Kabuto stole all of his powers, he even said that in different words himself and without them stolen powers he would be fodder again so, Itachi > Kabuto. Also I think the only reason Itachi even got put in a genjutsu was to show the Uchiha brothers team work, team work when breaking from genjutsu then when doing the bow thing against Kabuto (with the flashback when they was catching the pig thing)

Exactly and then in the end Kishimoto wanted to still prove that Itachi can beat Kabuto as he made Itachi beat him with Izanami.

Madara got given Izuna's eyes and Itachi wanted Sasuke to take his eyes as then if Sasuke did go against the village then Itachi's crow that has KA which was inside Naruto would have turned Sasuke good. Kabuto just stole everyone's abilities which he didn't get himself, the only difference when an Uchiha steals or takes eyes is that they get their vision back, not any completely new abilities.

I hate fanboy's and just because I think Itachi > Kabuto as seen in the manga he won, it's you actually being a Kabuto fanboy saying Kabuto > Itachi when Itachi won.

Kaburo squired all of his abilities on his own U_U but if you are so much set on that one thing then let me remind you that it was EDO ITACHI [Immortal + Infinite Chakra] Alive Itachi wouldn't have lasted more than 2 mins in front of DSM Kabuto.

One more thing Kabuto didn't use a single Edo Summon against Edo Itachi, if he wanted he could've used Edo Kages or Edo Kin Brothers, Edo Hanzo, heck even Edo Madara U_U

yup part of izanami only one you can use was when he got nailed by the ceiling and that was to protect sasuke. and the other hit he used crow/troll clone so yea...
but yea dsm kabuto is probably on of most skilled/strongest ninja in nv, itachi isnt strong(physicall), nor does he posses sage mode, but he is intelegent to map out the enemy and has the weapons(op) that when combines with his smarts to take em out, so kabutowould play out much better in many situations and perform many tasks itachi might not be suited for

Yes true if he wanted to use other people to help him then fine he would win but that would still not be his own power and exactly he is an Edo that's why Itachi wasn't worried about getting hit and you must at least admit that and also Itachi wasn't trying to kill Kabuto same with Sasuke and true Kabuto didn't want to kill Sasuke but Kabuto can easily go full out on Itachi.

Edit: But I agree if Kabuto used Edo summons then yes he can even beat Hashirama but if it was a 1 vs. 1 against Kabuto with no Edo summons then Itachi would win.
