Without Km (which Minato would have if he was alive). Kabuto wins with medium difficulty.

But with Km, it could go either way. Slightly giving the edge to Minato there.

Bm Minato is only real as an edo though.

kabuto starting in DSM erases any chance minato had. kabuto can tank his attacks before going underground, then releasing demonic flute genjutsu to KO minato

Minato takes this low-mid difficulty regardless of his state. I've yet to see any reason proving me otherwise

How so? I didn't see your input anywhere.
White rage has a time limit and it's useless especially in this location since Minato could get out of the way anytime he wants with hiraishin. Hakugeki the same. In this location, it's not even usable. That leaves them in physical combat abilities where Minato surpass him because of his superior shunshin and reflexive speed. One touch in close combat and it's over for him. One kunai around Kabuto and it's over for him. All what Minato would need is to cut his head off and game over. Hiraishin is instant, so he won't react to it regardless of his sensing

Um no Kabuto reflexes surpasses Minato in every way. is not making that easy and if it so happens that he does, liquifying his body does the job. Cutting his head off will be impossble with his body and [ ][ ]. Hiraishin is instant but not Minato's strike.

Minato's reflexive speed are portrayed to be above Raikage's in lightning armor(a beast in this category), so nope. But if you really want me to prove to you by mangafacts why Minato is one of the best if not the best in terms of reflexive speed besides Obito, then go on

Concerning Kabuto's regenerative abilities, it takes time. You could notice that from Sasuke's kusanagi sword on the head of the snake before it actually regenerated, . Notice that , Kabuto was blocked and his movements was restricted, only on did he finally escape in time thanks by liquefying. So Kabuto is still solid. Only after some times, can he regenerate. But if he gets killed before the regeneration, bah he is dead. What's worse for him while fighting someone like Minato is that FTG is instant, so he won't even have time to react, let alone his regenerative abilities having time to take effect.

Because of this, if Minato kills him directly by attacking the vital points or cuting his head directly, he is dead. And Minato usually when .

Even himself he could die, only that because of the fact he is controlling edo tensei, they can't kill him. Wounding him would be useless because of his regenerative capacities, but killing him is definitely possibly contrary to what majority of people think. So i don't understand why you think only way to defeat him is with sealing techniques

So no, Minato decapiting him and he would die

I'd have to go now though, so maybe later if you reply

So what to what if he was compared to in speed, Naruto's SM senses enabled him to counter the 3rd Raikages, which should be the same speed as V1 Raikage. And Sasukes Sharingan precog dodged V1 Ay too. Kabuto enabling to dodged on of Sasukes fastest attacks proves that its enough to show speed blitzing Kabuto is nearly impossible.

Are you reading my post right with the scan I post [ ]? Its clearly liquid that was spitting out when Sasuke choped its head off. 1st) the color coming out 2.) Kishimoto draws blood in his manga and that is not blood. 3.) Kishimoto does not draw sound effects of blood gushing. This proves that Kabuto can use the liquid at , he does it whenever he feels like doing it, period. There is no panel time to when it works or not, but of course regeneration takes time that why its define regenerate.

So once again try another approach cause killing Kabuto that way isn't happening.

That's nice. Except how does Minato cut his head off? Walk up to Kabuto and ask Kabuto nicely, "Please, can I cut your head off?" No. Minato isn't doing any of that. To do that, he would have to get close, and that is something he cannot do. Earth Shore Return disrupts the placement of Minato's FTG Kunai, meaning he cannot warp anywhere he wants on the battlefield. If Minato wants to dodge White Rage or Mugen Onsa, he will have no choice but to flee the battlefield entirely. Even if Minato marked Kabuto (something that isn't happening anyway), Kabuto would still evade each and every attack thanks to his high perception and his evasion and the fact that while the teleportation is instaneous, Minato's movements are not. Even if Minato could get close enough to land a hit, Kabuto could maneuver in a way that Minato misses his neck, and his regeneration will take care of the rest. Minato will lose as he will either take a Mugen Onsa or flee the battlefield to escape it, resulting in his loss.

The fact that 4th Raikage is faster and has greater reflexive speed than his dad? The fact that in V2, Sasuke despite MS activated couldn't follow?

A further proof of this is that Kyubi's strike was too fast according to SM Naruto(during his small fight against him in order to take his chakra), yet Minato who wasn't even there from the start, when he appeared to save Kushina against Kyubi's strike that would have happen an instant earlier, managed to notice the situation, take Kushina in his arms and shunshin away on a tree far above their previous location

Never paid attention to this thanks, but isn't it blood on the above panel when they are cut? Because i'm pretty sure i see a blood liquid coming out before liquefying later

Anyway he still has to notice the attack before attempting to liquefy. It's for that reason he won't be capable to do so while facing Hiraishin. And you're wrong. Minato's attack speed is fast with Hiraishin [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ]

The Hiraishin user is instant since he attacks the moment he appears not leaving the opponent reaction time

Even Obito's dimensional transfer which is instant couldn't

Even Jinchuriki Obito who is the summum in terms of sensing, speed and reflexes could barely react if not react at all

Saying that Kabuto could react to this is ridiculous to say the least

That is blood, which completely converted to liquid right after, which allowed it to live again. Kabuto knows who he is facing, the legendary yellow flash, why would he not have it ready at will.
Scan 1: Is the only scan showing that it look like he attack instanitly then everyone other scans that he doesn't. Meaning it was for us readers to be surprise to that Minato manage to appear in front of Obito "for some reason".
Scan 2: Do not understand how that proves that Minato's striking is as instant as his teleportation.
Scan 3 and 4: Further proves what I was talking about, that does not show that that Minato's strikes isn't instant at all. Thus, seals the deal that Sage senses dodges his strike last

1. Always depends on whos reaction you are talking about
2. Scan please
3. not at all Kabutos reaction is one of the best in the manga

Minato wins and quite easily.

Minato also known as the sunflower hokage of the hidden leaf is half human, half flower. Scatters seeds on Kabuto, Kabuto ic will undoubtedly eat the seeds. Little does Kabuto know that the seeds are special and will grow into sunflowers in his stomach. Kabuto dies from sunflower petal slit to internal organs gg. Well played minato well played
