Oh thank you but Guy did say it and lee only uses his "medicine" when he needs to and he doesn't know he was drunk so he doesn't use it often.

Kimimaru easily.
Kimimaru's bones are as hard as steel which makes Lee's type of Taijutsu useless because the strong Fist taijutsu style is used for breaking bones. In this case Lee is not breaking any bones. Kimimaru was just chilling when he fought drunken fist Lee the first time because he was baffled by Lee's style of fighting.
Lee cannot hurt Kimi so eventually Lee will be impaled up the ass by Kimi and the match would be over.
