Sasuke starts to build a lot of his doton chakra, he channels the doton chakra into the ground below him then sasuke focuses on the chakra and sends the chakra towards the forest area, with that done sasuke fuses the ground with his chakra allowing to freely manipulate it therefore sasuke makes the forest area to be reduced/dropped deeper into the ground and thus making it reach the max 100meters.
Advantages
-as the description says it lowers the ground pr raises the ground woth so much speed that the opponent either loose footing or is pinned to the ground, which means that the opponent can't move.
-the user can quickly continue his attack by using an immediate doton technique. Taking advantage of the opponents immobility at that point.

As his sempai clones close in on him, sasuke then expels more chakra and use shape manipulation on the earth Armour that surrounds him, sasuke causes his right hand to extend into spear and also made a spear to be extended from his back, both of these were made through shape manipulation. The clone are pierced by the spears and them poofs up.
