As it says in the description, it's used as means to distract your foe or create an escape of last minute, even though it's a weak technique, use it wisely and to it's full potential, being able of distracting your opponent and then dealing a surprise attack with a deadly technique.

He slams his fist into the ground turning it up sending various sized chucks of rocks and some dust into the face of one of your clones. Pro's- Great distraction move before a quick escape or a finishing technique
Con's- Fairly simple technique, but still requires one hand seal which can give skilled opponents a chance to dodge

If your opponent is a taijutsu specialist, or has some kind of boost power for taijutsu (CM, Leg weights, etc..) use this to make your pnuches more effective, it sure will help you against them if you don't have the same strength than them, also usefull if you use Added or Super added weight release making this even more stronger.

* Zanda performs the Snake handeseal, then his right arm gets in cased in rock, he then runs up to one of your clones, bends and then uppercuts the clone making it disperse from increased strength.*

Pro's- Rock encasing protects you from any dangerous thing on the opponents body and it gives you added strength in your punch.
Con's- If the opponent has something dangerous on their body and you use it on them, it also brings you into close range.

*I focus earth chakra into my fist, then make it erupt around my fist including my fingers, focusing my chakra in order to maintain a good balance and control over the earth first and finally coat it in a thick fist of rock, i then rush at a clone and deal the heavy blow into it's chest.*

Con's- Both techniques are low in rank making it easy to counter with a lightning attack

Use to trap your opponent and then hit them with a fast technique before they can escape, that's the best use for it that i know of, or if you want to perform a combination, works aswell.

I then do two hand seal, Boar → Ox → and place my hand on the ground, which causes the ground surrounding the enemy to spiral inwards on itself, burying the clone alive and crushing it with added damage from the two earth walls.*

Pro's- Good technique to start a combo with, which will leave your opponent with limited options
Con's- The move can only be performed if opponent is at mid.range

Better to use it as a distraction, release chakra into the ground by an arm movement or use of a weapon and cause a awll of dust to rise up towards your foe, blinding them for a short period of time, but enough to give you advantage and deal a deadly blow if you want.

* After I gathered enough of my Earth Chakra, I then manipulate into the ground. I then wave my arm and a small sand storm is sent after your clone at mid.range. I then begin to run behind the storm, towards your clone, while charging my earth chakra in my hand. The storm hits your clone temporarily blinding him, giving me the chance to strike the blinded clone in the face with my arm concealed in stone.*

Con's- If used like me then it can easily be blown away by a wind attack >.>

To your earth needle question, yes, it may only be used in conjuction with the technique stated in it's description.

Done with C ranks, but before moving on, choose 3 C rank techniques, 1 Supplementary, 1 Offensive, and 1 Deffensive, and explain in what situation would you use them.

After that, perform a combination attack against 1 clone, using 3 C rank techniques, wich ever you want, aslong as the combination succeeds.

First I gather my earth chakra into my throut and I spit a glob of mud into your clone face, which blinds it. I then form the snake seal and create two earth walls to raise from the ground trapping your clone in between. Tovfinish off the clone I release my chakra into the ground and create earth spike which go through my earth walls impaling your clone multiple time, which disperses.

Perfect, but for future reference, this clones can actually resist up to their rank without dispersing/breaking, meaning they witstand b rank and lower techniques, aslong as they aren't deadly of course. ^^

During war times this is good to use, proctect your allies and yourself, it's also good to conceal ones presence in a forrest or anything of sorts..Gather earth chakra and place your hand(s) on the ground, and create an immediate dome of earth to surround yourself, make sure to leave an opening to be able to observe outside.
