:lol Like every single thread where someone attempts to argue for the underdog, they end up ignoring their limits. Shikamaru cannot bind a Kaguya level opponent with his shadows when him and a squadron of Nara clansmen couldn't hold the Juubi w/o Naruto's chakra.

Sasuke being able to use PS w/ clones is fanfic. Not like it'd matter since Naruto can canonically make clones of his, let alone with Kaguya level chakra.

1. Binding Naruto isn't happening when him and a platoon of Nara clansmen can't even bind the Juubi on their own, let alone someone far superior to the Juubi. Not to mention KCM Naruto canonically shrugged off shadow possession with the lowest amount of effort possible.
2. That ends any attack strategy you've listed here. Not to mention Sasuke won't be able to penetrate Naruto's Avatar regardless of Naruto being wide open.
3. Katsuyu is irrelevant. Killing the summoner means that the summon vanishes. Not to mention Naruto doesn't even use physical attacks for his main firepower. Bijuu Dama, BDFRS, Multiple BDFRS, any of those would kill Katsuyu, any summon on the field, and damage Sasuke's Susanoo.

First I'll address their durability and ability to evade Naruto's attacks.
Naruto cannot effectively fight them all at once. If he splits into a clone, 2 of the three teams have the ability to take it out, albeit, low diff for SasuSaku and High Diff For JugoSui with Cerberus. Furthermore, Sasuke has access to the Animal path, meaning that his hawk can easily replaced with the drilling beak bird, the centipede, or the rhino. Cerberus has been shown to be extremely tough, and paired with the ox and the rhino, should be able to slim the gap in destructive capabilities, but they will not take him out.
Sasuke has access to the asura path, which, in addition to augmenting physical strength, it grants great durability, which should be enough to take whatever is left of attack that breaks his susanoo.
With all of animal path on Narutos tail, he will have to make clones or use mokuton (which will have to be rebuilt due to Cerebrus' DC). If he manages to bind them, Sasuke still has the snakes of ryuuchi cave, which are nimble and durable.
The biggest advantage Sasuke will have, is the ability to know what Naruto is doing at all times, and I'm not talking about precog. Karin can sense the buildup and killing intent of chakra and relay that to her teammates, as well as tell if he is building senjutsu (although Sasuke doesn't need this). She can also sense chakra and paired with Shikamarus intelligence, she should be able to keep track of the real Naruto, while Animal Path Summons protect her and Shika.
At anytime, Sasuke can switch out his teammates and summons with Ameno. Sasuke using PS clones would be entirely dependent on his level of chakra, which he can absorb from Narutos arsenal, dependent on Ninjutsu.
Naruto will not and can not attempt to attack Sasuke close up, unless he would like to have his souls ripped out. He also can not afford time to play soul tug of war, if he doesn't want Juugo and Sakura to knock his arm off. Again Sasuke CQC speed should be enhanced by the multiple arms and blades asura path and shadow clones give him. Sasuke ALONE is superior in CQC due to the enhancement of the rinnegan.
In the event that Karin is being attacked, she can lower her chakra to unsensable proportions, making her far less susceptible to attack. And far more valuable.
None of Naruto's energy related attacks can kill Sasuke due to the Preta Path Barrier. Naruto has no such advantage, but does have increased durability. Needless to say, due to Sasuke being Samehada-like in his ability to physically absorb chakra, he will not run out. TSB should be easily evaded by Sasuke( in extension, people in his susanoo) and they are needed to form his rasenshurikens (which are useless)
Though all Jutsu are enhanced by added chakra, and Sakura has enough to open dimensions, I have no canonical proof that Shikamaru can bind Naruto, so I give you that.
If Naruto can only hit Sasuke using collateral damage and quick physical assault, then he will be forced to go into his avatar. While his summon will be rendered useless, Sasuke, using Sakura, and Juugo will be able to combat his avatar while Karin and Shikamaru do what little they can to bind him, which will require and amount of energy to break.
Saying Naruto clones himself is useless, because Sasuke will do a lower powered version, that should still be able to protect, but not destroy. In the event Naruto clones and attempts to kill Karin and Shikamaru, (Sasuke will have brought the battle aerial, so collateral will not be a large issue), he is susceptible to to attack.
Sasuke needs only to acheive unbalancing Naruto, which can easily be done using Deva Path and a Susanoo chidori to break the avatar (again, Hugo and Sakura are augmenting him, aside from whether or not he can manage to absorb chakra) and snatch his soul, where Karin and Shikamaru are cucial using chakra chains and shadow possession to disorient Naruto.

Speed: Sasuke's Team (too many to attack effectively at once)
Intelligence: Easily Sasuke's team

In conclusion, the battle can go either way, but leans in Sasukes favor. If the battle is prolonged, Sasuke's team, aside from Karin, Sakura, and himself, will be rendered useless due to chakra exhaustion, causing a win for Naruto. It all depends on if you believe Sasuke has a great enough mastery over the rinnegan, and strong enough will and chakra to snatch narutos soul.
