like what? nothing hes done previously could have topped what he did against sasuke especially considering the aoe of that explosion. he even entered hes avatar-a jins most powerful state if i may add- something he didnt use previously.

Ok, so why is the Rinnegan different from a Bijuu? You're wrong about other people not being able to become on though, just look at Bee.

The rinnegan is different power-wise and im talking about kyuubi, not the other tails, the most powerful bijuu, the kyuubi, has anyone besides uzumaki and senju had the kyuubi as their bijuu?

They don't take another person's power,only their eyes, it's like a ritual. EMS is specific to the Uchiha clan, no matter who els tries it, they aren't going to get the same results.

The uchiha clan's power is their eyes and just because only the clan can achieve it doesn't mean its considered as a clan technique because the clan are not born with it. For example, just because you have a key to a door doesn't mean you can steal someone else's door and say that it is yours just because you can unlock it with your key.
