. Kabuto isn't manipulating chakra rods, kunai or anything through psychic powers. He needs to touch the object first and activate it with muki tensei; something that would never happen.

White Rage is a viable argument but... Pain is a collection of dead bodies which feel no pain. In the case they do, it's irrelevant as the only 'harmful' part of white rage, to Pain' would be the blinding light. Because of this, a Simple Shinra Tensei could be used as a precautionary measure, essentially blasting away the entire area while the effects of white rage quickly die out.

Sound Genjutsu may also pose a problem. However, unlike jiraiya's frog song which binds the target and casts them in an illusion, Tayuya's Flute song simply restrains. Infact, it doesn't stop jutsu that only require chakra manipulation to activate(genjutsu, shadow manicane for ex.). For that matter, Pain's summonings would all be out by this point as Tayayu's flute song requires massive prep through the use of sakon, then Kimimaro, therefore allowing pain more viable defences through the jutsu.

With this, All of kabuto's most touted jutsu are basically useless before the eyes of pain. All that's left is to kill him by any means necessary. Pulling him in with BT into the arms of PReta to absorb his chakra should restrain him. While preta is absorbing his chakra to keep him in check(yes i know he'll petrify), human path could simply rip out his soul before Preta is fully petrified.

Or, this fight could be cut short through the use of Chibaku Tensei. The rocks are all broken and flying to the core so kabuto won't be able to manipulate each rock. Furthermore, all he can do with Muki tensei'd jutsu is 'deform' said object to skew it to form an attack agaiinst his opponent or a possible defence.

EDIT: Didn't notice Kabuto's very advantage location which eliminates almost all of pain's summonings, eliminates CT and makes muki tensei a bit useful... I'd have to give it to pain low/mid in light of the new situation, but asura bombing the hell out of kabuto in this closed up cave makes it a very dangerous situation for him. kabuto could be potentially caved in. The advantage he got in the cave is a bit reduced by the advantage asura also got in such a closed up environment... Though, bar ST, I'm not too sure of a viable defence for a Muki Tensei'd cave.

Kabuto touched only touched a small part of the cave. So with your logic, Kabuto should only be able to control the part of the cave he touched.

However, pein is a sensor, kabuto needs to enter SM before he can cause any damage. The paths can track kabuto's chakra.

If intent is to kill, deva will be brought forth quickly, if pein notices that kabuto is hiding then what stops deva from laying waste to the entire cave?

Kabuto takes too long to enter SM, bansho tennin/shinra tensei obliterate kabuto's advantage & outspeeds him. The paths would win high diff (due to annoyance). Nagato is mid.

^^ :| Your funny, Blinding him doesn't matter as he can still sense chakra, unless for somereason that's negated because of bones, and so he'd know whenever Kabuto tried to finish Pain while he's blinded, and once he notices Kabuto coming closer he gets ST'd as its not like pain is negating their mentality here as i've stated earlier, Or he simply levitates upwards if they were outside, again Doesn't require movement of the bones at all

ST is going to do what to Kabuto exactly? He'd just get right back up with no damage at all. BT is countered by Oral Rebirth or by turning his whole body into liquid so Pain can't grasp him. Not to mention this isn't happening while Pain is paralyzed, deaf and blind.

Yes they get their movement back when the move ends, too bad they'll be dead before the move ends.
