I pretty much agree with ur list, its pretty accurate according to me except that I dont consider Hakuba to be stronger than Kyros other than that the list is pretty good.

I swear I don't understand why people still are ranking do flamingo over luffy. At what point do you realize luffy is stronger than doffy. The final fight clearly showed luffy's strongest attack not only shattering doffy strongest ATTACK and DEFENSE but it also layed him out cold. What am I missing?

I swear I don't understand why people still are ranking do flamingo over luffy. At what point do you realize luffy is stronger than doffy. The final fight clearly showed luffy's strongest attack not only shattering doffy strongest ATTACK and DEFENSE but it also layed him out cold. What am I missing?

The obvious indicators to the obvious fact that Doflamingo was severely weakened and the fact that if weren't for the dozens of people that helped Luffy, Doflamingo would have killed him.

Wait what? You think Burgess is > Law and Luffy?

What has Burgess done to show you he's stronger? The guy can take more than he can dish out that's all there is to him.

G3 followed by G4 attacks would put an end to Burgess, and Burgess ain't touching Law nor would he be smart enough to figure out how room works.

G4 has shown much stronger moves than what Sabo has dished out on panel also.

So Burgess isn't outlasting G4 either.

Maybe I'm crazy but I'd put Bartolomeo at 10, I think he could beat burgess, kyros, hakuba, chinjao, we possibly haven't seen his barriers hit by haki, but he blocked kings punch no problem, bellamy and hack got hurt attacking, he had tough fight with gladius but he was trying to save people whilst fighting, in one on ones he could be a monster

If we put the two in a field alone and being in their perfect health condition, I put my money on Doffy.

The way I see it, if they both fight at full health Doffy would only win due to the time limit and drawbacks.

During the final fight luffy was also severely weekend, had very little haki left, and took hell of attacks from doffy. I'm not ignoring the fact that luffy had help, but at the end of the day when it was strongest technique vs strongest technique luffy easily overpowered doflamingo while himself being weakened.

Maybe I'm wrong for believing this but if luffy and doffy was both at full strength and luffy and straight G4 and hit doffy with his strongest attack, even if doffy tried to defend or counter with his own attack luffy's strength still overpowers him and puts him down.

That why I'm confused, because regardless of what happend through out the arc when you line them up one and one and they go all out, it's clear that luffy was far stronger. I mean luffy knew for a fact after the first G4 that he could put doffy down with one attack and he was right, because he realized doffy wasn't superior to him in strength.

But if I'm wrong please explain, so I can understand everyone else's view of the power differences

What does doffy have that would put luffy down.. We saw him bombard luffy with multiple attacks but luffy got up from it. Even parasite didn't work.

I don't believe the time limit was a problem. If Luffy would have used KKG instead of Leo Bazooka from the beginning then there wouldn't have been a round 2
