No.

Obito awakened intangibility with 2t, he has been shown to use it with 3t in manga.
He only uses MS for reversed kamui or to increase his warp speed i suppose.
He wouldnt go blind nearly as fast as sasuke or itachi that are much more dependadant on MS to survive while all obito needs is 3t.

So in essence obito would just have less stamina but i must say that both him and edo madara pulled same size katon thus w/o senju power his stamina would be comparable to ems madara.

All in all he would be just as deadly, would not go blind easily if at all he's rarely pushed to MS but would have less stamina and no healing powers.

Simple kurama's chakra is known for insanse regeneration, to cure poison, boost your chakra etc... it has very similliar properties to Hashirama's DNA. This is the best and most reseanable explanation
