How in the hell is this going to work? o.o
Anyway I will post my first technique.
So I only expect for this one a question if you have one. That's all.
Little error with the name of the technique, as you can notice.
(Katon: Pisuton no Jutsu) Steel Release: Piston Technique
Type: Offensive
Rank: A-rank
Range: Short

Description:
forming the hand seals Tiger → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse, the user coats their arm in metal and creates a piston-like attachment around it. When used as a taijutsu measure, the user can punch the opponent with the end of the piston and use their chakra to force their fist into the piston and hit the target with a second, harder impact. Also, if the user hits the ground with the piston, the second blow and can cause a mini-quake that can result in tremendous damage to the surrounding area. However, the piston is usually very heavy, so caution and precise timing must be used when utilizing the piston.
Notes:
- While the piston is active, the user is unable to perform any handseals.
- Can only be used twice per-match.
- Must wait three turns before you use it again.
- Can only be worn for two turns due to how heavy the piston is.
- Can only be taught by Nathan.
Okay so a neat one, you will perform the seals, then send your koton into whichever of your arms you want to, can only be one arm. Then coat your arm in the black steel, but manipulate it in such a way that the black steel around your arm is a piston of sorts around your arm. Using this with taijutsu is probably the best bet, but can be used free-form of course. So you can to punch lets say my clone, that will do damage in itself, but you can then straight after send chakra to the piston and perform another powerful punch, will send them flying.
Another good thing, if you hit your target and he is laying on the ground after the first blow, you can hit him straight into the ground, and will create a mini-quake. You obviously can't perform any hand seals while this is in use, nor can you wear it for no longer then two turns.
Anyway I will post my first technique.

How to use it in battle:
as said in the description it can be used with Taijutsu to improve punches and can be used to kill an opponent by Shanaroo-punching him into the ground
How to counter it:
as the opponent forms a piston like attachment around his hand and attempts to punch me with it, I gather my raiton chakra around my fist (if he uses his right hand I use my left and vice versa) generating a sphere of pure lightning around it and I punch the piston with it as he tries to do the same to me. Due to the elemental natures of the both elements, the lightning sphere electrifys the piston, destroys the piston, shocks the piston user and the lightning sphere explodes to kill the opponent

How to perform it:
I start gathering my Doton chakra in my right hand and my Katon chakra in my left hand while performing the Tiger → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse handseals and as I perform the Horse handseal I mix the 2 elemental chakras into Koton chakra and I gather the formed Koton chakra around my right hand. By using shape manipulation I shape the Koton chakra as a piston-like attachment that covers my right hand and acts as an extension of it. As I try to punch your clone with it I feel its heavy weight and as I punch him he was sent flying backwards and as I reached him I found him lying on the ground. I punch him again but after putting some chakra into the piston to strengthen it and it was super strong punch that it made a mini-quake around the corpse o your clone before it disappeared with a POOF noise

Description:
The user first performs the hand seals Tiger → Dog → Boar → Rat → Monkey → Dog → Dragon → Serpent → Rat, the user exudes a large aura of steel chakra, resembling a dragon. They then manipulate as much metallic objects as they can sense and gathers them around them. They then shape the metal around them until everything except their face and some distance around them is covered by metal. The user then utilizes their chakra to form the mass of steel into the shape of a bipedal dragon. This technique coats the user in a suit of metal, similar to armor, and reinforced by chakra. Taijutsu blows are far stronger than normal and the armor is durable to many attacks. If some of the metal is destroyed, the aura left in its place will refuse the metal. The dragon can also create and launch a storm of projectiles at the opponent. However, this jutsu is extremely risky to use. For one, it changes the user's posture into a dragon-like stance. Secondly, the chakra needed for this technique is incredible, especially the restoration process. Third, the armor is incredibly heavy, weighing almost 300 pounds. The chakra aura negates the weight, but only for so long, giving the technique's effectiveness a strict time limit otherwise the user may get crushed. Finally, the metal coating the user makes them very vulnerable to Fire Release techniques.
Notes:
- The storm of projectiles counts as 1 of the 3 moves.
- The chakra aura negates the weight for two turns.
- Can only rebuild itself once, per use.
- Can only be used once per battle.
- No steel related jutsu's for four turns after the use of this.
- The user will be completely drained, can only use B-rank and below techniques.
- Taijutsu up to S-rank are made renderless.
- A-rank fire jutsu will be able to give major damage to the user of this.
- Can only be taught by Nathan.
Now onto the bees knees of steel release: I want you to perform the series of hand seals, from there an aura of steel chakra will start to form around you, it'll be in the form of a bipedal dragon, then by using your own chakra and grabbing metallic objects around you, you will start to form the metal into the dragon, it will cover your whole body besides your face, up to mid-range of you will be the size of the dragon, this is like an armour an overly powerful armour. Tai techniques are about 2x stronger than normal, and the aura around you is used to rebuild the dragon if some parts broken, but that can only be used once; you are also able to fire a storm projectiles within this technique, but of course it counts as one of the three moves. The aura around you negates the weight of this for two turns, if you keep this for any longer than that, you will die from the weight of the dragon, and one more thing Fire will cause big damaged to this. (I don't know why I didn't put lighting but w/e)

I start gathering great amount of Doton chakra enough to perform S-Ranked doton jutsu in my right hand and about the same amount of katon chakra in my left hand and as I perform the Tiger → Dog → Boar → Rat → Monkey → Dog → Dragon → Serpent → Rat I mix the two chakra natures together into Kōton chakra and that amount exceeded the capacity of the chakra vessels inside my body so it leaked outside forming aura of black chakra around my body that was shaped as a bipedal dragon. while this aura is around my body I could sense each and every metallic object around me and I use my Kōton chakra to attract them towards my body to form an armor shaped as a bipedal dragon (resembled by the balck chakra aura) with 2 big wings and a long tail with a spiky end. the armor was 3 times the size of a normal human and it was incredibly heavy and while in this form I tried to kick a very big rock and it was easily destroyed like it was nothing and shortly after it you shot a lightning jutsu at me that destroyed a part of the armor and once it was destroyed I could sense that the chakra aura was still there so I focused my kōton chakra into the damaged part of the armor to regenerate the steel to repair it. I swing my right arm from my left shoulder towards my right while some of my kōton chakra to launch small steel projectiles towards you and korra to kill both of you ~_~
my questions about this jutsu before korra takes his turn in teaching me (unless you have other jutsu to teach me of course

1) can I use the wings of the armor to fly?
2) I can control the wings and the tail as if they were parts of my body right?

2. As answered above no wings, but tail you can control as if it was your own.
