JJ Madara didn't really displayed much against both Naruto/Sasuke. Sasuke is fast, but that certain feat isn't really a legit feat...
I can't picture a neutral scenario where Sasuke gets past Limbo.

Their Perfect Susano'o are equal, so they just cancel out in that regard.

With that out of the equation, Madara is decisively superior. On top Madara having arguably better Rinnegan abilities that Sasuke has no counter for, he also possesses Mokuton, Sage mode(Whatever that's worth) and Hashirama's healing power.

Sasuke wins decisively. his ps is superior by feats and he can use ps chidori which gives him more firepower so a ps battle ends with madaras getting destroyed and he dies shortly after. mokuton is fodder and plays no relevance in the battle since they would get cut down with ease nor is his sm any factor when sasuke possess the superior chakra overall from hagos boost.
