A good jutsu for this would be great fireball or majestic fire, as its hard to avoid and would melt the rocks as well forming lava.

After you answer that I want you to inject your doton chakra into the ground around you, infusing it with the dust, sand and other fine particles around you. My clone is going to run at you, use your chakra infused with the dirt and stuff to harmlessly push him away as you wave you hand.

As I gather doton chakra around me, I mix it with sand and dirt, forming a fine mixture as I raise it around me as your clone comes. As he punches it, the barrier erects absorbing the impact, and then rebounds pushing him away.

This jutsu is purely a defensive one, having the ability to knock away ninja tools and weaker projectile jutsu. It will also push back you opponent is he is running at you, like you juts demonstrated.
Though you have to wave you hand for the dust/dirt to react properly O__O

Try it again and wave your hand this time so we know you've manipulated the dirt ^_^ (I realise my wording is somewhat confusing as I'm having this problem with quite a number of students .__. I'll learn to phrase my sentences properly one day xd)

Much better this time, the puppet analogy is perfect for how this jutsu works. The only downside to this is that you need to be able to react to an attack to use this jutsu successfully.

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra releasing it into the ground and with a wave of their arm or through the application of a weapon can cause a small wall of dust particles and sand to rise up from the ground and thrusting forwards. This technique can be used to push back enemy targets or defend against thrown projectiles.

Since you've already finished Ninjutsu, this should be an slightly easier task for you. I want you to inject your earth chakra into the ground next to you and manipulate the rocks in the earth, to create a perfect replica of yourself made with your doton chakra and rock. Give it enough chakra to be able to move on its own and use some earth jutsu.

Would would happen if someone punched one of these clones?

Usually earth shatters. An earth clone would crumbles into rocks.

How would your fist feel if you punched a solid rock? It would hurt right? That's the effect if someone used a low ranked Taijutsu or free form attack, they would hurt themselves before anything happened to the clone.

You are correct about the crumbling thing though. This type of clone doesn't disperse, rather it crumbles away.

Description: The user creates their clone out of stone. Unlike other types of clones the rock clones don’t disappear after being defeated but rather crumble like rubble. These clones can also be used to create a clone of other people than themselves but do not take on the abilities of the copied person.

Now gather your doton chakra and inject it into the ground around yourself, then use it to push up the earth around you to create a near perfect dome thus creating a nice shelter for yourself and anyone you wish to protect inside it.

What would be a downside to this jutsu? How can you use this downside to your advantage?

As I gather up doton chakra, I send it into the ground around me. I form up earth, that rises in a conical shape, that creates a dome infront of me, over my head, covering me.

The downside is that you lose sight of your opponent. The advantage is that you can use this to escape or create a surprise attack.

Very good, you can also make it so that one of the sides are left open, giving you an simple escape route or to see out of.

Description: The user surrounds themselves with earth, taken from the immediate vicinity, in order to fabricate a formation of rock that is capable of protecting both the user and others in close proximity, if desired. Doing so, seemingly leaves the surrounding terrain unaltered, even when the quantity of earth used is enough to form a complete dome around multiple individuals as seen when Ittan used this technique. The user can also manipulate the resulting shelter to have openings in it so as to be able to observe outside, as demonstrated when used by Kitsuchi.

Now similar to before, you will create a shelter over you. This shelter will require you to use your earth chakra to push up pillars of rock from the ground around you and interlocking them as they create a protective dome over you.

If you remember Yamato's Wood Dome jutsu, it looks similar to that.

Description:The user creates a dome of earth, which protects them from external attacks. The domes shape is in a similar fashion to wood release: wood locking walls. That creates a half face dome.

Earth Release: Mudshot, I'm sure you remember this one. (I don't think I taught it too you though)

Gather slightly more doton chakra than you normally would for the Earth Release: Mudshot jutsu, changing it to a sticky mud consistency as you store it in your mouth. The release three shots of mud at each of my clones faces...

Why would you aim for their faces?

As I gather up doton chakra in my mouth, I mix in my saliva and begin to form mud in my mouth, as I look towards your clone. I then focus and shoot out several balls of mud towards him in a wide arc making it hard to avoid.*

If you hit their face, it can be difficult for them to see, breathe, and hinder their movements. However because its such a small target its hard to hit.

Hence why you use heaps of mud shots and cover just one opponent in mud instead xd

What is the impact of the extra mass given to you by the rocks?

As I gather up charkar around me and doton chakra, I begin to gather rocks and dirt onto my body. as My body turns to rocks, i smooth it out and form it into a circular ball around my body. I then begin rolling towards your clone and smash him flat, like pancake!

With extra mass comes extra force. As by the force equals mass times acceleration.

After performing the Rat → Snake → Tiger hand seals I want you to use your doton chakra to lift the earth up underneath you, creating a large wave of earth. Make this wave travel towards my clone, with you riding on top of it, as you approach my clone you should use your chakra to make the earth around his feet, wrap around his legs to hold him in place. Then I want you to crash the earth wave on top of him, burring him in earth.

As I gather up chakra, I make the three seals, and then gather doton chKra around my feet. I make a wave of eart pick me up as I balance on it. As I then push it forward, I ride it towards you, I manipulate earth under his feet to move up and wrap around, preventing him from moving, as my wave bears down and crushes him.

Description: After performing the required hand seal sequence Rat → Snake → Tiger the user creates and rides a wave of earth that can branch of to attack from a distance. The user can also use the technique to manipulate the terrain and trap the target by wrapping earth round their legs preventing them from moving

I want you to inject your doton chakra into a scroll and then place it on the ground. Instil within the scroll your earth chakra that is ready release three wolves made of mud, that will release when my clone walks nearby. This is an auto release function that you have no control over. Once the wolves are released they will attack the chakra signature that released them and can reform if they are dealt damage.

Of course in battle you'd have to conceal the activation scroll a little better than putting it on the ground ^^

As I gather up chakra, I begin to take a scroll and place it on the ground as I inject it with earth chakra. As your clone walks by, and looks at it, the chakra trap activates and three wolves made from earth and mud spring out, and begin to claw and attack him.

Remember that you have to place the trap the turn prior to using it and that the wolves can stay active for two turns once released. You will need to spend chakra in order to reform them if they get hit. Also, you can't create more than three wolves per jutsu use.

(Doton: Doro Ookami) - Earth Release: Mud Wolves

Description: A trap technique in which the user will place somewhere and is activated upon contact with the opponent's chakra. The user uses a scroll to lay the trap in which releases mud that forms into the shape of wolves that will attack the enemy target/s. Despite being damaged the wolves can reform which can keep the enemy occupied to allow the enemy make a getaway. (Can only create a maximum of 3 mud wolves)
Note: Takes one turn to set the trap up and wolves only last two turns

My clone is now going to punch you in the stomach... I want you to use your doton chakra to 'grow' rocks over your entire body to create a tough, solid defence made of stone. Do this before he hits you so that you don't get harmed...

What would happen to my clone as he hits you? Think about it if he was a normal person and not a clone.
