i wonder if naruto ever lose the kyuubi madara would be able to summon him.Itachi was controlling Kabuto using his power(Sharingan), but he isn't controlling him anymore.

Is is current tense, Itachi is no longer here. If you would like to use is, then Itachi is apart of DSM Kabuto's power. I think we all know, if Kabuto would've fought with killing intent, he would've won.

Counting power's obtained after death (Edo Tensei) are null and void because they already died.
It's the same as saying that Minato stomps because he has BM/KCM.... No, Edo Minato did.
But in the sense of Edo Tensei I suppose you'd be correct, but at this point that's like begging on hands and knees to hype someone... Then again since he was in Izanami we don't know how well he'd be able to effectively move... He could end up just being someone moving sluggish due to the Uchiha Kinjutsu.

You really can't claim powers obtained after death as part of an Arsenal. Additionally, the functional state of said Kabuto is already questionable at that.
So while in theory Edo Itachi could control Kabuto (hence in theory Kabuto is a part of Edo Itachi's arsenal), at this point Kabuto is only a Dream-State fighter, and only has a plethora of scrappy summons except Kimmimaru and Chiyo. It ends up not being quite as powerful as it sounds.

If your under control of someone no contract is needed... you still are under there control.. 4th Mizukage was under Obito/Madara control so he was apart of there power as well. Thus you may deny it since it involves Itachi but going off Manga ITachi at his death had DSM Kabuto under full control so he is apart of his power.
lol the funny thing is, you are technically right according to everyone's logic. Itachi in his 'prime' (not sure if this would be a technically dead Itachi, but people put Edo Madara because he broke free from the edo tensei) has DSM Kabuto as part of his power. It's not much different than controlling the dead ninjas. The only problem here is how effective can Itachi control him. And well as you showed, there's proof of Itachi controlling others from a distance. He also managed to force Kabuto to use handsigns to cancel a jutsu. Theoretically; he can use all of Kabuto's jutsus. There's actually much more suggesting he can than not.
Having said all that, this is such a troll move lol. But it'll be interesting to see those who consider the dead ninjas apart of a shinobi's power have to say about this.
Oh there's also another problem, Kabuto can break out at anytime if he accepts his fate. Still, this is pretty interesting lol
Edit- Oh another problem is Kabuto's dream-like state. When Itachi controlled that girl; that was probably a whole other genjutsu altogether. Which would mean Itachi has to end Izanami to put Kabuto under such a genjutsu. So while he can control him (as shown when the handsigns were made), we're not sure how sluggish his movements would be. Then again, Tobirama's control isn't confirmed either.
As for the summoning contract and talismans, the sharingan makes up for that. It's already been said that the MS can control even the Kyuubi. Obviously, the Kyuubi is then apart of that person's power.
