( Doton: Gizagiza no Iwajin ) - Earth Release: Jagged Rock Formation

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and stomps the ground. By doing so, he causes small fractures to rip through the ground, which will then force fragments of earth and rock to rise up from the ground like protruding rock formations to then deal blunt force damage to the opponent and can raise them up into the air.

The user will stomp on the ground and make the ground shake and tear through small fractures through the ground which will then force the ground fragments rise all over the area where the tore went through. The fragments will appear also around the opponent rising to hit them into the air with some serious force. They will be dealt damage as well as be vulnerable in the air. Simple and very fast jutsu after you stomp on the ground you can move on to your next attack.

Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar → Ox → placing hand on the ground, the user causes the ground surrounding the enemy to spiral inwards on itself, burying them alive or crushing them in a mayhem of jagged rocks. This technique is capable of causing quite a bit of damage to a large area. This technique is much more damaging if used in rocky mountainous areas, or inside a cave.

Okay after doing two hand seal and placing their hands on the ground the user will have the ground spiral in on itself, attempting to capture and crush the opponent. It can easily bury the opponent alive and the movement of the jutsu us actually quite fast. Its a great ground attack and great to use against a faster opponent on ground and since it spreads a long range its tough to evade. The user must keep their hands on the ground the duration the ground caves in. Its good to use with a partner or a clone.

Perform the technique:
With my raw chakra gathered I begin to take focus upon the chakra. I begin to think of the ground beneath my feet and hands, I condense the chakra and finally mold the nature of the chakra into earth which I flow into the ground using it to create a crack in the ground ,from this crack, I manipulate chunks of earth to protude outta the ground and knock the opponent up damaging him
Creative uses/strengths:
-This techniques can be used anywhere mid range around the user making its usage more unpredictable as the user can use it anywhere
-This jutsu is efficient for sending opponents out of range especially taijutsu users ,their mission is to get close, If they get close, it'll be at my disadvantage
-It also provides alot of combos as the opponent is left open midair, the user can continue their move by preparing earth spikes or flame pillars at the landing position of the opponent
Drawbacks/counters:
-The opponent will obviously notice when it is being performed due to the vibration and sound
-This jutsu can only be used in an environment with earthern source as a chunk of earth is needed to perform it
-A good counter would be to use a jutsu that attacks the opponent and pushes user outta range of the pillars at the same time, jutsus like Hurricane Fist


Perform the technique:
While performing the Boar → Ox and finally placing my hand on the ground with my raw chakra gathered I begin to take focus upon the chakra. I begin to think of the ground beneath my feet and hands, I condense the chakra and finally mold the nature of the chakra into earth which I flow into the ground using it to cause manipulate the ground to start to spiral inwards burying anything on it
Creative uses/strengths:
-This jutsu can be created anywhere on the battlefield due to its range being up to long
-It can be used to take out multiple opponents(if they are close to each other) as this jutsu is a large scale jutsu
-A suitable combo will be a jutsu to keep the opponent in place(jutsus like Genjutsu: Constricting Snakes) or jutsus to force to force the opponent down (jutsus like Earth: Rock Hammer)
Drawbacks/counters:
-I believe this jutsu cannot be used on an opponent close to the user as its a large scale jutsu which will affect the user too
-The user needs to touch the ground to use this jutsu, a skilled ninja might not allow this happen by using jutsus like Earth Spikes to pierce the opponent's hand before finishing it
- A good counter would be to use a jutsu that attacks the opponent and pushes user outta range of the attack at the same time, jutsus like Hurricane Fist

( Doton: Dosekidake no Jutsu ) - Earth Release: Earth and Stone Bamboo Shoot Technique

Description: The user of this technique condenses the soil and rock in the area to sprout out in the form of four large spikes which attack the target from four separate directions to make it harder to evade. However, it can be easilty avoided by escaping upwards.

The user will condense the soil and rock around the area in 4 directions around the opponent and summon 4 spears out of the ground which travel towards the center to come together all 4, now of course the opponent is meant to be in the middle and the spears act to try and pierce the opponent from all over the body. They appear in four directions around the opponent making it hard to evade, but you can still evade above or below. The spears act to try and cage the opponent in. After the spears come together you can begin to the next jutsu, if you want to execute it properly.


(Doton: Iwa Bunshin) - Earth Release: Rock Clone Technique

Description: The user creates their clone out of stone that he spits from his mouth. Unlike other types of clones the rock clones don’t disappear after being defeated but rather crumble like rubble. These clones can also be used to create a clone of other people than themselves but do not take on the abilities of the copied person. They can use up to C-Rank Earth techniques and are very resistant to physical damage such as that from Taijutsu which they can endure up to B-Rank.

Okay the opponent will make an exact copy of themselves or another person who they have seen, made of rocks and earth chakra. It will look just like you though it will not have any abilities of yours or that opponent. Its very nice to use for deception and can be made fast. The most this clones/copies can do is move around but not fast. Note the clone is made short range of the user but can move around any range. When the clone is destroyed it will turn to rubble of regular rocks that can be used for jutsus in the future. Also the most it can use is up to C-Rank earth and can endure B-Rank taijutsu damage which can be used to distract the opponent in close range battle while you send attacks to finish the opponent off.

I begin to think of the ground beneath my feet and hands, I condense the chakra and finally mold the nature of the chakra into earth which I flow into the ground using it to erect four slant pillars around the opponent with the opponent as center, the pillars are bent in such a way they will meet at the center i.e the opponent
Creative uses/strengths:
-This jutsu is a very good omnidirectional attack to force opponent airborne or underground, it stops opponent from moving
-Requires no handseal, thus making it fast to carry out ,the user can activate this jutsu without opponent getting a clue.
-An effective combo will be to use a jutsu to hold opponent in place e.g Illusion constricting Snakes or 2 simultaneous attacks to stop opponent from going upward or downward e.g Katon: Flame Pillar + Katon: Fireball shower
Drawbacks/counters:
- Due to the jutsu being split into four, each Spear will be weaker about D-rank according to Khalil's thread, an opponent might destroy a single pillar and escape through the path of the destroyed pillar
-Due to the jutsu being actually 4spears, it would be impossible not to feel the vibration or ear the sound
-A good counter would be a jutsu that cancels the pillars themselves by erecting underneath it e.g Katon Flame Pillars

-The clone after being defeated crumbles to rock which can be used to perform another earth technique
-The rock clone besides not taking half of one's chakra can sustain higher rank taijutsu
-A good combo would be to draw the opponent's attention from the clone to leave the opponent open to the clones attack
Drawbacks/counters:
-This clone is weak to lightning based jutsus as it is made of earth
-This clone does not have jutsus to perform than C rank earth and below which is completely useless in serious battles
-A good counter would be to even the match creating a clone but not just any clone, lightning, Shadow clones can be created but Water clones shoukd not be created as they will be naturally weak to earth clones

Description: The user surrounds themselves with earth, taken from the immediate vicinity, in order to fabricate a formation of rock that is capable of protecting both the user and others in close proximity, if desired. Doing so, seemingly leaves the surrounding terrain unaltered, even when the quantity of earth used is enough to form a complete dome around multiple individuals as seen when Ittan used this technique. The user can also manipulate the resulting shelter to have openings in it so as to be able to observe outside, as demonstrated when used by Kitsuchi.

This is a strict defensive based technique. The user will manipulate the ground around them to create a dome of their size to intercept attacks, great thing about it is you can protect other people who are in close range of you, so its a nice technique to use for tag team battles to help your ally or anything close to that like summons or clones. Its a basic technique and simple to perform. You can also manipulate it to create small holes to take looks of the outside to be prepared and know whats going on.


(Doton: Iwa Enchou no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Earth Dome Technique

Description:The user slams his hands on the ground and creates a 1/4 dome of earth, which protects them from frontal external attacks. The domes shape is in a similar fashion to wood release: wood locking walls.

The user will manipulate the ground close to you to rise a arced shape dome of earth protecting you frontal area. Its half face dome basically, its not very large in height but is very much in width. It can withstand basic attacks and is created short range of the user. You as well as the opponent will not be able to see through the dome.

Creative uses/strengths:
-It can protect user and comrades which makes it helpful in tag team or war
-It blocks opponent's view of me, but I can still see the opponent
-A good combo would be a sneak attack as the opponent wont know if am still in the dome e.g Earth Hiding Like Mole
Drawbacks/counters:
-Can only be used on earthern plain as an earth source is needed
-This jutsu cant protect the user from jutsus from underground
-A good counter will be a jutsu that attacks opponent from underground e.g Katon: Flame Pillar

-A good combo would be a sneak attack as the opponent wont know if am still behind the dome e.g Earth Hiding Like Mole.
Drawbacks/counters:
-Can only block jutsus from one direction, the user is open to attacks from three directions and from underneath
-A good counter will be a jutsu that attacks opponent from underground e.g Katon: Flame Pillar

Description: This jutsu is basically a widespread version of the Mudshot Technique; allowing the user to fire at multiple targets.

This jutsu is very similar to its weaker C-Rank counter part. It has the same similar traits, it can force an opponent back, when hit on the face their vision is hurt due to mud all over the place and they can choke. You can also aim on the ground to have a opponent trip over. Its also a projectile technique so you can quickly send another tech without hesitation. This time you can send more then one, though note the more you send the weaker each get.

Description: After performing the required hand seal sequence Rat → Snake → Tiger the user creates and rides a wave of earth that can branch of to attack from a distance. The user can also use the technique to manipulate the terrain and trap the target by wrapping earth round their legs preventing them from moving

After performing the required hand seals the user will manipulate the ground to be almost like water, they can manipulate it in many ways. They can ride it like a wave of water and send it to an opponent for a attack. They can even have it wrap around the opponents less trapping them. The user must concentrate on the waves the whole duration of the attack. Its great for attacks as well as set ups. It has a strong bind and push attack. Great flexibility as well with the jutsu as well.

-It can take out multiple opponents and can serve a great function of choking or sticking opponent to the ground
-A good combo would be to stick the opponent to the ground and then continuing by smashing opponent by another jutsu e.g Doton: Bedrock Coffin
Drawbacks/counters:
-This jutsu is a simple projectile therefore it can be easily evaded by changing positions
-Another disadvantage is that, the more fractions of mud you spit, the less the power/damage
-A suitable counter will be a large scale jutsu to destroy tje mud shots and continue towards the opponent

I begin to think of the ground beneath my feet, I condense the chakra and finally mold the nature of the chakra into earth which I flow into the ground using it to manipulate the ground beneath my feet into a sort of flexible wave of water and send it at opponent which binds the opponent's feet
Creative uses/strengths:
-It can be used to evade small range jutsus by just going out of the range of the attack
-It can serve a great function of sticking opponent to the ground
-A good combo would be to stick the opponent to the ground and then continuing by smashing opponent by another jutsu e.g Doton: Bedrock Coffin
Drawbacks/counters:
-Requires three handseals thereby giving opponent clue of an incoming attack
-Can only be used where there is an earth source, so fighting in a place like a rockless desert will be a disadvantage
-My counter will be to create a jutsu that breaks the battleground in two between me and opponent, if he rides towards me he'll fall in a hole, jutsus like Doton: Earth Flow Divine

Description: The user after after using earth release: earth flow wave, will perform the snake hand seal and then will create a large needle out of it to impale the opponent.
Note: Must use Earth Release: Earth Flow Wave before hand

A rather basic technique. After you perform the earth flow wave under the opponent, the user will do one hand seal and have a large rock of needle out of the river to impale the opponent from under, its hard to notice the spike about to come because of the mud under you, its best to stop this to happen all together right when the river appears first. Overall its a basic technique which can only work up to short.


(Doton: Doro Ookami) - Earth Release: Mud Wolves

Chakra cost: 20 (+10 per reformed wolf)
Damage points: 10 damage per wolf attack
Description: A trap technique in which the user will place somewhere and is activated upon contact with the opponent's chakra. The user uses a scroll to lay the trap in which releases mud that forms into the shape of wolves that will attack the enemy target/s. Despite being damaged the wolves can reform which can keep the enemy occupied to allow the enemy make a getaway. (Can only create a maximum of 3 mud wolves)
Note: Takes one turn to set the trap up and wolves only last two turns

The user will place a scroll somewhere around the terrain with your chakra infused, after one turn the scroll will be released and summon wolves made of mud. The more scrolls you set the more wolves that come out, 3 is the maximum. When the wolves are released they will charge at the opponent with great speed, this wolves moves by your will, you tell them what to do, but during the duration you do you can't use another technique because you must remain focused on the wolfs. Lastly a great ability is any attack they take which is taijutsu,kenjutsu, or any low ranked attack the wolfs can reform. This is a great jutsu to set up attacks and combos to a great extent. The more wolfs you make the more chakra it will cost.

I perform the Rat → Snake → Tiger handseal with my raw chakra gathered I begin to take focus upon the chakra. I begin to think of the ground beneath my feet, I condense the chakra and finally mold the nature of the chakra into earth which I flow into the ground using it to manipulate the ground beneath my feet into a sort of flexible wave of water which i ride towards the opponent, using some of the doton in the wave to gather some of the earth manipulating it into a giant solid needle of earth which I send at opponent
Creative uses/strengths:
-Requires only one handseal making it easy to quickly perform
-It will be hard for the opponent to notice the needle, since its forming right from the earth wave
-A good combo would be to take away the opponent's ability to see/ability to see the spear
Drawbacks/counters:
-A disadvantage to this jutsu is that it can only be used in short range which might be hard as coming in short range with some bios e.g Samurai, Hyuuga is dangerous
-This jutsu can only be used after the earth flow wave which causes the user to use two jutsus just to launch an attack
-A counter would be to use a jutsu that breaks the battleground in two between me and opponent, if he rides towards me he'll fall in a hole, jutsus like Doton: Earth Flow Divine , he wont be able to get into short range with me

I begin to think of the ground beneath my feet, I condense the chakra and finally mold the nature of the chakra into earth which I flow into a scroll, on having a contact with the scroll ,the opponent's chakra will cause already instructed mud wolves to be created from the scroll and attack the opponent
Creative uses/strengths:
-Requires no handseals to perform and will be useful in the NW to slow people down
-Three wolves can be created which gives the wolves the upperhand
-A good combo to this technique is to use a jutsu to take away opponents vision and make them mistakenly step on the scroll e.g Suiton Hidden Mist or Doton: Dust Wall
Drawbacks/counters:
-A disadvantage is the time needed to complete the jutsu, an opponent might destroy the scroll before user finishes process
-Another disadvantage is that, the more the wolves, the less their power and the wolves basically have no technique and can be avoided by waiting them out(2 rounds)
-A suitable counter would be a large scale jutsu that can take out the wolves and take out the earth used to form them and making reforming impossible e.g Katon: Flame pillars, a pillar to each wolf

(Doton no Yoroi) - Earth Release Armor

Description: This Technique coats the users body with stones, making them much more resistant to attacks, at the cost of their speed. Whilst using this technique, the user can even change their appearance, but once the technique is either defeated or worn off the users original appearance is shown. The user whilst in this armor is resistant to A rank normal ninjutsu but is vulnerable to Lightning Techniques.

A armor made of rocks and stones gathered from your chakra. This armor can take some serious damage for the user so its a great defense based technique. Its resistant to mostly all A-Rank ninjutsu but vulnerable to Lightning. Now with the armor on you can change your appearance to fool an opponent but it only lasts until it breaks or wears off. Lastly the rocks give you a increase of mass so you will have extra force behind kicks and punches but lowers your speed. The armor constantly saps chakra from you for every turn you leave it active.


(Doton: Domu) – Earth Release: Earth Spear Technique

Damage points: N/A (+10 to physical attacks)
Description: After performing the Snake hand seal the user will channel their chakra throughout their entire body, which then hardens their skin to a steel-like quality. This increases their defensive power to the utmost limits. The user’s skin also becomes much darker, an almost black colour. The destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great, all purpose technique. But this technique when activated leaves the user vulnerable to lightning based techniques.
Note: Kakuzu bios can use this technique without the need for handseals

Another great armor. The user will do the snake hand seal and channel doton chakra throughout the entire body turning the skin into steel-like substance. The users skin becomes darker as well. With the armor you can withstand B-Rank attacks but is vulnerable to lightning. With the armor the user gain ferocious strength. Its great to not only block but attack as well, note you will have your speed lowered slightly. Also you can still use jutsus with the armor.

Creative uses/strengths:
-Increases user's damage dealt by taijutsu by 10 and invulnerability to almost all A rank Ninjutsu
-It requires no handseals making it easy to perform without opponent knowing especially for an Aburame like me
-A good combo will be to follow this jutsu by a taijutsu move or maybe freeform since I have no training in taijutsu
Drawbacks/counters:
-It reduces user's speed and leaves them open to lightning jutsu
-It takes large amount of chakra to hold up
-A good counter will be to use Earth's natural weakness against the opponent, a wide range high ranked lightning jutsu will work


Perform the technique:
While performing the snake handseal with my raw chakra gathered I begin to take focus upon the chakra. I begin to think of the ground beneath my feet, I condense the chakra and finally mold the nature of the chakra into earth which I flow into my skin solidifying it
Creative uses/strengths:
-Increases user's damage dealt by taijutsu by 10 and acts as a sort of ultimate jutsu
-It requires only one handseal not much chakra to use
-A good combo will be to follow this jutsu by a taijutsu move or maybe freeform since I have no training in taijutsu
Drawbacks/counters:
-It reduces user's speed and leaves them open to lightning jutsu
-It takes an handseal to perform easily letting opponent suspect a jutsu coming
-A good counter will be to use Earth's natural weakness against the opponent, a wide range high ranked lightning jutsu will work

Description: The user slams their hands on the ground and giant rocks rise up and jag the opponent from underneath.

Very quick jutsu to use, the user slams their hands on the ground and rise under the opponent a giant rock section which will hit the opponents feet with force hurting them badly then launch the opponent in the air. From their you can attack a opponent where they are vulnerable in the air. Before the rock rise, you can feel the density of the earth slightly begin to harden. Easy technique right after you send the chakra to the ground to rise the rock you can go onto the next technique.


(Doton: Nentsuchi Otoshi) – Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop

Description: The user does 2 handseals (Ram → Snake) and creates an opening within the sky, which drips down onto the opponent a large amount of sticky mud (in all similar to that of Swamp of the Underworld Technique), covering them. The mud is very heavy and thick as well as adhesive, making it impossible to move if caught and easily crushing an enemy underneath. It’s normally followed up by Lightning release: sixteen pillar bind to create a giant oven around the opponent and then using Fire release: Firing biscuit technique to ignite the oven, hardening the mud and immobilizing the enemy target.

The user will open up a portal from the sky and allow a very sticky mud drop down onto the opponent. It is very large and has a large quantity. When the opponent is covered it will be virtually impossible to move since the mud is sticky and restricts movement to a large extent. Its great to use with combos and can be used to distract a opponent allowing it to drip if its sunny outside, a shade will go over the opponent. You can use it as a distraction if the opponent notices to attack them. Also as said in the description you can use it in conjunction with the lightning and fire jutsu mentioned above.

Perform the technique:
With my raw chakra gathered I begin to take focus upon the chakra. I begin to think of the ground beneath my feet, I condense the chakra and finally mold the nature of the chakra into earth chakra which I flow into the ground by slamming my palms on the ground using this chakra, I cause earth to jag up from the ground beneath the opponent damaging their feet and launching them midair vulnerable
Creative uses/strengths:
-Leaves opponent vulnerable in midair
-It damages opponent's feet making movement hard for them
-A good combo will be to prepare an attack for opponent to land on
Drawbacks/counters:
-A skilled opponent can prevent user from slamming his hands on the ground besides it can only be used on earthern surfaces
-Opponents get a clue of jutsu due to sound and vibration
-A good counter will be an omnidirectional defence e.g Chidori Nagashi

-It is hard to evade by jutsus like hurricane fist
-It can crush an opponent and still stick them to the ground plus weighing them down
-A combo will be by to use this jutsu, then Lightning release: sixteen pillar bind to create a giant oven around the opponent and then using Fire release: Firing biscuit technique
Drawbacks/counters:
-It takes few handseals to perform easily letting opponent suspect a jutsu coming
-A good counter will be to use Earth's natural weakness against the opponent, a wide range high ranked lightning jutsu will work
-It is easily detected by its equally large shadow

Description: After doing the Snake handseal and slamming his hands on the ground, he user creates a portal above the target, high in the sky from which a giant, boar-shaped, earthen lid drops and falls on the target, trapping it underneath. The lid can be hollow or solid, depending on if the user wants to deal damage to the enemy or not. Because of its size, to safely used, the lid has to be created at least mid range from the user otherwise he will also be caught inside. The biggest lid can dwarf a boss summon like Nagato's Dog or Gamabunta.

Another attack from above, very quick to summon and quite large. Can cover a whole 5 meters radius. You can use it as a distraction if the opponent notices to attack them. You can make a combo to attack in all areas and sides of the opponent. It acts to trap the opponent, if trapped you can send a powerful underground or straight to the lid to destroy the lid as well as the opponent. Their are two ways you can summon the lids. One way is you make the lid hollow which won't crush the opponent but actually capture or trap an opponent, the other form is an exact opposite which you can make solid which will crush the opponent from above. Also never use this technique short range of yourself since you will get caught yourself.


(Doton Kage Bunshin) – Earth Release Shadow Clone

Description: This technique creates a clone made of mud. Since its made of mud, it can continue to reform and mold itself back to its original shape even after taking physical damage (up to C-Rank). An unique use is that after reverting to mud, it can hold the opponent in place as a binding technique. They can also use up to C rank earth techniques.

A clone made of mud of the user. This clones can move around and use basic body and sword attacks as well as only C-Rank doton. Since the clone is made of mud it can withstand attacks and reform, it depends on the attack sent of course. If its really powerful it might not reform back. This is great to always have a extra man on the field, you can use diversion, distractions, do combos you normally can't do. Also it can take hits for you, the clone acts on the will of the user.

I begin to think of the ground beneath my feet and hands, I condense the chakra and finally mold the nature of the chakra into earth which I flow into my mouth using it to form mud in my mouth which I spit to the ground sucessfully creating a stone clone of thyself
Creative uses/strengths:
-The clone after being defeated turns to mud which can be used to perform another earth technique besides the fact that it reforms after taking damage
-The stone clone does not take half of one's chakra unlike the shadow clone
-A good combo would be to draw the opponent's attention from the clone to leave the opponent open to the clones attack
Drawbacks/counters:
-This clone is weak to lightning based jutsus as it is made of earth
-This clone does not have jutsus to perform than C rank earth and below which is completely useless in serious battles
-A good counter would be to even the match creating a clone but not just any clone, lightning, Shadow clones can be created but Water clones should not be created as they will be naturally weak to earth clones

Description: The user performs the Ram → Horse → Tiger → Rabbit → Snake and slams their palm on the ground. Instantly, the ground to the sides of the opponent take the shape of huge jaws and attempt to crush and stab him between them. The size of the jaws can be adjusted to fit the size of the opponent or other uses.

One of my favorite techniques in earth. After performing the 5 hand seals and slamming your hands on the ground, the earth will begin to shake due to two very large sections of rock jaws that rise on each flank of the opponent, they rise quickly and will try to crush the opponent. Its a great jutsu to attack both flanks at once, and make it hard on the opponent, the shake of the ground might force the opponent to lose balance but not fall over. Right when you slam your hands you can move onto the next jutsu, so this jutsu has great combo abilities and is very powerful if used good enough.

Description: The user will first perform the snake hand seal and then cause the earth in the surrounding area to rise up and over a target and create a cavern, imprisoning the target. The user can leave an opening to allow attacks to go in to strike down the trapped adversaries, or close it up completely to prevent escape.

A trapping jutsu, the user will perform one hand seal and summon a cavern to trap the opponent in. If you want you can leave a small opening to allow attacks but that means the opponent can also attack, or you can leave it completely close to trap the opponent and suffocate due to lack of oxygen if they stay in long enough. Though even though they are trapped you can still use a very powerful technique yourself to both trap leaving no open spaces and attack. Its fast to perform and raises quickly off the ground.

I begin to think of the ground beneath my feet, I condense the chakra and finally mold the nature of the chakra into earth which I flow into the ground by slamming my hand on the ground causing two earthern jaws to erect and tear opponent
Creative uses/strengths:
-Can take out multiple opponent if they are close to each other as the size of the jaws can be adjusted to that of nins
-When the jaws erect, the vibration may cause opponent to loose balance
-A good combo will be to use a jutsu that that restrains opponent or prevent them from escaping by moving forward or backwards(since the jaws are on both sides)
Drawbacks/counters:
-Too many handseals, opponent is given plenty time to react
-The vibrations and shaking of the earth will alert the opponent
-A good counter would a jutsu that propels me out of the range of this jutsu

Creative uses/strengths:
-Can be used to trap multiple opponents if they are close
-An opening can be left on the cavern for further attacks to go in and take out opponent, besides it is formed fast
-A good combo will be to prevent opponent from trying to move and kill them inside the cavern e.g Katon: Flame Crater
Drawbacks/counters:
-It can only be done when there is an earth source sadly
-Due to the handseal being performed, opponent gets a clue of an approaching jutsu
-A good counter will be to simply go underground without opponent suspecting(this if there is no opening) and emerge behind them and launch a surprise attack

(Doton: Arijigoku no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Antlion Technique

Description: The user performs the Ram hand seal and causes causes the ground and everything on and around it to be sucked in towards the middle of a large pit, much like the method an antlion uses to catch prey. Upon being dragged to the centre, the victim will then be sucked underground. There the victim, depending on how deep the user makes them sink, will be trapped and/or suffocated. The range of the pit is determined by how much chakra is put into the technique.

Another favorite, the user will do one hand seal and create a pit close to the opponents area. The pit begins to cave in on itself. Rapidly spinning around with great speed and sucking everything in, in the area. This is a great jutsu to for an opponent to lose balance, it moves so fast he will be unable to move in the area. I also consider this technique a "Last Resort". What I mean by that is if their is ever a time you are blinded or unable to see the opponent, by using this jutsu, since it covers a long and wide range it will most likely catch the opponent in. So use it wisely. Two major notes you must keep focus on the Antlion as well as make sure you make the pit mid/long range of yourself since you will be sucked in as well if you don't.


(Doton: Doryū Jōheki) - Earth Release: Earth Flow Rampart

Description: By performing the Tiger hand seal the user then makes a gigantic rampart rise up beneath the user's feet, by shaping the ground and increasing the amount of earth with chakra. Depending on what the user imagines, the shape of the rampart can be anything from level ground to a steep, needle-like mountain. If the user increases the volume of earth too much, he can be forced to keep his chakra consumption down. The user can combine this jutsu with Water Style: Waterfall Basin Technique to create a waterfall.

A very basic jutsu which can be used to manipulate the terrain to your will. The user after doing one hand seal will send earth chakra beneathe their feet to rise a very large rampart, it is pretty much like a large mountain which you can manipulate however you want. Its great to use to evade attacks and you can hide around the rampart and plan a snick attack. You will need to focus your chakra to make it rise so you can be left open.

Creative uses/strengths:
-Can be used to get an advantage as my ground level is higher than theres
-Can be used to block opponent's view of me
-A good combo will be to use this jutsu after a genjutsu which changes the battlefield to me standing on a rampart while in real life, I will now be standing on it
Drawbacks/Counter
-Leaves user open to attacks as they concentrate on it
-Can only be used on earthern surfaces
-A counter would be erect flame pillars into the rampart destroying it
