only usable by members of the Kisei clan.

As Cross got on the field, he spotted his opponent with such a simple expression. Cross was that is. His opponent was pretty lax and confident. Only if he could call fourth maria. Cross then spotted the person take out a stick or something and create something to his side just as weird. It seemed to be spinning right beside him. But instead of attacking, the person insisted on letting Cross go first. Typically Cross would feel insulted, but the alcohol he consumed was altering his personality a bit, allowing him to have more fun than usual. "Ill Take you up on that offer"

As Cross says this, he points his fingers in the direction of the person but to the side roughly 1 meter away (opposite side of that thingy you created) As cross does this he snaps his fingers, creating a sound bubble, that violently erupts right beside you. This will not only release a devastating screech causing you to go deaf but the soundwaves will vibrate onto your body dealing internal damage as well. Cross simply stood there with a smirk on his face as if he was trying to let his opponent know. He was the wrong person to pick out the crowd

Description: Lord Of Chaos or sometimes spelled "Kaos" Is one of the signature styles of the sound style that the user uses utilizing only the snap of their fingers to initiate the technique. Overall the user by snapping his hands release sound chakra in the shape of a bubble that violently explodes. By pointing their finger in the direction they want the bubble to be made at, the user will snap their hand causing sound to take a translucent and transparent (Looking like a distortion in the air) circle shape next to the opponent, which will quickly explode dealing a very high pitch screech enough to damage said person ear drums distorting said person vision while causing the screech to vibrate on said opponent body causing a violent reaction to their bones dealing damage that way as well Another way the user can use this is The user will snap their fingers in the direction of a technique causing tiny sound bubbles to form inside (If its water or anything that can be penetrated) or on the layer (such as earth etc) which will then quickly explode, destroying said technique. The great thing about this technique is that once the sound orbs explode they let out a very devastating screech, bursting the ear drums of anybody within 3 meters of the explosion causing them to go deaf for 3 turns and -30 due to the eardrums bursting..

The Damage come from both the screech and the vibrations from the sound to the opponents body.

With a very abrupt and dangerous start to the fight, Inchato is forced to react quickly, and thus does a number of things simultaneously.

When the sound bubble pops into existence near Inchato's head, he obviously notices via peripheral vision and nearly instinctively releases a pulse of fire chakra from all over his body, forming nine glowing tails of fire which rapidly whirl around him like a sphere, the raw power and chakra serving to protect him from the low pitch frequencies. Sound? That's dangerous. Someone's gonna wind up hurt if he keeps using attacks like that. If that didn't already blow someone's ear drums out. Gonna need to end this quickly. Coming to this conclusion, Inchato elects to go all out and reaches out with his mind once more via legilimency throughout the room, now taking full advantage of the passive aspect of the technique.

Whilst doing so, Inchato, with his wand still pointed at the sword he had conjured last turn, flicks it in an arc. The sword jumps to life, echoing the wand's movements even as Inchato defends against the sound, moving up and then hurtling down towards Cross, aiming to pierce him just above his right collarbone, such that the blade would stab straight through and out his back just below the shoulder blade, though no bones would be pierced. Obviously, Inchato manipulates the tails in such a way that they don't block the sword whatsoever.

Description: Allows for the release of vast amounts of pure fire chakra from all over ones body that creates an aura in the shape of nine fox tails, each twice the size of the user, that will cocoon around the users body. The tails can be manipulated to attack or defend for a time - acting as condensed chakra capable of interacting with physical objects to deal blunt and burning damage - however their real power lies in their ability to disperse into dozens, if not hundreds of seed like orbs of fire chakra that, by default pulsate outwards in all directions, but can be directed towards particular locations should the user so wish. As the seeds travel outwards they indiscriminately phase into any object, being, or technique of lesser strength and forcefully alter or distort it's properties to make it explode - with said explosions always being angled away from the user. When a structure explodes it in turn releases countless more seeds that allows for a chain reaction that can completely devastate battlefields, as the seeds are capable of making the strength of undermined techniques into their own, not weakening, but instead growing in strength and number with each clash. This ability is effective against all earth based techniques of lesser strength (Excluding crystals), opposing fire techniques of lesser strength, and water techniques two ranks lower, however it is ineffective against water techniques of A rank and above, Lightning techniques and wind techniques; A rank water techniques will simply evaporate while Lightning and Wind techniques will clash normally.

By the time the sword had halved the distance between the two men, which is rather quickly as it moves at twice Inchato's speed, Inchato further manipulates the ninetails jutsu as the tails fade into thousands of fiery orbs. This jutsu allows him to keep them close rather than launch them. The orbs continue to swirl around him in a spherical defense as the blade skewers Cross. The spheres are at minimum three meters away from Inchato.

Description: To be used directly after the Sixth Tail, this technique takes effect as soon as the tails disperse. Instead of allowing the orbs of fire chakra to roam across the battlefield this technique serves to bind the orbs onto the users position, forcing them to surround the user (But preventing direct contact, and in the case of contact suppressing their destructive abilities) so that the orbs may act as the perfect defence as they swirl around him to protect from all air based and ground based threats. Furthermore it also grants the user the ability to passively manipulate the pathing for the orbs, for instance the user can expand the defence to encompass the entirety of short range, and can even stream the orbs out to surround their own techniques to empower them. Whenever the orbs nullify a threat the produced explosions will always be angled away from the user.

Note:
- Can only be used 3x
- Cannot use Water, Earth, Fire or Wind above S rank while this is active.

So basically, first I use the sixtails jutsu to defend from the sound while simultaneously attacking with the sword I conjured last turn and taking advantage of the legilimency I also activated last turn, both of which are achievable passively in the same timeframe as the jutsu I posted. Then in the next timeframe I stop the tails from launching at u with my second jutsu and keep them close instead while you probably counter the sword. Bear in mind that even though I can't see through the fire, I'll be aware of what's going on via legilimency.

The fight was getting more intense. It seemed as his opponent was going full throttle from the jump. But Cross didnt need to do that just yet. His opponent released a number of tails from behind him to wrap around him at the same time cross bubbled formed. This not only protected the person but also shield his ears. Cross was impress but while at the same time he noticed the blade coming towards his direction. The same blade he made earlier, but cross wasnt the least concerned. Drawing blood from his thumb, he quickly slams his hands on the ground summoning fourth a casket (similar to edo). This Casket rise infront of Cross marian and takes the damage of the sword, not even allowing the sword to impale the casket from how sturdy it is.

As the casket arise, it also opens, releasing a beautiful as she starts to sing. This song she begins to sing releases a very powerful and loud screech which is actually a painful sound genjutsu that travels into the canal of the opponent. The Genjutsu is so powerful that not only does it cause mental pain, and damage but muscle paralysis restricting your movements. Cross typically would take this opportunity to strike his opponent, but he had a feeling his opponent had more up his sleeve so he didnt want to end it just yet. Though he would launch a kunai at the mans throat with an explosive tag


(Kuchiyose/Ototon Genjutsu: Carte Garte) Summoning/Sound Illusionary Art: Carte Garte
Type: Supplementary | Offensive

Range: Short - Mid
Chakra: 40 (-40 per turn)

Description: This technique dwells in releasing high sound frequencies into the opponents brain via their ear canal, being the brother technique to Magdala Curtian, by casting them into a painful genjutsu. The user will draw blood (by biting their thumb or whatever means) and smearing it on their palm, following right after the user will clap his hands initiating a summon causing a large box/casket emerge from the ground around the user in an upright position, being the "Grave of Maria" The casket is very sturdy and durable being able to sustain damage up to S rank unscathed. Once the casket fully emerges, a singing lady will emerge out of the box/casket producing an hymn from her mouth that is directed into the ear canal of the opponent inducing the genjutsu. As the opponent hears the singing/hymn from maria, it will release sound waves that produce a very high sound frequency in their ear that will cause a excruciating mental strain in the opponents head causing unbearable pain. This will not only serve as decoy but will result in muscle paralysis as the hymn is being sung, still causing pain towards the brain region, sounding like a very loud screech in their brain they cant get rid of. If grave of maria is summoned before hand for the other technique, the user is able to switch hymns without needing to summon her over again. Due to grave of maria being real and not a genjutsu, if she is attacked or destroyed the genjutsu is released/stopped
