That's not a way weaker version of Hashirama, he was near to his full strength thanks to Tobirama pointing that out.
And Hashirama never controlled all nine bijuus as pets, especially when in the first kage summit the sand village already had the Sanbi and declared for more land while Madara went out in the wild to capture the nine tails to use it in his battle against Hashirama.

So realistically he had up to seven bijuus and even then, a juubi jinchuuriki would destroy all nine bijuus in a fight. Seven being Hashirama's case. Also, if Hashirama actually had all nine bijuus, he should've awakened RSM by now.

What do you mean by swallow? He only had seven bijuus under suppression and I'm sure he used his Senpu gates for them.
Now as for the juubito part, no not a chance. He's too fast and two strong.
Those gets get crushed instantly..

Using any other mokuton attacks are useless against him because...
1) ninjutsus are useless against him (erases them)
2) He absorbs chakra
3) He can create mokuton with tbb on them, which is way stronger than what hashirama has to offer.

No, the 8 gates are a suicide jutsu that Gai can only use once in his life for 5 minutes, and is not a jutsu that would want to use immediately, like against Jin Madara.

So no, it's not the strongest shinobi for this, personally i have never considered the suicide jutsu in any manga, but if for you it is the strongest, no problem. (Anyway, Gai 8 gates can't beat easily Hashirama, because of the massive size of his jutsu, but who cares).

If Madara back then somehow manage to survive 8 gates version and he is inferior than Hashirama (without Kurama) then logically Hashirama should be strong enough to give a good fight with Obito.

Even Obito has more power doesnt mean he is auto win. Hashirama used his skill to stop world war 1 where all kages look badass than those fodders now. We havent seen him using his real power yet because Kishimoto doesnt want to let the legend die so the story can keeps going.

What you said here never happened. Madara never said he fought anyone with 8 gates before. He would've died if that ever happened. Juubito and JJ Madara are not weaker than 8 gates Gai either, they're susceptible to taijutsu but they have Gudodamas that can kill Gai. Especially his juubi tbb. Hashirama stands no chance whatsoever.

1. I never heard of world war one in NV before, but as we all can see that never happened either. Hashirama never stopped any war, he participated in them like every other clan.
2. Obito having more power outright means he destroys him. Being a jinchuuriki that can do this.

Out right destroys everything Hashirama has to offer, he said so himself that Obito was stronger than him. He couldn't do anything.
3. Kishi saw no importance in the previous kages. Like the leaf believes in is that the newer generation will surpass the previous one.
