Divine Wind is basically composed of three elements: Wind,Lightning and Fire.

When the user first fuses Wind and Lightning, an electric breeze is created.This electric breeze holds the power of wind and lightning(This electric breeze also overpowers fire,thus negating the weakness of wind).Now,the user will now add fire,The fire will rise the temperature of the wind,causing the humidity levels in the air to go down and also levels up the temperature of the lightning.

@the bolded part: this is what makes DW so OPed. It has the power of defeating it's natural weaknesses. By infusing it with lightning, it gains some earth defeating capabilites and due to it having wind in it, it doesn't become weak to lightning. Then, by adding, fire to the mix, it creates an even hotter wind that can cause heat stroke and further damage the enemy and even evaporate the water used against it and if it doesn't evaporate it, the lightning in it then makes it a lightning + Water combination that is just pwnsome. Anyway, case in point, the element is barely beatable xd
