Conlusion, Kakashi is the best raiton user. And Sasuke used the most powerful raiton thanks to Hagoromo, his Brother and the power he stole from the tailed beast. That's a honest answer, isn't it? I just agree with one thing, Sasuke is the best Katon user.

Kakashi straight out said Sasuke is like him. They're both Shinobi Geniuses who use & are highly skilled with Lightning Style. Whatever Kakashi can do with Lightning, Sasuke most likely could Aswell, hence why they were both able to learn Chidori.

Mentioning Hogoromo Is irrelevant. I was never speaking of Power Level, only skill. It took skill to remerge all the Bijuus chakra into one source, use it as his own chakra, & create Lightning with absolute ease. The Sage gave him power, not skill, hence why for example he was very surprised Sasuke could catch all the Bijuu within Genjutsu with a single glance.

What does Itachi have to do with Sasuke's skill with Lightning? Nothing, same for the Bijuu.

Edit: Apparently, ''Shiden'' is a technique introduced in the novel. A novel not written by Kishimoto, and a technique that has not appeared in his official work. I have bad news for you, buddy. :lol

Im pretty sure Sasuke can do it, especially with his level of chakra control. Great fire annihilation and destruction are only a B rank jutsu afterall, and the rank represents how hard a jutsu is to master. And Sasuke already has another B rank katon in his arsenal: Great Dragon Fire.

There is no 24th page of ch.700, and even if it was called a side story somewhere, this doesn't change the fact that it's not written by Kishimoto, has the same standing as the other character novels (Sakura, Shikamaru) and is therefore not canon. It's like me saying Itachi's PS is canon because it appeared in a game.
