Don't sleep. When you sleep. Your body eats away at all the stuff. Well you're going to have to sleep but yeh.
Carbs can be found in root vegetables(good carbs) potatoes, taro (island potato) bread, grains, flour etc. Eat tons of it. Try to avoid fatty food though, you don't want to get poor health in the process.

Go here, these guys do it safely and have great tips.

I don't currently have any pics on my laptop, but ask YowYan he's seen my body when I weighed 150. (lol no homo)

And yes I go to the gym everyday.
Do you keep record of your weekly exercises?
Also, what does your current diet consist of?

Oh, whats this? People asking how to GAIN weight now? Is it really that hard in todays society?
Eat nothing but some Mickey Ds for a week and youll pack on the pounds ASAP.

I think you have the same problem as me. I can't gain weight either no matter how much I eat and try. I'd say you're screwed.

Maybe some senju dna help.

I'm going to the gym trying to bulk up a little, but dat belly fat is killing me. YowYan, if you have suggestions tell me. As for you proof i have no advice, sorry man, but i think Link already gave some good advices.

If you're under the age of around 22 then I suggest not using anything for testosterone levels. When you're young, your body is producing the peak amount of testosterone's and taking stuff won't boost your levels (I've heard from several sources)

if you weigh 170 pounds make sure you get 170 grams of protein a day
but I've heard different things like double it, so if you weigh 170 get 340 grams of protein a day
im not too sure which ones right

Well, if it's hard for you to lose bellyfat like it is for me, I'd say you have to do one hour of cardio every single day. And also, refrain from drinking any beverages that contain a lot of sugar and other crap. Like soda.

And 100 slow crunches a day + 100 pushups a day will get you ripped within 2 months. I've been there in 2010. Trying to get at it again.

well I box and im 5'8 and 156 (was 170 before) pounds, the only advice I can tell you is to be patient since your already gaining a few pounds a week, just keep working out so that the weight becomes muscle instead of fat

you can also try to gain water weight for a few days lol
but seriously what you really need is protein if you want to gain mass
