As for Sakura power up, I keep seeing people call it an "asspull" and "kishi pull it out of his ass" which I find quite disgusting that so many people on this forum have an **** fetish.But in the case of Sakura, her power up is long overdo and is completely logical.In all actuality, Sakura isn't powerful enough base on her intelligence level and being a natural genjutsu type since part one.People seem to forget that character that aren't name Naruto or Sasuke don't get much screen time, but just because you don't see them, doesn't mean they are training and developing jutsus.

Naruto trained for where he is today and the same goes for Sasuke sorry mate nothing was really "given" to them, everything was accomplished. one does not just gain sage mode, automatically control a tailed beast, activate a susano, etc. etc.

You can't have equal expectations for both characters, one's a main character, the other is a side character. Trying to compare them already makes Sakura look bad since the main character should be leaps and bounds ahead of the side character that a comparison would just be laughable in the first place.

Also, you Sakura fans shouldn't use that "she is just normal" argument as an excuse, you're shooting yourselves in the foot. Nearly everything about 632 was about her following in Tsunade's footsteps. She had the privilege of being trained under a Sannin.

Yet same thing can be said for Hinata. She has no real feats besides mastering 64 palms (something Neji has done in part 1)
Her every thought revolves around Naruto-kun. She keeps fan-girling him like there is no tomorrow. IMHO she is like part 1 Sakura, but instead of going for Sasuke she is going for Naruto.

Now be honest Hinata fans, why do you have double standards when it comes to Sakura and Hinata ?

Because sakura is the main heroine, she should be better than that.

Switch heroine roles & hinata is better suited because she has saved naruto more times where it matters. Sakura, the main heroine should be the one to have those special moments but until the recent chapters all of her "main heroine" moments were utter failures.

Hinata has feeling for the main character this another reason she doesn't get bashed the main character that is liked by everyone and trust me this is the reason why sakura gets so bashed. If naruto had no feeling for sakura trust me sakura would be the most or at least one of the most female liked in this show. another reason why hinata doesn't get bashed is because hinata and naruto moment seem more touching then sakura and sasuke moment don't think I hate saukra just think about it sakura pushes naruto and runs up to saying sasuke kun sasuke kun ur the best she shown no reason why she likes sasuke accept that is cool and the best hich is acceptable. while hinata and naruto moment are more of touching this doent mean naruto has feeling for hinata I am talking hinata point of view even though all the girl loved sasuke sasuke hinata always liked the failure the loser the mocked and most hated one in the village she liked him for his passion and never giving up which is acceptable then you see hinata next to naruto and she doesn't push another guy just to go next to naruto even though another guy doesn't like her. but one example before naruto fdought neji hinata told naruto was a proud failure even to me that's really touching and in she has been serval time giving up her life for naruto sakura aslo did that for sasuke but I guess hinata said a speech rly touching one before she nearly died for him and I guess is rly all these thing that's why hinata is less bashed compare to sakura.

I would like to start with saying, that I like both Sakura and Hinata.
Now that is out of the way, I can answer the question .

Reasons why many people dislike Sakura and not Hinata
(these are not my reasons, but these are reasons I observe from reading posts and such).
Hinata has big melons. Sakura is more flat.
Hinata doesnt cry often. Sakura cryed a lot.
Hinata is shy. Sakura is violent towards the main character.
Hinata looks kinda okay in strength, due to her teammembers being more around her lvl, Sakura has always Sakura been around 2 of the strongest people in the series, which make her look relatively weaker.
Hinata has a dojutsu and some other flashy stuff. Sakura has for a long time, not showed anything flashy (and people dig flashy jutsus) and dislike characters without it (even though those characters can be awesome without it).

These are some of the reasons I believe.

Some people don't have their own opinion and just go along with bandwagon, others are NH/Hinata fans who are jealous of her role(not all of them), and some just dislike her for either personality or her decisions and that makes huge amount of haters. In polls Sakura has pretty same amount of haters and fans, but recently amount of haters decreased IMO.

Sometimes it comes from people getting jealous that sakura spends more time with Naruto than Hinata. They still mad that she lied to him. That's 3 years ago. Look at us SasuSaku fans! We waited 8 years for a SasuSaku moment since back in pt 1. We still hold on to that as something meaningful but then other fans take note on what Sakura would do if Sasuke took her. People just dont like letting things go.

Also i think it's a sexist thing cause everybody thinks Sakura has a flat chest.

I don't dislike her. But I defiantly don't see a reason why there are people being such a fans of her saying that she is same level as Sasuke and Naruto.

She is defiantly one of the best medics/supports but as fighting defiantly not. I can only see Sakura as a support and nothing else.

Hinata otherwise still have the 'better' abilities for 1v1. For example good speed.

Sorry but you are wrong, Sakura is faster, read the third official databook (made by Kishi, of course) and compare Sakura's stats with Hinata's, the Hyuuga is only better than Sakura in taijutsu per half point.

If you are talking about the fake love confession, your misunderstood Sakura's intentions. She didn't wanted to hurt Naruto, but to protect him and try to release Naruto from the promise he made. She cared about him, that's why she did what she did. Sakura is no hypocrite.
