The Inherited Abilities Of The Three Great Doujutsu

Prologue

The Three Great Doujutsu were said to have been derived from each other in this order: Byakugan ≠ Sharingan → Rinnegan however, many classify each Doujutsu to specifically be developed in one of the three categories of jutsu: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Genjutsu; I say this is complete falsity, and in this thread I will prove how each have inherited abilities from each other.

Credit To Sir Derp Obito: Thanks for the pictures.

Inheritance

What does Inheritance pertain to?
Dōjutsu are genetic ninja abilities that utilise the eyes, granting the wielder ocular abilities. Being a by-product of specific kekkei genkai, dōjutsu are not classified as one of the major jutsu types. They do not require the use of hand seals and in some cases facilitate in the use of or defence against genjutsu, taijutsu and ninjutsu and then defeat their opponent. All known dōjutsu also provide the user with some unique abilities, such as an extended field of vision or predictive capabilities.Among all known dōjutsu, the Byakugan, Rinnegan, and Sharingan are known collectively as the Three Great Dōjutsu (三大瞳術, San Daidōjutsu; Literally meaning "Three Great Eye Techniques").

Inheritance pertains to what the three Doujutsu are developed in. The Byakugan was said to have origins similar to that of the Sharingan, however it was not inferred that the Sharingan was an evolved form of the Byakugan along with the fact that "The Older Son's Descendants were The Uchiha Clan", thus has me to believe the Byakugan was possibly developed around the same time, or slightly after the creation of the Uchiha Clan's pertained Sharingan.

I will momentarily be explaining what each of the Three Great Doujutsu specialize in, and what they've passed down/inherited from each other.

Byakugan: Taijutsu & Perception
The Byakugan is mostly well-known for it's perceptive vision, along with being held as the Leaf Village's best Taijutsu based fighters. Thus we have this:

3-Tomeo Sharingan: Taijutsu, Perception & Genjutsu
The Uchiha Clan, one of the most feared clans in the Leaf Village. The Uchiha's have achieved great Taijutsu, Perceptive, and Genjutsu skills due to their Sharingan.

Rinnegan: Taijutsu, Perception, Genjutsu & Ninjutsu
The Rinnegan, known as the most powerful Doujutsu. This Doujutsu allowed the user to master the six types of chakra manipulations: Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu, Yin, Yang and Yin-Yang.

To further more support my theory, the Rinnegan was said to be the evolved version of the Sharingan as many have already been aware of. Thus, the "Eyes" are a must in obtaining the greatest Doujutsu evolution: The Rinnegan.

Thus, my conclusive thinking resides in the conclusion part of this theory below.

Conclusion

  • The Three Great Doujutsu pass on traits as they "evolve" (The Byakugan → Sharingan may not be correct, but we can conclude they have the same aspects other than The Byakugan being more perceptive, while the Sharingan has Genjutsu); The Rinnegan altered all traits of the Byakugan, and Sharingan.

"The Rinnegan inherits all traits of the Byakugan, and Sharingan."

You're using the word inherit wrong. How can the rinnegan "inherit" anything from the byakugan and the sharingan when the rinnegan came BEFORE both of them? The point you made is nice but the wording needs to be altered

Not sure what point you're trying to make by putting this together, but it's done neatly. It's basically a wiki a page on the dojutsu.

You missed out something the byakugan specializes in.

Uselessness, It seems to run strongly in the hyuga clans blood. Poor hyuga.

Agreed. Many have believed that Byakugan is to taijutsu as Sharingan is to Genjutsu as Rinnegan is to Ninjutsu. But there are fragments of each of the three categories of combat within each Dōjutsu. Also, I don't know if it's mentioned, but it was stated that the Byakugan allows the user to see through Genjutsu, enabling them to disturb their own chakra if needed.

How the hell is this a related wiki page? Sorry, but no. You haven't read or you're just being ignorant.
An excellent and meticulous theory that is supported with evidence. Nicely done.
Thanks bro.

I agree. Repped.

What i think your trying to say is that the Rinnegan composes of the abilities possessed by the Sharingan and Byakugan(claimed to be related) as it is the original supreme doujutsu? Nope. Why? here's why:

The Elder sons doujutsu differes from the rinnegan due to some external interference, mostlikely the juubi's.

rule is:
Rinnegan - Yang = EMS<- MS<- S

but:
Jinchuriki Sage's rinnegan (eyes) - Yang (body) = Elder sons doujutsu

It is only after he appeared with this doujutsu, a triat not possessed by his father, the sage, that the sharingan (and possibly the byakugan) sprung forth with its strange abilities (totsuka, Susano'o, Tsukuyomi, Sasuke's bow and arrow, amaterasu, ect) which differ greatly from the rinnegan's abilities and it is highly likely that these techniques are associated with the Juubi's Doujutsu, the Sharingan as it is only though the sharingan itself that these techniques can be awakened.
