The performance of Sasuke's PS displayed at VOTE has the same output power as what EMS Madara displayed, which is mountain slash. Since the output power is equal, speed and durability would all be the same too. Perfect Susanoo would just cancel each other, or Rinnegan Madara's overpower the opposing side, as the Six Paths Chakra he possess is greater than Sasuke's respective.

Rinnegan capabilities concerned: Madara displays stronger powers granted by the standard Rinnegan than the powers granted by Sasuke's tomoe Rinnegan. The Six Paths techniques Sasuke displayed are all weaker than what's granted by standard Rinnegan; his Chibaku Tensei is inferior in size; his Preta Path failed to cancel out Momoshiki's; he was unable to heal his left arm and wounds via Naraka Path. All this illustrates the Six Paths technique Sasuke displayed are inferior, and he most likely can't use the others. What he has instead are sets of technique unique to his: these would be dimensional travelling, Amenotejikara and Rinnegan: Genjutsu - none of these guarantee him a win here. Unlike the sets of techniques granted by Madara's Rinnegan, which are gravitational powers that repel all of Sasuke's attacks; Preta Path to absorb Sasuke's arsenal, like Momoshiki did; Asura Path's explosive power to bypass Susanoo or CQC; Naraka Path to heal from any damage. Not to mention Limbo that can use all of Madara's arsenal from an invisible dimension.

Sasuke wins decisively. his ps is superior by feats and he can use ps chidori which gives him more firepower so a ps battle ends with madaras getting destroyed and he dies shortly after. mokuton is fodder and plays no relevance in the battle since they would get cut down with ease nor is his sm any factor when sasuke possess the superior chakra overall from hagos boost.
