Raiton is easily created on the body. Doton is the only element where you use the ground. So making it with chakra is probably the hardest.
No elements are created from the body only charka is. You just change your chakra into your elemental attack! Depending on your chakra while using a jutsu you just change your chakra into an elemental release. Its all same procedure with katon, doton, futon, suiton, raiton. whatever element you name it!
And all jutsus are hard to do!
While using water based tech ~ if there is any water source beside you just use your chakra to manipulate the water. If not you have to puke it out of your mouth.
While using earth based tech ~ if there is any earth source beside you just use your chakra to manipulate the earth. If not {on water} you have to puke it out of your mouth.
While using fire based tech ~ if there is any fire source beside you just use your chakra to manipulate the fire. If not {anywhere} you have to puke it out of your mouth.
While using lightning based tech ~ if there is any lighting source beside you just use your chakra to manipulate the lightning. If not {anywhere} you have to puke it out of your mouth.
While using Wind based tech ~ well wind is virtually everywhere on earth so source is the air we breathe so suck it in mold it with your chakra and use it for your jutsu
