ha no you dont i live in the USA ...and in Tennessee you can get your permit at 15 but license at 16.......haha and thanks for errybody who said happy birthday......

Wow 18 that sucks. I can drive I'm 17. Been at it almost a year now . It's kinda scary at first but it's pretty easy after a while. Watch out people not paying attention. I got rearended going to a concert this week lol no damgae though.
