"Alright, fantastic! Let's move on. Now before I can teach you the final D-Rank technique I need to teach you it's parent jutsu. This is the famous Hiding like a Mole technique that has cost the lives of so many people. We're gonna really look into it and see what you think and teach you as much as I can about the technique. By channeling earth chakra into the earth beneath your feet you change that earth into a fine sand allowing you to easily dig through it. Now you reach a depth in the earth that a normal opponent can simply not reach you and also once you have finished digging the ground you originally dug through will have returned to its normal appearance leaving no trace, should the opponent not have seen it, of your actions. Now, let's talk about this technique. Analyze it for me as deeply as you can. Tell me everything from what it does to what you think about it. Tell me about the dangers of using this technique as well. Be specific and detailed in your answer. We'll go from there."

Description: The user changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth. While inside the earth, the user cannot make handseals and can only use Earth techniques below C-Rank. If he tries to do a higher ranked technique, he'll disrupt the Hiding like a mole technique and be left crushed.

This jutsu allows me to dissolve into the ground, and if not seen by the enemy, I could easily "disappear" without any indication. I think that this jutsu is very useful for sneak attacks or to get out of a trap by sneaking under the ground and barrier and coming back up from the other side. But if i so happen to use a jutsu pther than a c rank or below earth technique, the jutsu will be canceled and i wuld be smashed by the hard rocks above me since my chakra was making the earth into soft sand.

I believe that the byakugan can detect me by my chakra underground but the sharingan wouldn't he able to pinpoint my exact location since my chakra is speed throughout the underground and Sharingan can only see the color of chakra b
"The Byakugan will be able to see you quite clearly as it can see through solid objects. So Byakugan users will be able to plainly see you. Now, Sharingan and Rinnegan. Both act the same and are able to detect chakra. So what does this mean? Well basically both dojutsu have a dual vision in a sense in that they have regular eye sight and a chakra 'infrared' eye sight. You'll learn more about that if you ever train in the Sharingan. Anyways, basically they can detect you. You aren't far enough in the earth to pick up on your location. They will see your chakra. And because of that will know where you are and be able to easily kill you with say...Swamp of the Underworld. So, there are a lot of dangers to Hiding Like a Mole as you can see. It isn't even limited to these. So I recommend being very careful when you use this technique against a versed opponent. Anyways, any questions?"

Hence the restriction that you must have used hiding like a mole for this technique to be used. It's fairly straight forward. I simply want you to perform Hiding like a Mole now and then pull me down below!"

As I nodded to my teacher, I would release my chakra into the ground under my feet to make the hard soil into fine sand. I began to sink in under the ground and travel through it , covering up my tracks by returning the old soil back to its original state. When I got under your position ,I would simultaneously soften the ground below your feet and raise both of my arms to grab your ankles and drag you in so that only your neck and head would be visible above ground. I then would emerge from the ground in front of you and smirk.
"Nice work!" I shout as I am pulled below into a vulnerable state with merely my head above ground. Using my own earth chakra I pull myself up freeing myself from the deadly position. "Excellent work so far. Remember, that is a tough jutsu to set up since you put yourself in an extremely vulnerable position to use its parent technique. So always be extra careful and calculated when taking that risk. Alright. Lets move forward. Remember you can ask questions at any time about anything regarding the technique or honestly anything in general that you may have concerns over. Now lets begin the C-Ranks. Our first C-Rank technique allows you to take control and manipulate multiple sections of rock through the usage of the Rat hand seal. Take careful not of the range on the technique. Notice how this cannot be used short-range of the user (the picture if a little misleading in that which is strange). Essentially these slabs of earth, or sections, will be used to crush the opponent. I want you to simply try it out on that tree mid-range from us. Be descriptive!"

A tree would stand tall about 10 meters in from of me. I would glance at it after I quickly make a Rat handseal and channeled my chakra thought the ground .With this chakra , I would cause it to emerge from the ground in the shape of 4 giant sections of rock which surrounded the tree. From all 4 sides , starting with the left and right which simultaneously collided into each other , crushing the tree into just fragments of bark and the trees trunk accompanied by a book of leaves imbedded into the rock along with the rest of the tree . within just seconds the other two slabs, The front and back , sealed the prison making it harder to escape from.
"You went a little outside of the technique description there. You created in essence four slabs while this technique only allows for the creation and manipulation of two. Remember when you're using a technique that allows for different numbers of projectiles or constructs it is okay to pick a number as long as it is within limit of it. Does that make sense?"
"Alright, great. Since the error was a simple one we can move forward. The next technique is fairly simple but extremely effective and useful. Through usage of your earth chakra you'll cause earthen spikes to emerge from any earthen surface up to mid-range from you to skewer your target. Try it out and be detailed in the size of the earthen spikes created. As I said, this technique is quite useful in that you don't even need to move or perform hand seals. All you simply have to do is be in contact with the earth."

Satoshi nodded as he began concentrating and releasing his doton chakra from his feet into the ground. His chakra would leak about 5 yards in front of him before rising up into the air in the form of 4 spikes made of earth which were about 7 feet tall/long. The spikes would come from all 4 corners and over lap each other so that they won't damage the other rocks.
"Good work. Always be sure to take note of the target's density. If it is greater than the spears they will not pass through obstacles. The next technique is extremely useful. As with most earth techniques this one requires you to be in contact with the ground. Using your doton chakra you will cause a tremor that will result in an opponent losing their footing. This is highly useful for a number of reasons. Perform it and tell me what you think about it. Be detailed."

After his senseis brief explanation, Satoshi would channel his doton into the ground below him and focus it all around him , causing the ground up to mid range to grind and crumble against each other and vibrate the surface . The vibration wasn't significantly overwhelming but it was enough to through his sensei off balance.
"This jutsu lacks in destructive power, but it is useful in other ways. I would proaby use this to give me and advantage in a fight so that I could set up a combo as while my opponent is trying to regain their footing. "
