. Kabuto isn't manipulating chakra rods, kunai or anything through psychic powers. He needs to touch the object first and activate it with muki tensei; something that would never happen.
White Rage is a viable argument but... Pain is a collection of dead bodies which feel no pain. In the case they do, it's irrelevant as the only 'harmful' part of white rage, to Pain' would be the blinding light. Because of this, a Simple Shinra Tensei could be used as a precautionary measure, essentially blasting away the entire area while the effects of white rage quickly die out.
Sound Genjutsu may also pose a problem. However, unlike jiraiya's frog song which binds the target and casts them in an illusion, Tayuya's Flute song simply restrains. Infact, it doesn't stop jutsu that only require chakra manipulation to activate(genjutsu, shadow manicane for ex.). For that matter, Pain's summonings would all be out by this point as Tayayu's flute song requires massive prep through the use of sakon, then Kimimaro, therefore allowing pain more viable defences through the jutsu.
With this, All of kabuto's most touted jutsu are basically useless before the eyes of pain. All that's left is to kill him by any means necessary. Pulling him in with BT into the arms of PReta to absorb his chakra should restrain him. While preta is absorbing his chakra to keep him in check(yes i know he'll petrify), human path could simply rip out his soul before Preta is fully petrified.
Or, this fight could be cut short through the use of Chibaku Tensei. The rocks are all broken and flying to the core so kabuto won't be able to manipulate each rock. Furthermore, all he can do with Muki tensei'd jutsu is 'deform' said object to skew it to form an attack agaiinst his opponent or a possible defence.
