Sasuke is the best lightning user that ever lived in NV and if you disagree you're just a troll. He created many lightning techniques and Chidori variations. He also created the two most powerful lightning techniques, Kirin and Indra's Arrow. I'm pretty sure that there isn't anyone who is on his level when it comes to lightning nature.

And he even created it without his sharingan and uses this with his own chakra, Sasuke never used something that powerful on his own. Kirin was using the power of the clouds and Indra's arrow is using the beasts' chakra. Only by themselve, Kakashi is the best with raiton. But of course, Indra's arrow would rape him. But, you see, he can't use this by himself, and that was pretty much his PS ability at this moment, not something that belongs to Sasuke. Give to Kakashi the same power and he can easily do the same. Finally, do you think Sasuke can create something as powerful as Shiden without Rikudo Chakra and Sharingan? And so who is the troll here?

kirin wasnt just at his disposal, he created it so not sure what you are on about. kirin obliterated the uchiha hideout, last i checked it didnt come from hagoromo nor itachi. it shits on any and everything kakashi has done with raiton and it came solely from his pure skill in taming raw lightning.
