Your is pretty good. Here is my take on it:

1-Fujitora
2-Sabo
3-Doflamingo
4-Luffy
5-Law
6-Zoro
7-Chinjao(coliseum)
8-Burgess
9-Pica
10-Kyros

Accurate but why you guys acting like Luff was fresh fighting Duffy he was fighting in tournament

Nothing has ever indicated that Zoro is weaker than Law, in fact nthin has indicated that he is weaker than Luffy, the only thing Zoro does is respect Luffy choice of opponents.

So I woul place Zoro and Luffy on the same level while Law and Burgess goes down.

By the way zoro and Luffy clash always ends in stalemates, no one of them has actually had the upperhand to another, but Zoro has been shown to overpower Sanji, bt Luffy was nevr shown to Overpower Zoro.

During the final fight luffy was also severely weekend, had very little haki left, and took hell of attacks from doffy. I'm not ignoring the fact that luffy had help, but at the end of the day when it was strongest technique vs strongest technique luffy easily overpowered doflamingo while himself being weakened.

Maybe I'm wrong for believing this but if luffy and doffy was both at full strength and luffy and straight G4 and hit doffy with his strongest attack, even if doffy tried to defend or counter with his own attack luffy's strength still overpowers him and puts him down.

That why I'm confused, because regardless of what happend through out the arc when you line them up one and one and they go all out, it's clear that luffy was far stronger. I mean luffy knew for a fact after the first G4 that he could put doffy down with one attack and he was right, because he realized doffy wasn't superior to him in strength.

But if I'm wrong please explain, so I can understand everyone else's view of the power differences

They act as luffy was full health or as if he has healing power like doffy
4th gear solos doffy off the rip
It's too fast and too strong

Τhing is you can't compare a beating AND a freakin' gamma knife that destroyed Doflamingo's insides and which is arguably the strongest attack of Law(who's about Luffy's level) to only a beating Luffy took. Doflamingo's hits on Luffy were pretty 'casual' and standard let's say, whereas Doflamingo took some serious level damage. Also, G4 may be more overpowering but that doesn't mean it can win Luffy a death match. In the proposed scenario, I can accept that Luffy's strongest attack can overpower Doflamingo. But put him down ? Probably not. Doflamingo's gonna survive it and then Luffy will be helpless for some minutes, which is enough time for Doffy to finish him off. Besides, Doflamingo has some serious durability feats. I just don't think that Luffy's portrayal so far puts him at or even above the level of someone like Doflamingo. It was the combined effort of Luffy and Law that finished Doffy. v_v

Also, something else I want to say. I have to agree with Corazon. Why on earth are people so adamant that Sabo is > Doflamingo ? If anything, their feats are pretty much equal. Sabo negged a VA and clashed with an Admiral. Guess what ? Doflamingo has done both as well. He got rid of Smoker pretty easily and clashed/toyed with Fujitora many times. The fact that he chose to flee from Aokiji doesn't mean anything since it was more of a strategic move. And Burgess...Don't make me laugh, Burgess is nothing compared to these 2. To me it is really debatable. Sabo is AT the level of Doflamingo at best and not above, until he masters his DF, that is. Once of course he masters it, he will probably be higher than the caliber Doflamingo. This is how I view it.
