Don't sleep. When you sleep. Your body eats away at all the stuff. Well you're going to have to sleep but yeh.
Carbs can be found in root vegetables(good carbs) potatoes, taro (island potato) bread, grains, flour etc. Eat tons of it. Try to avoid fatty food though, you don't want to get poor health in the process.
