As you learned when I taught you light weight and added weight technique, this is simply adavanced versions of both, where you take them to the extreme. O_O So simply add more do chakra, as you do it. *Throws you a heavy boulder, and a light one.*
*I form the ram hand seal and channel my earth chakra into the haevy boulder infront of myself, by using earth chakra, i start to change it's properties, and make it's mass smaller, making it more lighter*
