K I am kind of new here even though my join date says different...I am planning to create a bio and I was wondering if i can be a chunnin or a genin...I know i cant be sage and all but bit confused of being a genin or chunnin..I get that if i am a chunin i can select 1 element and about village of allegiance I am guessing I can choose any...Right and no bloodline limit and all rite...

you need 50 post to become a genin..when your a genin then you can make a bio and start training a stuff

Everything is explained in there. Your rank is based on your postcount: to make a bio you need have 50 posts = genin, when you have 200 posts = chunin, when you have 550 posts = S-jounin etc.

The higher your rank, the more things you can learn. As a genin you can learn up to one element and E-D rank jutsu's, when you're a chunin you can learn up to two elements and C-rank jutsu's etc.

KG, special abilities and special bio's have their own restrictions and requirements depending on the ability: for a Sharingan/Byakugan you need 1500 posts, for an ice bio you need to have mastered water and wind elements, for a Minato bio you need to take a test etc.

I believe that it should be training base, and you get the rank AFTER you take a test and have all the posts, instead of just spamming the forums. It should be required to earn your rank before you have it. IMO anyways.

Even if you are the rank you still have to be trained in all the jutsu as well.

So it still takes a long time to actually become a strong ninja
