So Bee can intercept Minato twice, once while his brother is marked and again while he himself is marked, but Kabuto, who not only has sensing, but has better reflexes and is faster cannot? Like it or not, it still takes time for Minato to swing his arm. Not like Minato's attack would do anything to a liquefying regenerating Kabuto anyway.

Scan 1: Is the only scan showing that it look like he attack instanitly then everyone other scans that he doesn't. Meaning it was for us readers to be surprise to that Minato manage to appear in front of Obito "for some reason".
Scan 2: Do not understand how that proves that Minato's striking is as instant as his teleportation.
Scan 3 and 4: Further proves what I was talking about, that does not show that that Minato's strikes isn't instant at all. Thus, seals the deal that Sage senses dodges his strike last
