Yes the one who buys it gets the option to give it to 1-4 people depending on the price you pay. If not mods you must have gotten like this what I said in my first sentence

Yes. Only Admins can do that because they have complete control over the Premium system. Also the admins do not give free premium, there is always a reason to give it like winning games, contests and events, contributing a lot, etc.

No, mods do not give out premium to anyone. It's not within our power to do so. The admins can, at times gift premium to some members as a reward from some contest or simply as a gift if we are celebrating some holiday or something. Other then that, members buy premium and they can also gift premium to other members.

No I can't change names. And I edited your post to remove quotes from posts I deleted. Hence why my name appears as its last editor.

All members have the ability to delete thier posts as long as they can edit it AFAIK. So you don't need to ask a mod, just go to edit < advanced options < delete post. If you can't edit your posts then report the post for deletion.
