It was a rather unprecedented day, as the sun silently glimmered across the ice. A minor snowstorm blew over the sacred bridge, a place where many duels throughout history. Today was no different, the mixture of hot and cold made the era lightly misty (not enough to blind us). Word crept from many others, hearing the wondering Samuria leader of the Yakuza had finally arrived back to the country. They turned from mere rumors, into tangible facts as the man stood not too far from his fellow head of the clan. Mirai, however, wasn’t exactly thrilled about this, as the elders who are constantly nagging at her to retire her position as Shogun issued out a challenge against both clan members. “Cousin, it’s been some years…how you been?” Mirai said as she approached the designated starting point.

She didn’t care enough to wear a traditional armor that the others insisted that she do. Mirai came here to win, though she had no intention of killing or fatally wounding her fellow head. “I’m sorry the elders did this…but sometimes we can't please everyone, so make no mistake. I am the true leader of this country now, so I must stand my ground and defend what little honor we have left. As my fellow Dragon Head, I expect nothing but the best performance you can dance!” she said amped up to fight now. The blood in her system began to boil as she was prepped for a battle to come. She was equipped with all she could possibly have, including two swords. Her signature katana, Masamune and two other short swords. On her back was a case of IOSS swords stored within but they wouldn’t remain there for too long.

Upon declaration, she would take off the very case she lugged around with her – tossing all the blades into the sky. However, this was a mere distraction as immediately she blitzed at high speeds towards her enemy. Her left hand would grip on of the short swords, as she arrived just about three meters away from her cousin. “Amanogawa!” she yelled, with her left thumb flicking the blade upwards as her hand guided the sword outwards. She combined together as she was moving, channeling the required amount of chakra within and once at the apex of her travel would unleash the blade as it extended towards him.

By the time she finished, the ten swords would all be sticking into the surface of the bridge, using her attack as possibly a distraction or using Amanogawa to successfully allow her swords to land. Once she was done, she placed the sword immediately back into it sheathe. “Easy start, make me proud” she said in an arrogant tone. The reason being is due to the sole fact she didn’t utilize her true sword. Masamune was only meant to be drawn when she felt it was ready. Right now, at this moment, however, her kin needs to earn the right for her to draw Masamune.

(Mugen Ittōryū) Infinite One-Sword Style
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: N/A (40)
Damage: N/A
Description: The user will throw into the air a large container of katana that are wrapped in some sort of cloth or wire in order to bind them for easy travel – while in the air, a seemingly endless number of katana will slide from their casing and scatter all across the battlefield to supply the user with swords to fight with no matter where they are; conversely, the swords can be summoned from scrolls in the same manner as Tenten’s weapons. This technique was created with the belief that a swordsman didn’t need a perfect sword, but rather, the ability to wield any sword with great skill. Each sword has a mechanism built into their hilt that allows only those who know how to use this technique to wield the swords. If someone with no knowledge of how to use this technique attempts to wield one of these blades, needles will extended from the hilt, much like how Samehada does. Due to this, the Infinite One-Sword Style not only assists the swordsman and his allies in battle, but also puts an extreme amount of psychological pressure on the opponent, due to the sheer number of blades.
*Can only be used once per battle.
*If the swords are carried into battle with a case, the chakra cost for this technique is zero however the user is limited to only 10 swords. If the scroll summoning variant is used, the chakra cost applies as normal.
*Only users of this technique may wield the swords.
(Iaidō: Zen no Idō) - Art of Quick Draw and Re-sheathing the Sword: Moving Zen (Passive)
Rank: N/A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A (-10 for each iaijutsu performed)
Damage: N/A
Description: Over the years, Samurai had often practiced Iaidō based on the understanding that it is an almost ritualistic form of combat, born from practices that strive to impart the morals of a classical warrior such as building a spiritually harmonious being possessed of high intellect, sensitivity, and resolute will. While this is correct, the root teachings of the art were lost over time; in truth, the purpose of Iai is founded on the principle of being in the psychological state of the present and responding to an attack before striking with speed. Thus, Zen no Idō reintroduces this concept into modern day Iaidoka. This is a skill that is taught to masters of the art who have completed all forms of Iai training and who have maximized their reflexes in regards to drawing and re-sheathing the sword. In essence, after training to increase their proficiency in applying rapid and sudden movements while performing iaijutsu, it allows the Iaidoka to inherently evade incoming techniques within reason while simultaneously executing any Iaidō techniques they use. By fueling more chakra into their movements during the ritual of Iaidō, they can move in any direction at a slightly increased speed (x2, equal to that of Leg Weight speed) prior to or during the use of Iaidō. The limitations are that they may only use this speed to travel in any direction within five meters of their original position, and once the Iaidō technique is complete or stopped, Zen no Idō immediately ceases.
Restrictions:
Note: Must be posted in the samurai's biography.
Note: No other techniques besides those revolving around Iai can be used while Zen no Idō is active.
Note: This is a passive trait that automatically activates prior to or during the execution of any Iaidō based technique; reserved only for those who hold true mastery over the art (must state Iaidō as a specialization in one's biography), once learned, Zen no Idō comes naturally and without thought, in a manner akin to the Shinobi's Water Walking skill.
(Bushidō: Amanogawa) Way of the Samurai: River of Heaven
Type: Offensive
Rank: S
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80 + 10 + 10 = 100
Description: As powerful as Iaidō and the Samurai Sabre Skill are for Samurai when dealing with Shinobi, they both have their own weakness, and this posses a problem with Samurai are pitted against ranged fighters who maintain distance by retreating. This technique aims to combine the two techniques to remedy that problem. While the blade is sheathed, the Samurai will momentarily invoke the Samurai Sabre Skill, enveloping their blade with chakra while within the scabbard; however, due to the confinement of the blade within the scabbard, this causes a build up of pressure which the Samurai releases by unsheathing the blade. The result is that the Samurai's sword is "fired" from the scabbard, much like a bullet, but while also cloaked in the aura of the Samurai Sabre Skill. They manipulate this aura only slightly, into the same form of the sword they are using, but elongated. The result is a powerful Iaidō technique that can reach up to mid-range, and at a greater speed than the Iaidō technique itself. Because of the power of the Samurai Sabre Skill, it is capable of clashing with Ninjutsu of the same power and below.
Note: Like Iaidō, the speed of this technique is relative to the user's rank. However, this technique is twice as fast as Iaidō.
Note: The user cannot have the Samurai Saber Skill currently active for this technique to be used.
Note: Usable three times per battle.
Note: Must be a Samurai

He had traveled a long and arduous journey that stretched along lands once unseen to those who lived by the warrior code. The Yakuza's inherent hatred for Shinobi carried him down paths drenched in blood and brimstone on his travels. To those of his kind who cherished the ways of old that preached for peace, harmony and oneness, the Dragon Head was a walking paradox. Did he truly belong here? Anywhere? He had come to the conclusion that some traditions were meant to be severed and stitched to form something entirely new. He had found his own way, and returned to offer those who would still walk alongside him a place in his new order, the Kú-Yakuza.

"I have seen enough on the roads less traveled to know that the ways of old need to be buried in the past. The Elders... Genji... we are no longer obligated to listen to them and blindly follow their lead, Mirai. The title you so desperately cling to like a dying breath; it is time to let go. Join me, and together we will find enlightenment through emptiness."

The Espada sighed as his peer threw ten swords scattering across the battlefield while he moved onward toward him.

"Too much flash, as always." He says, as he unsheathes both wakizashi, releasing two dragons that circle around him starting from his immediate vicinity and circling outward. They would serve the purpose of simultaneously pushing Mirai back into mid range with compressed winds that they've generated and destroying the swords that were released from her case through the dragons themselves.

He then sheathes his weapons and brings his hands up.

(Bushidō: Daini no Seijū: Echigo no Konpeki Tsuin Ryū) - Way of the Warrior: Second Holy Beast: Azure Twin Dragon of Echigo
Rank: S
Type: Defensive, Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80 + 10 = 90
Description:
A maneuver which employs the concept of Zettai Tōroku, or Absolute Inscription, along with the Samurai Saber technique using short-swords. The Samurai will begin by activating the Samurai Saber technique within both weapons (if not already activated prior), before they unsheathe both of the blades using the Art of Iaidō, utilizing shape manipulation to form the chakra coursing through the blades into the shape of semi-tangible dragons, one dragon head stemming from each of the two individual blades. From here, there are two ways in which this technique can be applied; in a defensive manner, using the concept of Absolute Inscription to slash all around oneself, as the dragons violently circle the immediate vicinity all around in an effort to protect its master. Not only is this capable of defending against physical based attacks, but energy based ones as well. This is possible due to the speed in which the Samurai has unsheathed and slashed around them self with Iaidō, creating compressed waves of wind that push away at all forms of attacks (this is not wind release -- an example of the concept of using speed and strength to achieve this particular affect can be seen in the Leaf Dragon God technique). In an offensive manner, the Samurai can control the dragons completely with blade movements in order to make them bite into their target(s) or defend from attacks that aren't in their immediate short range. The dragons are individually equivalent to A-rank in strength, combining as an S rank technique only when used together to defend from attacks or when attacking simultaneously with both dragon constructs.
Restrictions:
Note:
Can only be used by Samurai biographies.
Note: Can only be used twice per battle.
Note: As with all forms of Iaidō, this requires that both short-swords be sheathed prior to initiating the technique.
Note: Because the dragon constructs are formed from the Samurai Saber technique, the user is capable of sustaining its form continuously for only one turn following the initial activation of this technique as long as they fuel chakra into the blades (20 chakra for the following turn), or until the dragons have been destroyed.

Despite her attempts to utilize her sword technique; the summoning of the dragons didn’t come to a shock. The wings they produced simply blew her back a little bit, but she used her sword as she pierced it into the ground to slow down herself as much as she can. She didn’t realize until now, her fellow Dragon Head was truly different, it was almost like looking at someone you once knew reborn again. She was a bit intimidated by how much isolation has made him this strong, but that intimidation only lasted seconds. Her resolve was far more precious. “You’re not wrong” she said as she dusted herself off a bit. “The ways of the old is really boring, but sometimes those elders aren’t exactly wrong either. I don’t know how much you know, but, the man before me. He was “heir” to what remained of Chungsu. Takauji Ashikaga. He was a bright man, with ambition but yet he allowed the ways of the Shinobi to bleed its way into our country…after his death, it was me. The strongest among our people, selected to represent as the new Shogun…but realistically I’m a traditional person – never have I once thought to myself, lets add ninjutsu or any of that corny science shit they developed…but here I am today using it…it sucks honestly” she said with a look of resentment on her face.

Then when I heard you were returning, the elders immediately thought it would be a bright idea to pit us against one another, test to see if I’m worthy of being Shogun, or if you were up t it. I just went along with it honestly…” she said briefly as she took her sword-wielding hand and slashed four of the sword nearest to her. “And here I am, ready to test myself as well, so let’s not waste any more time. If I win, you will have to adhere to what I say, and if you win, well. I’ll give up my title to you and you can be my successor, I’ll even aid in razing this place to the ground if need be, an inner civil war…how nice haha

She said as the swords gently danced around her. She lowered her posture, entering the “Autumn” stance, as she activated the first prayer but also it’s refinement. Once she was prepped she simply looked at her enemy with a smirk, as before she did she would have swapped her basic swords for Masamune, showing she was now taking it serious. “En garde” she teased as she swiftly approached him once more.

(Mugen Ittōryū: Ranritsu no Narabi) Infinite One-Sword Style: Disorderly Line
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage: N/A
Description: A powerful Infinite One-Sword Style technique, this technique involves the user focusing chakra into their blade and striking the surrounding blades, transferring some chakra to the surrounding blades, causing them to be launched up into the air, allowing the user to manipulate the blades as they wish. This allows the user to control the blades as needed, though they form a spinning dome around the user when idle, creating a powerful offense and defense. This move is similar to the move Soushuuha, but is in itself quite different and can be used by Samurai.

*Must have the Infinite One-Sword Style already set up.
*Only useable/teachable by Musashibou, Akiza, and KeotsuEclipse.
*Only usable twice per battle.
*Up to fifteen swords can be put into the air.
*May not be used again for three turns after first activation.
*The swords in this technique can be used in other Infinite One-Sword Style techniques, which may result in the move being slightly different due to variants.
(Kamei Gigei: Saisho no Inori: Hikaru Aki Hasira) Command Art: First Prayer: Shining Autumn Pillar
Rank: A (S)
Type: Offense/Supplementary/Defense
Range: Self
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A
Description: The first of the “Prayer” series of the Command Arts, Hikaru Aki Hashira, often called “Aki-gamae (autumn stance)” by its users, is a Kenjutsu stance instead of an actual attack. It is a variation of the Waki-gamae in that the user holds their blade at waist level, parallel to the ground, whether in its scabbard or not, a position best suited for quick-draw strikes. The user focuses their chakra throughout their entire body in a steady stream while in this stance, increasing their speed and strength by 25%. This increase in ability comes about from the chakra augmenting the muscles naturally, instead of forcefully, essentially putting the body in a natural “peak” condition. This chakra also coats the user’s blade and allows the counter-offensive nature of Aki come through. Whether sheathed or not, the user can swing their blade and dispel an incoming attack by disrupting it, allowing the user to protect themselves and then counter-attack. The method of blocking attacks is based upon the concept of an immovable pillar.
*The First Prayer can only shield the user from attacks of an equal or lower rank.
*Blocking an attack counts against one of the three allotted moves in a turn.
(Kamei Gigei: Fukutsu no Inori: Gokumonken) Command Art: Prayer of Fortitude: Prison Gate Sword
Rank:B
Type: Supplementary/Defense
Range: Self
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: A refinement of the First Prayer: Hikaru Aki Hasira, this technique expands the ability of the First Prayer. Where as Shinning Autumn Pillar is locked only to the user’s weapon, and forces them to stand in a specific stance, this technique turns it into a full on “Mode”, covering the entirety of the user’s body and thoroughly saturating it with the same effect; This allows the user to fight unhindered by having to remain in one stance, while also allowing the effects of the First Prayer to extend to their entire body. Besides this saturation, Gokumonken provides one extra effect: techniques that would be destroyed by the First Prayer’s effect can instead be reflected back at the opponent, taking the place of the First Prayer’s defensive ability, but still counting as an additional move per turn.
*Cannot be used unless the First Prayer is active.
*Remains active until the First Prayer wears off.
*Can only be used twice in a battle.
*Reflecting attacks back counts as a move per turn, and is bound by the limitations of the First Prayer's abilities of defense.

"The elders are a fickle bunch, Mirai. As I said, you have no need to listen to them any longer. Perhaps I need to show you this through combat. I will play your little game, and show you what the true meaning of emptiness entails. Only then will you come to your senses."

Ulquiorra bites down on one of the signature pills of the Yakuza, the first stage enhancement, which would invigorate his body for the remainder of the match. He charges toward Mirai with intense focus as he enters her immediate vicinity, manifesting a chakra katana out of thin air that he grips with his left hand; he would swing this in an arc from left to right in a low stance, turning in such a way so as to have her attention focused on the left side. He would use this as a feint to distract her from the series of knuckle shots about to be delivered to her solar plexus with his right fist.

(Higan no Yakuza: Shodan Kaigan) - Yakuza Secret Compound: First Stage Enhancement
Type: Supplementary
Rank: N/A
Range: Self
Chakra: N/A (-10 per turn active)
Damage: (+15)
Description: One of the three main enhancements of the Yakuza Clan, which earned them the moniker of ''Human Enhanced Tools''. The Shodan Kaigan is the weakest of the three basic enhancements and thus, can be used by anyone who is at least a Yanguryu (Young Dragon). This compound contains a set amount of chakra, mixed with several drugs that were developed by the Yakuza, which, once administered into the organism, will stimulate their body tissues, muscles, and brain, granting them a minor temporary boost in strength (Less than half the damage increase the Chakra Enhanced Strength technique provides), reaction time (Equal to that of someone with a one-tomoe sharingan), and speed (In terms of the speed chart, equal to that of the user's total speed times 1.5). The user has several options on how to administer this compound within themselves; They may either imbibe it (Drink it from a vial), inject it via syringe, or consume it in pill form.
Restrictions:
Note:
Can be taken twice per battle
Note: Lasts two turns if taken by a Yanguryu (Young Dragon)
Note: Lasts four turns if taken by a Fukuryu (Crouching Dragon)
Note: Lasts five turns if taken by a Giseiryu (Sacrificing Dragon)
Note: Lasts for the rest of the battle if taken by a Hitsuryu (Dragon Head)

Bushidō: Mugetsu | Way of the Samurai : Moonless Sky
Rank: D
Type: Attack/Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage: N/A
Description: This is one of the most basic techniques taught to Samurai of the land of iron but also one of the most useful. The user moulds their chakra within their hand(s) (Up to two blades per use), and fashions a chakra blade (looks like a normal katana) that looks real (dojutsu will see the chakra but won't know its effects) but infact it is intangible and would do no damage when used in an attack. These blades are used mostly for feint attacks but when added with the Samurai Sabre Skill they can become quite deadly. Because of the amount of chakra used they can be made quite fast (about a second) and thus can be used in the spur of the moment.

( Hitonare Za Tora ) - Taming the Tiger
Type: Offensive
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 80 + 10 + 15 = 105
Description: A technique that focuses on overwhelming power and precision. Through careful breathing this technique allows the user to deliver several one knuckle punches in quick succession, each and every one striking the exact same spot on the target with devastating effect. This attack is capable of breaking through most conventional defenses.

As the opponent was intended on charging directly at her, Mirai was prepared for anything. Once he was within range, he immediately reared his fist back in order to attempt to strike the Shogun – but her swift intuition and assessment of his movements allowed her to formulate a counter strike. As the first of the punches is attempted and stepping back a bit to avoid the chakra blade, Mirai would take the moment to step towards her side, causing the strike to miss but also in the same motion took a step back. She had the room, allowing to immediately step forward and quickly draw her sword in a combination of fluid motions once after the next. Should her attempt be a success, she would severe the hand of her follow Samurai, leaving nothing behind but the cleanly cut wrist and the rest of the arm.

She was smart in her motion, utilizing a combination of Moving Zen, alongside activating this was Sixth Sense, allowing her mind to now become cleansed and for her to be able to focus a lot more now. She simply stood now about two meters away waiting what her fellow Samurai will do. It should be noted the activation of Sixth Sense and Quick Draw occurred in the same time frame due to the former requiring no chakra in order to perform initially.

(Iai no San Dankai) - Quick Draw Three Step
Rank: S
Type: Offensive, supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80 + 20 + 10 = 110
Description: This technique is an adaption to half step where the user will make a simple three stepping method when a target attacks them. The user will move to the side the target when they attack and then taking a short step backwards quickly drawing their katana whilst stepping forwards again to slash the target using the momentum of the step forwards aswell as the quick draw. This technique is done in a matter of seconds.
Note: Depends upon the rank of the user in how fast this technique is performed , and may only be used twice per battle.
Note: Requires a samurai biography.
Note: can only be used three times per battle
( Sempai Oshie: Roku Sacchi ) Elder teachings: Sixth Sense
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra cost: ( -10 per turn to keep active )
Damage points: N/A
Description: Elder teachings: Sixth Sense is a skill known only to those who have achieved mastery in meditation and fighting arts. The user unlocks the Sixth Sense, which is also known as a clear state of mind where the user eliminates the factors clouding the mind such as fear and regret, thus allowing the user to be able to increase their reaction to incoming Taijutsu attacks and not fear death, making the user possible to react fast to the attacks. This increases the user's reaction speed by x2, giving them heightened senses to attacks.
Note: Can only be used two times
Note: Lasts four turns

Ulquiorra acts quickly and responds with a standard Iado slash of proportional strength to the incoming blade, intercepting it and causing a parry. ( Samurai Guntou no Jutsu ) - Samurai Sabre Technique
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 40 ( -5 per turn )
Damage: 80
Description: This technique is unique to samurai, which employs the concept of chakra flow techniques similar to the Flying Sparrow and ( Kusanagi ) - Chidori Spear. The user channels their chakra through their swords and extends the reach and the cutting ability of the blade, allowing him to be capable of firing crescents of chakra. These crescents are capable of combating equal ranked Elemental Ninjutsu. The samurai have also shown the ability to use shape transformation, as they can form their chakra blades into giant buzz saws, broad swords, spiked shafts, and axes. This ability allows them to rely on smaller swords while retaining greater reach, damage, and surprise attacks as needed.

As the blades clashed with one another, Mirai was calm and collected. Her movements where without wasted effort, solely for the this one moment. As the samurai saber technique is launched towards her, she simply did the same. This caused a shield made of the same style to form. This blocked the blow (120 vs 115 = 90); she wouldn’t waste any time returning the same blade back towards her enemy as it reforms from a shield into a spear-like form. She would jump backwards, simply allowing herself to gain some room away from him as she silently waited for his next motive.

Closing his eyes, he would mutter the word "Bushido", causing an overshield of chakra to envelop him and protect him from the incoming weakened saber technique. Sheathing his swords, he would take a step back and open his eyes, bringing his hands up to signal that he was readying to approach once more.

"Ready yourself, Mirai. Here I come!" He calls out, before dashing to a punching distance and performing a lightning charged slamming palm attack to the chest, threatening to send her spinning backward with bone shattering force.

( Bushidō ) - Way of the Samurai
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra: 40 ( -10 per turn )
Damage: +30 to Kenjutsu and Taijutsu
Description: Samurai quickly learned that Ninjutsu would be a very dangerous weapon, and an incredibly difficult one to combat. But, they soon developed a countermeasure that helped them combat the ever-growing amount of Ninjutsu users: infusing their armor with their own chakra. By releasing their chakra into their armor, Samurai infuse their armor with special properties, protecting against energy based attacks up to 30 damage, and physical jutsu of 40 damage and lower. This works by creating an invisible overshield of chakra around the Samurai’s body, using their chakra to augment their armor to help protect them. Due to the spiritual nature of this technique, harmonizing the Samurai’s life energies with their armor, and bringing the user’s Bushidō to the forefront of their mind, preventing Genjutsu of up to A rank from targeting them. This increase of chakra also augments their physical prowess, tripling their speed and granting a large increase to Kenjutsu and Samurai jutsu. However, upon ending, the Samurai is unable to use Iado and S rank and higher Samurai jutsu that turn and next due to fatigue as well as only two jutsu the turn it ends.
Note: This jutsu lasts 5 turns each use and is capable of being used 3 times.
Note: Only usable by Samurai bios. No summonings can use it, even if they can use other Samurai techniques.

Mirai thought it was time to dial the fight up a bit more now, reaching into her pouch. She would remove a specialized pill, once she swallowed it her body immediately became shrouded in pitch-black chakra forming a chakra shroud. It resembled a shinigami’s garb, as Masamune is engulfed as well, becoming pitch black in color as the chakra overlays it. Immediately as she does, she utilized her new speed to swiftly dash out of her original position to become centered in the air above her enemy as she was no longer in the potential path of his punch. She moved overhead, spinning violently as she infused water into her blade.

“Breath of Water, Second Form! WATER WHEEL”

he yelled as she extended a blade of water as she spun in the air, attempting to cut down the opponent with some sharp water. As she blitzed passed him, she would land on the ground but immediately chain into another technique as she dashes towards him.

First Form: Water Surface Slash!” she said, extending the water blade from her sword in order to cut at her opponent's neck swiftly.

(Yakuza Kakusareta Gijutsu: Chōetsu) - Yakuza Secret Compound: Transcendence
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A (-20 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: 超越 Chōetsu is the epitome of a Yakuza's overwhelming resolve to exceed the limitations of their bodies in order to bring forth their true selves; it is a compound that provides effects much akin to the Akimichi clan's fabled Calorie Control, only taken a step further due to the samurai's mastery over shape manipulation and their ingenuity in medicinal creations. Through years of using the three main enhancements and studying ways to improve upon them, they have developed a pill that contains a series of refined stimulants based on those found within the previous enhancement compounds, along with a catalyst that serves to increase the rate of chakra production at such an amount that it bursts outward from their bodies; once consumed, this effectively manifests the visage of the Yakuza's samurai spirit in the form of raw chakra, in addition to receiving the bonuses equivalent to that of the last main enhancement. The compound creates a shroud, or form of chakra that varies in its appearance depending on each individual member. The manifestation of their samurai "spirit" can range from growing chakra wings, claws, horns, to animalistic figures such as a dragon that coils around them or a Bodhisattva figure with multiple arms. While these chakra apparitions can vary in appearance, they can never exceed a size that goes past the Yakuza's short ranged vicinity, although their size can be manipulated within the confines of short range (claws of chakra can be extended using the samurai's expertise in shape manipulation, for example). Depending on the Yakuza's form, they can also grant the ability of flight (via the use of chakra wings or if their form takes the appearance of a dragon, bird, etc). The Yakuza will also have the ability to use their form as a shield to defend themselves from incoming elemental attacks such as ones that are too large-scale to evade by normal means, or to release slashes of condensed chakra from their sword (both of these interact neutrally against the five basic elements, slashes can only reach up to mid-range); however, the shroud can only defend up to the equivalent of one S-ranked attack per turn. Any more damage sustained by the shroud above that and it disappears, ending the effect of the compound prematurely; it can additionally only be administered via pill form. After the Yakuza's mode ends, they become incapable of consuming any compounds for the following two turns.
“The warrior guided by the spirit serves humanity, the warrior without, serves the ego.”
Restrictions:
Note:
Can only be used once per battle.
Note: While this compound is in effect, the user cannot consume any of the main enhancement compounds. If either the first, second or last stage enhancements are consumed while this compound is in effect, the drug will counteract the compound's effect along with its own, resulting in the effects of this immediately disappearing and the enhancement that was taken to not provide any effect. Should a Yakuza consume any of the main enhancements during the turns in which this compound is active, they will also succumb to cardiac arrest due to their cardiovascular system being overworked by the excess of stimulants within their body.
Note: Each member that gains access to this compound must state in their Yakuza biography exactly what their form looks like in detail. The compound cannot be used in battle until this prerequisite is fulfilled.
Note: Lasts three turns for Fukuryu, four for Giseiryu, and five if used by a Hitsuryu.
Note: No Yakuza compounds of any kind can be administered for three turns after this ends.
(Erementaru Samurai Guntou no Jutsu) Elemental Samurai Sabre Technique
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage: 60 + 20 + 20 = 100
Description:
When Samurai learned how to imbue their swords with elemental chakras, it allowed them to more readily combat the diverse arsenal of Shinobi more easily. Employing the same concept of chakra flow as the Samurai Sabre Technique, this technique envelopes the user's blade in an elemental shroud of a single element, to which shape transformation can be applied, as in the parent technique. This jutsu could be considered equivalent in every aspect to its predeccessor other than it allows for elemental usage. This technique can clash with Ninjutsu of an equal or lower strength, applying for elemental strengths and weaknesses.
*Note: Only useable by Samurai bios.
*Not: Unlike the parent technique where multiple instances of the technique can be sustained at one time (one on each sword), multiple instances of this technique can only be sustained if they are of the same elemental nature.
Note: Can only be used 5 times.

In response to the impending circular aerial attack, the Espada would grasp the hilt of Murcielago and use Zen no Ido to simply side step to the left out of the strike's path, unsheathing a simple slash in return as her body lands behind him; the slash would make contact with her back, cutting deeply across the middle of the spine.

"Impressive. I'm not surprised to see that you have new bold tricks up your sleeve. However..."

He would swiftly turn to face her as he wipes the blood from his blade and sheathes his weapon, completing the ancient ritual.

"Sometimes simple is better. Wouldn't you agree?"

(Iaidō: Zen no Idō) - Art of Quick Draw and Re-sheathing the Sword: Moving Zen

Rank: N/A
Type: Supplementary
Note:
Must be posted in the samurai's biography.
