Would not sage mode chakra also be dangerous for samehada to consume?
Seeing as how one of pain took in too much from naruto and under went a petrified frog transformation, I'm thinking the same could happen to samehada.

it doesnt make sense that samehada can absord jutsu.
jutsu is the result of the expendature of chakra.
in the narutoverse, in order to use a fire style jutsu, you must first concentrate your chakra reserves into fire chakra and then use that chakra in order to turn that into a fire style jutsu.

It can absorb chakra, but I think when the chakra is turned into an element, it effects Samehada, so of course fire was too hot for it. I don't remember seeing Samehada absorbing element-techniques.

You may have a point. I to haven't seen such happen.. I'll search for some scans..

If we assume OP is correct and samehada has a wind affinity it would be weak vs fire and strong vs lightning making it easier for it to consume that nature. I am to lazy to check this out if there even is any confirmation on this, but doesn't Bee have lightning affinity? This could be part of the reason why Samhada seems fond of Bees chakra.

I do think this is a little farfetched but I'd definately say it's possible.

Wood does not burn/is not inflammable. It rapidly oxidizes. Fire is a manifestation of temperature, along with fuel(for instance DRIED wood) and oxygen.

-The amount of chakra needed for setting Hashi's Mokuton on fire, is enormous, and would exhaust EMS Madara to death, if not from exhaustion, he would die from temperature(as DRIED wood starts to ignite at approx 360 degrees celsius)

Plausible indeed. Samehada was only said to enjoy his Bijuu chakra I believe due to him being a perfect host. However, Bee did have the affinity of Lightning which Wind insulates.. You may be correct.

Fire makes wind stretch and expand example:Wind the breeze that flows through your hair = The expanded air due to heat. But wind makes fire stronger so with all this added. The fire would be like 4x stronger to the affected area.
